Domino's is doing a big push that if you aren't happy with your order, they will make it right. Apparently only sometimes. Called the location, emailed and went to the website. No one ever made it right. Ordering a salad for my wife, it arrived brown, wilted and gross. I grew up with Domino's being my hometown pizza, so it has always been my favorite. This location just keeps getting orders wrong and then never does anything about it. I am sadly losing the vote for which pizza to order at night now. My family has a running joke about how crappy the service has been. This last salad was the straw. read more

Not only will they rarely get your order right, they won't make it right!! I have many stories because I have given multiple chances over the years. That pretty much sums it up though. Highlights: we are 99% sure we got food poisoning from their pizza in 2011. They insisted they would test the pizza (which when I called them had sat in the garage on top of the trash can all night). It was February so it stayed somewhat cold. They sent someone to our house in Milan to pick it up. Then a week later they called me to tell me their lab tested the pizza and found no bacteria to cause foodborne illness. Or how about the time we placed an order using a coupon and then when we went to pick it up they wouldn't honor the coupon? Not only would they not accept the coupon for it, they insisted we pay for the pizza anyway and acted like we were scamming them. This place and the people who run it are garbage. read more

Well, I'll write this up again since it looks like Yelp took it down. Ordered a PAN pizza online. It arrived dropped with all of the cheese and toppings on one side of the pizza. It was put into the wrong box type. It also WASN'T CUT. What the heck? You know that part of the "checking your pizza for quality" well yeah, the Saline location doesn't have it. Drive by anytime you want and look at employees outside smoking in the back, some even are wearing aprons covered in flour. This place needs a serious management overhaul to get my business again. I had not ordered from Domino's for nearly 20 years. I had been a Cottage Inn fan, but the Saline location has gone downhill. So I'm looking for my next favorite pizza joint in the Saline area... I ordered online. The Domino's website is awesome! The best online pizza ordering experience I've ever had. I was wondering, "How will I know when my pizza is done?" The pizza tracker took care of that. I even was able to turn on the sound and enjoy the reggae music and seagulls while I worked on my computer. You can chose from several themes. My compliments to the web design team! Store: Unappealing little box. They fill the front window with pizza boxes to keep the southern sun from baking the employees. Convenient location in downtown Saline. Staff: OK, as far as pizza store people go. Value: That's where they lost the most points. (I would have rated at least a 3 out of 5 if there had been more toppings.) We got two of the artisan pizzas at the special intro price: $8. I opted for extra of two of the toppings on each, for a final price of $10 per pizza. These are not large sized pizzas--only about 9" x 13", and the amount of toppings ran on the skimpy side, even with extra toppings added. This is not a "hungry man" type of meal. So if I ever order from Domino's again, it will be one of the regular pizzas, not the fancy artisan ones. Flavor: The spinach feta alfredo was great. The chicken bacon marinara was also very tasty. Pleasantly surprised! When our regular go-to pizza place started going downhill my hubby and I decided to give our local Domino's a try. We got a pan pizza which the staff recommend, and the bread bites. Both were hot, tasted fresh and delicious, and arrived super fast! Delivery driver was friendly and polite. This dominos is usually good with mess ups and nice, but tonight I spoke to the rudest person in the food business, and the sad part is he is the manager. He told me to f*** off and said then F word probably 3 to 4 times on the phone literally with my wife sitting right next to me which is so pathetic. We ordered a large BBQ chicken, a medium Philly cheesesteak pizzas and an order of boneless chicken. The entire order was a huge disappointment. We couldn't find the meat on either pizza and the chicken was dry and hard. The Philly cheesesteak crust stuck to the box so we were left with a bit of topping. Won't order again. I used the app to order my pizza. When I arrived the pizza was ready for pick up. The staff were friendly and quick. My kids made short work of the delicious hand tossed pizza. God, what a disaster. I love the website, but I phoned in an order to get a mid-week special. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up at 15 minutes and walked into a lobby packed with angry people. A harried staff member told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. I spent the next 20 minutes in hell. People were coming in with boxes after being sent away with the wrong orders. The phone was ringing off the hook, but no one touched it, after someone in the back yelled, "No more orders! Don't answer that phone. Clear the lobby." Ugh. Yes, my pizza was fresh and hot, but the staff didn't seem to care about or know how to handle the huge problem they were having. read more

We tried Domino's in Saline MI after it went way down hill 20 or so years ago. Where to start? we should of stayed with Jetts or Cottage inn which we tried again and was fantastic after years and years also fyi. great. It was DISGUSTING- undercooked doughy no flavor at all if you want cheese on your pizza you need to add your own! Plus it was greasy and cold. I was given a code for a free 2 topping medium pizza. I went online to put it in and was told I had to spend $15 in order to get the free pizza I earned from orders in the past. I called the store and was told they could not help me and they could not see the code I had and that it was from corporate and to call them. I called them, waited on hold for a half hour and was told they could do nothing and would make a note of my displeasure. I explained I was happy to pick it up, but was told it was delivery only. So, I am one person with the day off and all I wanted to do was have a nice lunch by myself and enjoy Domino's pizza. Instead, I am told I have to order way too much food in order to get the pizza I was promised. I have been a devoted Domino's guy for 30+ years. One time I ordered 283 pizzas in one year. (It was the early 90's.) Sadly, I am officially done with Domino's. They were a staple in my life. When I would travel to other states for family or work, I still ordered Domino's. The website says my order will be processed by midnight and still delivered. While I was busy at work time skipped by so I placed an online order by 11:50, a few minutes later I get a call from the store saying they are unable to process my order because the delivery driver just left with 2 other orders and they close at midnight. I love this location. While the parking lot can be interesting to exit depending on time of day, the service and food is exceptional. If the cheesy bread is slightly overdone, they douse it with garlic butter and it makes a major difference. I'd order it like that more often if it weren't so unhealthy. Service is fast, orders are correct, and the employees seem like a goofy bunch of friends who enjoy work. Also, being temporarily handicapped, they had no problem bringing the food to the car.
