Customer service was top tier and the food was killer would recommend the desserts all delicious !!!

We ate here a few days ago. They were not at all busy, yet my order was completely wrong - chicken vs pork riblets! My wife ordered a chicken parmigiana pasta dish, the pasta Alfredo was cool and clumpy, very little pasta sauce on the chicken and powdery cheese. Honestly, our server was okay. The food was bad, did you know that the mashed potatoes there are boxed potatoes? I was a little disappointed considering this was my first time here. I don't normally visit Applebee's very often, but I had just made a long drive from a neighboring state and was staying in a hotel nearby. I needed something for dinner so I visited Applebee's, which wasn't too far of a walk. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Mozzarella sticks, and a rootbeer. The young lady who took my order was very nice and gave me a time in which the order would be ready. Well, the food came out lickety-split. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the food actually wasn't too bad. I usually get a bit hesitant when it comes to chicken bc sometimes they give you bad pieces, like with fatty bits, but they were pretty good. The good is always pretty decent but the bartenders def make the place. The female that serve us was so friendly & nice , really enjoyed her serving us. Not very good. Went last year ordered the same, to see maybe it changed. Not so, the Bourbon Steak was so chewy and tough, could hardly cut it. Two to 3 bites were okay, the rest I fed to my dog. The Host was Very sweet Our server was in to big of a hurry and talking to fast so we couldn't hardly understand him and then he got snotty when my wife wanted to order he said well I'm trying to tell you... I ordered car side pick up tonight for dinner and was not impressed. I paid over 50$ for my meal of a grilled chicken breast with a side salad as well as the bourbon street parmesan steak with grilled onions. The gentleman that brought my food out read my receipt to me and everything was correct then to get home and find that I didn't get my salad and the onions on the steak were practically raw-not grilled. It wouldn't be a big deal if the meal was cheaper but I was disappointed since I live outside of town. read more

On the day we went for lunch it was raining and the roof was leaking. They put us at a table next to empty booths/tables that had dishpans to catch the water. A little while later we noticed it was dripping on me and my coat. They moved us to a different table. I believe the manager should have at least apologized. We spent close to $100.00. Anyway we have noticed this restaurant has gone downhill. My steak was very small and tough. Their loaded mashed potatoes were gross as was their cheesy broccoli that had very very little shredded cheese. We paid extra for 20 pieces of shredded cheese! My food was cold. Yummmmmmmmmmerzzzzzzzx Had a gift card so decided to stop here for a few beers with the hubs! Hubs had the chicken and potatoes with shrimp. Potatoes were SO crisp and delish!!! Everything was so tasty! I got the Mac n cheese with honey tenders! Pasta was a little underwhelming but the tenders were crispy, tasty and DELICIOUS! I'm beyond disappointed in the meal I had tonight. We ordered to go so I couldn't fix it. I ordered the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. First, the portion was a kid sized portion literally (compared it to my daughter's container vs my husband's), the breadstick tasted like nothing, I only got 2 of 3 chicken tenders which were also hard and dry inside with very little seasoning, and there was NO sauce on my noodles. Usually I don't mind a little less sauce, but there was basically none and I only had a "little" after I used my own honey to try to get something on my dry noodles. And it was $16 for this tiny, flavorless, missing key parts "meal"! We try this Applebee's maybe once every year and half or so because we are extremely disappointed EVERY TIME, but we keep trying. No more. This was the final straw. Something seriously needs to change here because we've tried other locations that are perfectly fine. Get it together. read more

NO food to brag about here. I ordered my burger to be medium-rare and it came out pretty burnt. I couldn't eat it (I literally had to spit out the pieces of charred beef) and had it substituted for the three cheese penne pasta. The three cheeses could not be detected as the pasta was quite dry. Absolutely the worst location ever! The hostess was awful. Smacking her gum while she took a whole 5 minutes to seat us, when it wasn't busy at all. So we get seated, I ordered iced tea. Sweet tea was brought. My friend ordered a soda, and it was about 3 ice cubes. Server didn't want to come back... The wings were so breaded, it was like no meat. The steak my friend got was way overdone. The fries were cold. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. Brought fried chicken. Again, pur server disappeared. I ordered a bourbon street steak from these guys but there was a burnt fly on it. I asked my waiter if I could get another one since I was bit disgusted by the one they gave to me. The waiter said, "oh sorry about that. We don't have anymore of that steak, you'll just have to eat this one that the chef cooked you." I told her, "I don't want to pay for that since I'm not eating it, I'll order something else." She replied with, "well since the chef cooked you the steak we'll still have to charge you for it." in a snarky tone. My wife and I stood up and walked out. Let's start off with I enjoy Applebees BUT the twin falls location couldn't cook a steak right to save there lives. I've ordered steak 4 times now over the last year to give them the benefit of the doubt. Would be a good place for a well done steak but NEVER medium rare or rare. read more

