I cant believe the girl on the phone just told me they arnt doing the $5.99 special...I ended up ordering online...lets hope they actually get it to me...I love the food, but you can tell the people working there would much rather be doing something else...... they forgot my salad....how do you do that? read more

My order was cancelled 2 hours into it being made, was not informed it was cancelled so I had to call myself. I have waited 7 business days for my refund I have called the store on 3 different occasions and was told Nick or Marylin were not there so my refund cannot be refunded. This last time I called after giving my name and phone number again for the 3rd time the phone was hung up on me. Absolutely atrocious customer service, please do yourself a favor and just order Pizza Hut read more

The driver got lost during my delivery, but noted in the app that my order was delivered. The store ended up refunding me, but I no longer trust them for delivery. I feel like they only refunded my order because I reported the issue in the app, and not because the service was sub-par. read more

Service was awful. I tried ordering through uber eats. I called to verify delivery times and if I would be notified due to the app not fully supporting the delivery process and every time I tried asking that question the guy on the phone cut me off and gave me attitude. Being stupid, this was the second time I ordered from this place and both times it has been a bad experience. If this place closes it would be a benefit to society. read more

We ordered a pizza from this location for the second and last time the other night . Both times, the web site says estimated delivery time 30-45 minutes. An hour and a half later and the driver calls and says he's at my building.. He is actually down the street at another location. He finally arrives with the cold pizza and tells me that they're out of soda, but they charged my card anyway! Worst Dominos Pizza ever.. Order at your own risk read more

Took forever (like 2 hours) to arrive, order placed like 2 miles away from the store. Room temp upon arrival. Two stars because pizza did in fact make it, and I got a free pizza coupon to make up for it. read more

I just ordered and eaten a pan meatzza pizza at another Dominoes unit. Why has Zaffarano been ripping me off?

Lemme just say the delivery driver was having a REALLY bad day. Called me because he couldn't find my house and then hung up on me. Gets here and bangs on my door, states "unbelievable, unbelievable". Sir, my address is the first house in the neighborhood, I left the lights on AND said what vehicle was in the drive. I should've trusted all of the other 1 star reviews read more

The pizza arrived with liquid all over the box and leaking into the both boxes! I opened the rootbeer and it exploded all over adding to the liquid which was already on the pizza boxes. The store did not care and the manager said a he could do was say he was sorry. I still have no idea what the liquid was that was all over the pizzas. This place is disgusting and I'm reporting this to the board of health. read more

Ordering by phone was difficult. I guess Domino's is contracting out their phone orders to out-of-town/out-of-country because the woman taking my order has trouble with the delivery address street name (it was Spanish). This took a long time to figure out. I accidentally disconnected the call when trying to verify the address on my phone (I'm visiting from out of town) and ended up going online. It was much faster. Plus I used a coupon on the website and saved $15 on my order! read more

treats customera like trash and the store didn't have cash for a carry out to break a $50 bill for a $22 order. cashier said I could pay with a card or shut up and then flipped me off or gave the F you sign from inside the store as I drove away. it's a trash place and he handled food without gloves as well. I do not recommend. read more

Domino's always be on some bulls***!!! I walked in to pick up my order and one of their employees was too distracted on his phone and let my pizza hit the floor fresh out of the oven. They offered to make another pizza and it'll take in additional 10 min. "Time is money" I said never mind and took the loss on this. Dumb dumb proceeded to call me and say my new order is ready after I clearly to them I was leaving. SOME ONE needs to investigate this location cause the past 4 times I've ordered from here they have been on some SKETCHY service. No compensation for their fuck ups. This organization is being embarrassed by the people that represent them at this location. Sadly will NEVER order from here again. read more

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. My order took over an hour to get delivered, and my pizza arrived cold. I called the store to let them know, and the manager rudely asked me 'what do you want us to do about it?' I responded that I would like a new pizza or my money back. The manager then said 'yea no we're not going to do that. Have a nice night' and hung up the phone. The employees and manager are rude, worthless, and do not care about their jobs. Expect horrible quality food, and horrendous customer service. Based on all the reviews saying the same, this location needs to be shut down. I promptly reported to corporate. read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it showed up smashed like this. It also had toppings on it that I did not order. I called the store and explained to them the situation and they told me that there is nothing they could do to help me. I respectfully asked for a refund and was told they can't just go handing out refunds to everyone who asks. So then I proceeded to ask if I could get a pizza to replace the one that I got because it was smashed and had toppings on it that I did not order. I was then told no as they did not believe that my pizza was smashed. I offered pictures and was told there's nowhere I can send them pictures and they could not help me and then they hung up the phone on me. They will not replace my pizza and they will not give me a refund. Absolutely awful service. The Domino's website also does not have a number to call so apparently I can't get my money back for the pizza either. read more

Quick! taste great! walked in and i was greeted. Place was nice and clean, i have no complaints.

Always poor service and mediocre food. Today was a great cluster. Called for lunch around noon, ordered online and it says 45 minutes. We ordered and get the always weird recap call and they say it is over an hour and a half wait, ok so we cancel and eat at home. We order again around 5:30pm, this time the recap call says they don't have a medium ($5.99) in our crust choice but they do have the large which is $14.99. We ask can't you just turn it into a medium by using less dough or just send the large at the price we paid since the app said it was available and we already paid. You would of thought we asked if he could turn water in to wine. He also said he doesn't control the Internet so it is not their fault. So after two attempts to order crappy pizza we gave up. In the past they wouldn't leave our house even after we signed and they handled the food to us because the card holder had to come and speak to the driver, the card holder was upstairs and recovering from surgery so couldn't walk down the stairs for a meet and greet. We explained this and offered them to come speak to him inside, they refused and stayed out front until we handed the boxes back. Keep in mind this was after we have had a few orders delivered using the same card with no problems so a stolen card or charge back was a remote chance. Looks like they finally gave up on the BS call after ordering online which is a positive. Making of the food seems not not gotten any better. Missing sauces, wrong type of crust, different type of drinks the list goes on. Why not give a bucket of sauces to the drivers so they can correct that problem? A few cents of sauces would stop drivers from going all the way back to the store and customers orders from getting cold. The last order the manager did take responsibility and refunded some of the money which was nice. read more

It's hard when your pizza delivery options are so limited but at what cost. We ordered delivery and are still waiting for our order as I type this. Picked up my online order and I am very disappointed. I order from this location all the time and customer service is usually great. I understand that on a Friday after 5 they are always busy. Weak place , ordered food online for carryout after work. Showed up, place couldn't accept $100 Bill, WHAT ? I ordered 5 x-large pizzas as a reward to a company that served me well. I figured to buy them lunch. $104 order and 1.5 hours before they were to be delivered I received a call telling me that they wouldn't deliver my order unless I was there to present the card and my ID and sign for the order. I was 100 miles away. I inputted all the necessary payment info online and that wasn't enough. Walked in to pick up our pizza. First off they couldn't find my order. Which I just happened to see the guy boxing it up right then. So I pointed to the box on the rack. Don't they look at completed orders as well?? Secondly, as I was waiting for her to find the pizza, I noticed that the guy making the pizzas in front of all the toppings wasn't wearing a mask. Being that we are in the midst of a major omicron outbreak and standing over the food toppings he should either wear a mask or work In a different area away from the open food. This is not OK. Won't be back. read more

I think if a customer calls to place concern that their order is taking much longer then the app quoted and they are told the food will be hot because it's under a heat lamp is simply ridiculous.
