This place sucks. I have always gotten takeout, and every time it takes a long time for them to make it. And when you call to get updates on your order--because the app doesn't show that they're making it--no one answers. When you get to the place to pick it up (drive-through), they look at you dumb and upset that you're there. Then it takes another 5 minutes for them to finally come to the window (with an attitude) and ask, "What do you want?" Like damn, if you don't want to work there, look for another job. The worst part is that employees like that make places like this shut down because the experience is awful. All I see are bad reviews of this place. read more

This is the third time my order took over an hour to be delivered. It never took that long a few months ago. I have called twice and the second time I remained on hold for over 20 minutes. This is just plain unprofessional behavior and horrible service. I paid a delivery fee, when it takes LESS time when I do carry-out. Why did it take 30 minutes to prep? 15 minutes to bake? It's one large pizza and a 2 liter of soda.... I've been ordering dominoes for 20 years, and have never experienced this! It's three blocks from my house!!! Extremely slow, made a small order and it was done quickly but the delivery took over 30 minutes when i was located 2 minutes from the store

Got the guy behind him to honk at him for being on his phone at a damn green light. Gf and I were walking past on the cross walk and made a comment that he should have been paying attention to the road instead of being on his phone. Guy swung back around through 76 parking lot and cussed at us to mind our own business. This guy should not be a delivery driver. Clearly isn't a steakhouse or place of fine dining but for a dominos pizza, this place has lots more to offer than just any old hole in the wall dominos. Why? Well there is plenty of seating inside, a small chalkboard for the kiddos to write on, a few tvs for viewing and a separate room for private pizza parties. This is evidence by the slide out panels suspended from the ceiling to partition off part of the facility. Additionally, they've incorporated some industrial flare with glass window garage doors to further expand the indoors to incorporate an exterior seating area for the future. There is seating at the counter itself so you can witness your pizza being made and the outlets at the counter incorporates USB plugs for easy device charging if you have a USB on hand. read more

The pizza is decent for the price, however the dine-in experience is pretty miserable. I've never actually eaten Domino's AT a Domino's. It's always been take out before and most stores are take out only. But they built a ~40 person dining space so I figured I'd make use of it. But then we discovered they don't have plates or players for the pizza. So you've got to eat out of the pizza box like a savage. And apparently they charge you if you want to sprinkle Parmesan on your slice. Very bizarre, and never again. read more

Placed an order at 8:15 and it said my expected ready time is between 8:31- 8:44. I went through the pick up window drive through at 8:55 thinking maybe they forgot to click the order through or something and it was probably ready, then they asked me to wait another 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting another 27 minutes before I went inside to check my order again. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation except say "sorry about that".. I ordered pickup from this location for the first time and everything was amazing! I prefer to do carside & delivery to the car was super quick. I love that I can pull up and pull out in less than two minutes. The pizzas I ordered were perfectly prepped and cooked. The cheesy bread is sooo good, and the lava cakes are to die for. They always have great coupon deals too so you can get a bang for your buck. Thank you, Domino's team! :) read more

Dominos needs to change the tip method for online paying. I hate having to tip before any service has actually been provided for me. Tipping should be based on service. Currently it feels like your paying extra for quality assurance. I usually tip hoping I get a decent quality pizza, but sometimes I tip and get a bagel bite quality pizza. read more