Traveling on the way to CA and stopped here in Twin Falls for the night. There was an Applebee's near our hotel and we were hungry. We had not been to an Applebee's in many many years. This place was awesome. The people working there were all friendly, fun and quick with service. We got 2 great entrees plus appetizer for 22 dollars. Such a good value. Now I remember why we quit going. Luke warm food. Not very delish. I wish I was like it was in the late 90's. Early 2000's.

We arrived at 6:10pm, a party of two, and were told there would be a five minute wait. There were no other waiting and many empty tables. However, we sat on the bench and waited. After five minutes we were taken to table. We ordered drinks and then both ordered the unlimited wings and fries at around 6:20. We waited and waited and waited. Once our waitress stopped by to state they wanted to make sure the wings were at proper temp. Finally at 6:50 or first order was delivered and we were asked if we wanted a second order, which we confirmed. We ate and the second order was brought but no fries. After we were full, we had a few wings left, I asked if I could get a to go for the remaining couple of wings although I knew the answer. I was told that that was not possible. I understand policy, put considering it took 30 minutes to get us an item that should have been fairly simple, I would have thought some customer service would have been warranted. We paid and left. I have frequented this location many, many times and always have had a good experience. Unfortunately after this visit, I will be reluctant to return or refer people. read more

Came here to visit some friends for some drinks on 6/7/2021 at 4 pm. Absolutely the worst service and treatment I have ever received at an Applebee's. I felt like I wasn't welcome at all since the moment I walked in. I had a few drinks and ordered some cake since it had been my birthday a few days back. The manager came up to our table and we asked if we could have another drink and she sounded bothered and snooty. She mentioned she had been watching us since we arrived making it sound like we were out of hand or causing a ruckus. Which made me uncomfortable and really made me want to leave. She said she was in charge of keeping track of the receipts on how many drinks per receipt are ordered which makes sense I can believe that from a family restaurant. Maybe a bit nicer on the customer service and delivery would be nice especially this being a family restaurant. Just because I had a few drinks is no excuse for you to be rude. read more

We live in Elko NV. We had a party of 6, 3 being kids. Large parties can be stressful especially with kids and waitressing to just about the whole resturant. Kristina L. the service you provided for us was above and beyond. Friendly, kind and very welcoming. The coolest thing to see was this is the way you treated 3 of your tables.(I didn't creep on all of them. It's safe to safe you had great service with all of them!) To the Chefs in the kitchen, you made happy hearts. Our food was on point. Flavorful, hot and the presentation made it even more appealing. It was a great choice to end our trip up there. Sitting in the Applebees restaurant in Twin Falls Idaho WISHING I could give 0 stars. I am mad. We have been here over an hour and we have had drinks for maybe 15 minutes but...thats all. We had to re-ask for our water. We have NOT been served our food. We just asked for our food and it will be here shortly. We were the only group to come in on the side that we're on and 4 groups have come after us, been served and have left! I am writing this review to let you all know that this is uncalled for. I think this is the pits but unfortunately, we cannot leave till we get the food now. This was an exciting event for a family that had been thru a funeral this weekend for a very important lady. I have not dined at an Applebee's for many years, but wanted a quick dinner. Good location and plenty of staff. It was early in the evening, so the location was not busy. My meal was simple, grilled salmon and potatoes with broccoli. The salmon was way over cooked so was not flakey, but did have good flavor. Potatoes dry and over cooked. No lettuce, tomato, pickle...but two slices of American cheese (not necessarily a positive attribute). Burger was greasy, and onion rings were dry and tasteless. A small plate for a hefty price.
