Domino's pizza is my go-to for pizza on the cheap. Back when I used to eat terribly, I'd eat one of their medium pizzas in one sitting and it would only cost me $6.99! I did this a lot... so I eat a lot healthier now but I wanted to get dinner for a group of 4 a week or two ago on the cheap and saw this Domino's was close to my friend's house in Solon. So I put in an order on the app for a supreme medium pizza and 8 plain wings with a side of buffalo sauce and picked it up 25 minutes later. The inside of this location is tiny, understaffed, and a little dirty. But my food was ready on time and still hot. The pizza was good (I love the seasoning Domino's uses on their crusts!) but they almost forgot the buffalo sauce (I had to go back and ask for it) and the wings were definitely not worth it! The 8 plain wings are wayyyyy to skimpy to be part of the $6.99 "promotion." Choose another item when you use their "deal" (which has been a deal foreverrrrrr). And always check that you received your entire order before heading out. read more

I don't know if they have new owners or management,but their pizzas are worse than some frozen pizzas.When I order online It seems like they give me the opposite of what I asked for.Extra cheese vs hardly no cheese extra pepperoni vs little pepperoni,cut in squares vs slices..This is every time I order it is never right. read more

Although the staff is generally friendly this location has been downhill for quite some time. The change in quality "coincidentally" occurred when the location came under new ownership / managment. The most basic of details are routinely ignored. Toppings are missing, pizzas are routinely cold, not properly cut and requests such as extra sauce or well done bake just don't happen. My last order included lava cakes without icing cup or powdered sugar dusting. I did my best to give the store some time to adjust to new ownership / management but I'm willing to go elsewhere at this point just to avoid the Solon Domino's location. read more

Very disappointed to have to type this review but I'm writing to to make aware of any other paying customers if you're doing delivery please be ware of the delivery driver Kyland he sat in his unmarked vehicle. No identifying marker to let one know he is the delivery driver. After waiting for him to get out the car to bring said order so I can verify it was him he beeps the horn and pulls off. Once getting on the phone with him he states he doesn't bring the food to the door and isn't getting out the car unless I walk out of the work building to the other side of the parking lot to grab it from him. His tone attitude was very aggressive and rude definitely won't be ordering if he's there doing deliveries. Just want to say we order from here all the time and frequently since we work the overnight shift and they're open late. Going forward keep cash tip don't tip ahead and pay attention to driver. read more

We order delivery about once a month from this location. We have had the occasional not so great pizza, but all in all they are consistent. Which is why I was surprised by our latest order. We placed the order through the app at 1pm. By 1:11 it was out of the oven. It was not in a car for delivery until 1:30. We live less than half a mile from this location yet we still didn't have pizza by 2:15. l called and they said they only had one driver that day and he was making a lot of deliveries and coming back to the location to pick up more pizza. I was assured the pizza would be there in a few minutes. Well another 10 min went by and I got a notification from the app that my pizza was delivered... only we had no pizza. I called and cancelled my order. Wasted an hour and a half when we could have gotten food elsewhere. read more

There are usually some good online deals for carryout orders and about 50% of the time it's good pizza. Quality control is inconsistent- my last order was just idiotically greasy. Not "normal" pizza greasy, but like bottom-of-the-boxes-are-completely-translucent greasy. I'm sure we will order from them again at some point, but will be trying some of the other local pizza shops in the mean time. read more

I have called to place an order 3 times only to be told they can't do it. 1st time- it was too late (called 45 mins before close) 2nd time- they only take cash passed a certain time. A much more feasible excuse. This most recent time is the most ridiculous. I was told I can't have food delivered there because I live in the same city as that Papa John's. Yeah, you read that right. I live less than 5 mins from this poor excuse for a pizza place and they can't deliver it to me. Avoid this place if you can. read more

The pizza is good, but the service could use some work. I went to pick up a pizza which took them all of 15 min to prepare. When I arrived it took me 10 min to pay and get out of the door. There was only one person in front of me checking out. It seemed that they were more concerned with making pizzas for delivery and less concerned about the customer standing in front of them. We order from this Domino's frequently. We have NEVER had an order messed up or not of good quality. We've picked up orders here and the place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. When delivered, our orders are always on time. It's so easy to place an order over the phone, online or through text. All we do now is text a pizza emoji. It can't get any easier! read more

We ordered takeout on a Sunday night and they didn't notify us that the road was close to access their location we called them five times and no one answered the phone it was really frustrating and they should have notified us that there was no access... we ended up parking 80 yards away at a Chipotle which made us wonder if we chose the right place!! read more

Everyone in our family likes their pie a certain way so we often have special requests. Domino's always makes it perfectly, the way we order it and is always made to our exact specifications. We generally pick up on the way home from work and it is still hot and delicious when we dig into it at home! Service is exceptional. The team at this location is always friendly, smiling and welcoming every time you walk through the door. You can tell every customers experience is important to them.
