My school is by this location so my colleagues and friends always order from Domino's for lazy dinner mostly and rarely lunch. Most of the times we ordered for delivery and there are times we ordered for pick up. Food: We usually order pizza to share using the coupons. Love that we can customize our pizzas with the types of baking methods, crusts, sauces and variety of toppings. We also order bread bites and desserts. I like their chocolate lava cake. Although, the chocolate can be really sweet. It is also best to eat their cake while it is still hot. Their alfredo chicken pasta is another great choice other than pizza. Although, sometimes they overbaked it so the food comes a little dry and burnt. Services: Two concerns. Sometimes they mixed up the orders, where they added or forgot some things. Most of the delivery people know our school really well but sometimes it is difficult to find the delivery person and communications can be a little challenging. These folks are SO kind!! I constantly need to order pizza for work and the staff at this location are incredibly patient with all of my paperwork and special requests. The other day, one of my staff members forgot to get a receipt so I went to this location and asked for a re-print. This amazing staff member with purple and blue hair helped me out and was so understanding and kind even though I could see it was a really busy time of night. They mentioned that they were training to be an Assistant Manager; they absolutely deserve the role based on their quality customer service! The staff there always double-bag my drinks and offer to help me carry all the pizzas to my car, and they've never gotten one of my orders wrong even when I've ordered over the phone with a bunch of hungry college students yelling in the background. My boyfriend ordered me pizza online and sent it to my dorm because I don't have the funds right now to get food. The driver came up and just walked to me with the recipes and made me sign it. If I could give no stars, I would. I placed my order online for delivery at 3:34 pm. Expected delivery was between 35-45 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes after my 45 minute mark, I called to get an update on my order. The lady told me my order was ready and just had to wait for a delivery person to come back. I asked how long that would be, and she said needed to call me back. Fine. But she never called back. I called again, now 40 minutes after my order should have been delivered, wanting to cancel my order. The lady told me it was on the way. The drivers and clerks are usually polite at the very least. They earned major points from for coming out to Stony Brook's campus during one of 2015's freak snowstorms and still managing to be relatively on time with the delivery. That they accept Wolfie Wallet and know how to process the payment is another bonus for Seawolves. They fail, however, at keeping that standard up for larger orders. If you're ordering for a large party or program for about 40+ people or 10+ pies, I recommend catering at that point. I've personally had issues with miscommunication about the number of pies requested, or if they were ever ordered at all, on several occasions, even when ordering a week in advance. It was late and I was desperate coming home from a long day at school. I ordered online and picked up some take out. The only thing going for Dominos is that they're cheap and open late. The pizza was undercooked. The cinnamon twists were drowning in oil...seriously it was like oil soup with bread twists partially submerged. Even tired and hungry after a long day, this was too gross to finish. Next time I'm hungry and it's so late that nothing is open, I'll just run down the street to the 7/11 and pick up something. As long as you keep in mind,this location is by 10k residential students. The delivery for under 45mins is likely if ordered before 430pm. The amount of toppings varies greatly depending on who is working. Eg more than once I ordered double ham only receive almost no ham. Horrible customer service. At 1am, I came into Dominoes with my friend. Before we even had the opportunity to order they looked over us and talked to a man behind us. The man behind us commented on how rude it was that our order wasn't take. After they took our order it took almost 30 minutes to get it and while others were walking in at 1:20, before closing, they said that they were too busy so they decided that they were going to close the store. I came to the counter to order another food item but once I came to the counter they refused to come to the cashier, so I ask can I please get a chicken Alfredo pasta, a worker looked over and said 'they were too busy so they did not want to make my chicken Alfredo'. I said fine. While my friend, another customer, and I were waiting for our food a worker had said that we needed to 'get out' because the store was closed. However they had not given us our order, so when I inquired about getting our order that we already paid for, they give it to us and said 'now you need to get out'. When I inquired about my chicken pasta Alfredo, one of the workers said that he didn't take it because they were closed, but when I reminded him what he said previously he had said 'well you didn't pay for it so why doesn't matter'. Then they shut off the lights and they told us that we needed to get out before the other customer got his food. read more

This is literally one of the worst domino's I have ever ordered from. Their delivery is almost always 40 minutes or more later than they say they it will be. On several occasions I have waited over an hour. Because of this store I will NEVER order from another domino's. The last time I ordered I waited almost 2 hours for my order. The food came cold, burnt, and grease had soaked through the box, even the lava cakes were greasy. I called a few times and the manager Alex was very rude. He did refund my money but hung up on me. I complaned to corporate and they forwarded me to Andrew. He offered me a large pizza as consolation for their awful service and disgusting quality food they delivered. If you are into greasy, cold pizza that is delivered and supported by really really rude people you should totally use this domino's. If you like quality food and good customer service you should probably find another pizza place. Station pizza is just down the road. O sole mio is another good option. Most disgusting pizza I ever had. Went to pick it up, on the phone they said it would be 10-15 minutes, went after 15 minutes and still had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be finished.