Wow. Called to order as I was leaving work on coburg rd. They don't answer the phone! I put it on speaker for the entire 16 minute drive over and listened to the commercials on the phone, but no answer. After finally getting their attention at the drive thru window, I got to order. Dude tells me to park and they'll bring it out in 15 minutes. Right on. These are just cheese pizzas mind you. After 25 minutes I'm like ok I better go in. They were ready and just sitting there. Very good management here ordered last nigh and we were missing our 2ltr really not a big deal to us at all however they drove one out and not only that but the manager called my wife to apologize and make sure we got it. y brother ordered a pizza from dominos q st location a couple hours ago. He ordered 3 pizzas and mine was a medium pepperoni and green pepper. I took the first slice and got 2 bites in, and I suddenly bit into a jagged sharp piece of hard plastic. Looks like it's been broken off of something else. I called and spoke to the manager and told him what happened. He told me he had no idea how that could happen, what it could be, and that he had nothing like that in the store. He offered me a free pizza. I told him I didn't want a free pizza. What I DIDNT want was to be treated like a liar who fabricated a ridiculous story like that so that I could get a free fucking pizza. I've had numerous issues with this store over the last year concerning the amount of time that it takes to get food delivered or even going to pick it up. I don't think that it should take an hour and a half or more for a couple medium pizzas but that's been my experience with ordering from here. I told myself I would not order from them again but I had a coupon and did not want to cook so I decided to order tonight for my kids. I have an account so I ordered through that cause it has my address clearly stated, I've ordered from them numerous times in the past with no issues as well. I was watching the tracker and it said that the food had been delivered but because there was no knock on the door I went to check just in case and there was no pizza. I called the store and asked if the tracker was off or if maybe they had possibly delivered my pizza somewhere else, the girl said that the gentleman that had delivered my pizza had already delivered it come back, got another delivery and was out again so she was gonna go ahead and remake the order and send it out. She then called back about two minutes later asking if I had checked outside the door to make sure that the pizza wasn't there, I thought it was pretty self-explanatory that I had checked out the door when I told her that there was no pizza on my doorstep but I explained to her that yes, I looked and there was nothing there. She said that they were making the order again, apologized and said it would be out as soon as possible. About a half an hour later I get a phone call from the delivery driver who was very belligerent and rude telling me that he left my second order directly next to my first order outside of my apartment. I explained that he did not leave the first order or the second order outside of my apartment because I was standing outside of my apartment and there was nothing there. He started to argue with me saying that I was wrong, and that he was leaving the order there and I explained to him that yes, it might be my apartment number but he was in the wrong apartment complex. He then hung up on me and I went ahead and snapped a picture of my front porch and the number plaque and texted it to him as proof that he was in the wrong place, while I was still standing outside he rolled up in his car, I asked my daughter to come out because he was very rude to me on the phone and I was glad I did, when he got out of the car he thrust the pizzas and drink into my hands to the point where I almost dropped them. He then told me that I had given them the wrong address, I explained to him that no, I had given him the correct address, along with the apartment complex name, and he had gone to the wrong address and complex. He continued to argue to the point that I just walked in the house and shut the door on him, he then he got in his car and sped away as fast as he could. I understand that mistakes happen and I wasn't even mad that the pizza was delivered to the wrong place but what I was mad about was the way I was treated because I brought it to their attention. I didn't deserve to be treated rudely or talked to like I was stupid because he went to the wrong address. I would also like to address another comment that somebody else said, I already tipped this driver because I paid with my card online and there's no way to get that tip back, I would've never tipped him to be treated like that and I feel like there should be a different way to be able to give drivers tips other than having to pay for it before you even have the service. The manager did call and said she will deal with the gentleman, I explained to her that after everything I've been through with that store I will not be coming back and she decided that she would give me a credit on my account so that when I decide to come back I can have some free pizza. I don't know how that's helping me because I'm not going back to that store but I guess if it makes them feel better about the situation then fine! I would think long and hard before you order from this store, the food has always been very good, but the rest is just not worth it. read more

Placed my order tonight 8/4/20 for two Chicken Carbonara, bread bites, and a pizza. I knew I had a credit for cinnamon twists from a past order that was not received edible. (No powdered sugar glaze) It was too late to call and have the glaze cup delivered, and when I tried it without, it was not good. We threw them away. But on July 11th, it happened again; this time I called because it was before closing time. They sent the delivery guy back and he gave me a cup of glaze. When I called on 7/11, I told the guy that answered the phone that I was upset because this was the second time! He offered to give me a free cinnamon twists next time I ordered. Well, time went by and I couldn't figure out how to order them on the website without paying in advance, so tonight, I called them, told them I'd just placed my order, but i wanted to redeem my free twists now. She acted like I was crazy, said "there's no mention of cinnamon twists free..." I said "I don't remember the date but when the other employee told me that, he also offered me four glaze cups to be delivered right then? I don't want four glaze cups, just one would be nice though. So, after 22 orders in my history, many of them at $48 an order, I will not return, except to pick up my FREE REPLACEMENT cinnamon twists, which cost $5.99. The employee should be put on delivery or better yet, the backroom sink washing dishes, because she really had an attitude. Those are the kinds of people that ruin a business' goodwill. While here, I will say it's hit and miss. Either really good, or not good at all. Chicken Carbonara is our favorite, with the bread bites, but the butter/oil and parmesan were not even put on one of our past orders. I also ordered 4 Carbonaras and one had about 1/2 an order, so someone shorted it. I did say something, and they said sometimes they get busy and don't measure (when I asked about portion control).
