Order a pizza at 5:50. Called store at 6:46. Told young man on phone we hadn't got our pizza yet. He tells me the driver just delivered. I told him we got no knock or notification the pizza was there. Still on the phone I get the pizza and opened up the box, I told him the pizza was cold. He told me we don't guarantee the temperature. I asked for the manager he said he was the manager, I asked for the district manager's info. Said they don't have one. I was about to ask for the owners name and he hung up the phone on me. It's sad that businesses do not want to take responsibility for their actions. We will not be going back again read more

Just received 2 orders of wings which were not fully cooked and hot sauce was just sprinkled on top. The 2 pizzas were fine. When I call to speak to the manager because I was dissatisfied with the wings this guy says he is the manager and when I asked for his name he says he do not give it out which I thought was strange. So I asked who was his manager or store owner and he says there isn't one. He's the one and only. So when a patron is dissatisfied with the order you have to just be satisfied with that. I have never had any bad experiences with them even though I do not order from them often. After tonight I will not be ordering anything from them again. And by the way I must've been the only one who ordered because the food came less than 10 minutes rather than 20 minutes which was the time given. Poor management attitude and poor food as well. read more

Always good. Food is good service is good. Even good parking in the back of the building. Ambiance is also pleasant. It's nice to eat at and if you want to eat in they'll give you paper plates. Wonderful and will never stop going! read more

I have ordered 6 pies for a small B-day party at Calvary Church in Souderton literally a one minute drive. My issue- see pictures below. Cant see on how this happened unless the drivers was doing donuts in the parking lot prior to delivery, it would be possible as he was also 20 minutes late This basically lead to no guests/kids having any pizza( this was dinner time) I understand things happen but I called and left a msg with a female manager and she said she was going to have the owner call me back, so far I have not received any contact. This is what frustrates me. Kids B-DAY party kind of ruined but the no communication to my experience just shows the lack of a decent human being. read more

This has got to be the best Domino's in the area if not in the wider region. I have been coming here for years (at least 15 years). Never messed up an order. The pizzas are always well made and tasty. Great, nice people there as well. When people say negative things about Domino's, I tell them that this location is fantastic. read more

My go to! Food is always excellent and ready within 15 minutes or less! The staff are very kind as well! Lexi always makes sure everything is 100%! Overall I'd choose this dominos over any other local pizzeria! read more

Very disappointed with the pizza. Very skimpy with the tomato (?) sauce which is also spicy. I called back and a manager told me that customers had mentioned the sauce was spicy before and in future I could ask for 'hearty marinara ' sauce which is sweeter. Well maybe but I won't be eating Domino's again. I am disappointed they make their pizza with so little sauce it hardly tasted like pizza. read more

They advertise free pizza if the curbside isn't out to your car in 2 mins. Well not only do they Not stand behind that, they also don't care about customer service at all. Why should the employees care if they have a manager that clearly doesn't ! I checked in and when the timer was at 1 min 38 secs it tells me my pizza was picked up, yet there I sat for an additional 5+ mins... watching 2 guys and a girl standing at the counter not very busy at all. I then had to take my toddler out of the car and went In for an order I was told at first was not even there, someone else looked and low and behold it was sitting on the rack! So I asked how long would I have had to sit and wait before having it brought out. I said I have to come back in for the pizza , having to leave to put my toddler back in the car, again the teenagers continued talking and ignoring everything else, when in reality a good employee (even a decent human being!) would / should have at least grabbed the 5 boxes of food I had just ordered and brought them to my car, but not happening. I was boiling by then having to leave my child in the car. I told manager I wanted to talk to someone outside now since I could not leave a child in the car alone. He then came out and said "she made a mistake" I told him I wanted names to write a review, he told me store number and said you can write whatever review you want, again the lack of wanting to make things right for a customer that orders from there frequently was terrible! And the manager Is to blame for the horrible service there not properly training his employees. read more

This dominos is so aggressive they have to put out signs saying we can't park in their spots I was sitting in my car next to one of they're spots (mind you I'm not even in there parking spot I'm parked to the one next to it) and I swear they stood at the window and stared at me and kept sending people out to walk by my car every 5 minutes. Felt very uncomfortable and honestly kind of harassed. Not to mention there wasn't one dominos customer in there parking lot so it really didn't make sense. Will never order from them if this is how they treat people. read more

If there were ten stars I would have given this Dominos ten stars. The food is always incredible and arrives HOT every time!!! The delivery men are so pleasant. Service is always very quick. I am a frequent customer and have zero complaints!! Thank you Dominos! Keep up the great work! read more

Things have changed since they moved to their current new location. The store is extremely clean and staff is very friendly. I ordered a large hand tossed pizza and they made it thin crust by mistake. I went back they made me a new pizza in 6 minutes and gave my money back. This is our favorite pizza bar none. We get the hand-tossed. My husband likes his onions and green peppers, & I always go for pepperoni & black olives. They have just the right balance of (a very delicious) sauce and cheese. I know they offer a bunch more other kinds of food now, but their pizza is still their best choice! read more
