Pizza delivered and was not sliced.

Well, I'll write this up again since it looks like Yelp took it down. Ordered a PAN pizza online. It arrived dropped with all of the cheese and toppings on one side of the pizza. It was put into the wrong box type. It also WASN'T CUT. What the heck? You know that part of the "checking your pizza for quality" well yeah, the Saline location doesn't have it. Drive by anytime you want and look at employees outside smoking in the back, some even are wearing aprons covered in flour. This place needs a serious management overhaul to get my business again. Go read the Google reviews if you want photos.

I had not ordered from Domino's for nearly 20 years. I had been a Cottage Inn fan, but the Saline location has gone downhill. So I'm looking for my next favorite pizza joint in the Saline area... I ordered online. The Domino's website is awesome! The best online pizza ordering experience I've ever had. I was wondering, "How will I know when my pizza is done?" The pizza tracker took care of that. I even was able to turn on the sound and enjoy the reggae music and seagulls while I worked on my computer. You can chose from several themes. My compliments to the web design team! Store: Unappealing little box. They fill the front window with pizza boxes to keep the southern sun from baking the employees. Convenient location in downtown Saline. Staff: OK, as far as pizza store people go. Value: That's where they lost the most points. (I would have rated at least a 3 out of 5 if there had been more toppings.) We got two of the artisan pizzas at the special intro price: $8. I opted for extra of two of the toppings on each, for a final price of $10 per pizza. These are not large sized pizzas--only about 9" x 13", and the amount of toppings ran on the skimpy side, even with extra toppings added. This is not a "hungry man" type of meal. So if I ever order from Domino's again, it will be one of the regular pizzas, not the fancy artisan ones. Flavor: The spinach feta alfredo was great. The chicken bacon marinara was also very tasty. The crust was thin and fairly crispy. I ate all of it.

I had pizza from this restaurant. It was delicious. The staff was friendly. It was priced fairly. They deserve five stars.

The burgers are easily the standout!! juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The shakes are AMAZING, and the pizza is different and big size, making it great for sharing. The fries are another win: crispy, well‑seasoned, and addictive. The environment is nice and cozy, which adds to the charm, though I do wish they had more tables. That said, they've optimized the experience by offering a separate pickup door, which makes takeout incredibly smooth and efficient... a smart move for a small business. What really elevates DropTop is the staff. They're super friendly, genuinely welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Their recommendations were spot on, and you can tell they care about the food and the customers. Overall, I'd absolutely come back. The burgers were my favorite, but honestly, everything I tried was solid.

I had the Super Sport Pizza and it was outstanding. The rest of my family did the BYO pizza options due to gluten and dairy sensitivities and said the crust was the best GF crust they've had, and were stoked to be able to have it Detroit style! We also tried the Motor Oil Wings and they were excellent! Nicely sized wings and a good portion. The sauce was rich and umami just as described on the menu. I loved the dedicated "To Go" area in the alley behind the restaurant, close to the parking lot; not having to go inside the main area to fight through the people (it was crowded the night we ordered), was a big bonus. The staff working the to-go counter was friendly, fast, and helpful. We ordered online and everything was ready exactly at the promised time. We will 100% be back!

We usually order online for pick up and it's always been speedy, fresh, hot. We've ordered both directly and via delivery platform (DoorDash) with no issues either. It is a smidge pricier - 8 corner ran us ~$25 but I'd rather have less of something that's quality than a lot of something that's just meh! My go-to in Saline will always be Drop Top but Jet's hits the spot in pinch!

I try to order a simple round pizza on their site and while the site is pretty, it's clunky. Eventually I get my order through. $20 + $5 delivery fee + $5 tip. Thats $30 for a large round, half cheese and help pep pizza. The pizza arrives, NO SAUCE! As it turns out, somehow the website marked it no sauce. If I wanted bread sticks I would have order cheese bread sticks. The store doesn't call to verify which would be above and beyond but any manager should know better. I call thinking they'd understand and make a new one which I'd be happy to go pickup. I they REFUSE to make a new one WITH SAUCE. Unbelievable and incompetent. Next time I'll use DD. They would have fixed it. And like yea it sucks for them but their website was the issue and yea I aslo could have caught the mistake but I assumed it would have sauce. The amount they made in margin selling the pizza with zero sauce, charging a delivery fee and getting a tip for their driver would cover the cost of the new pizza. I eat there like 3 times a week, they lost my business. I'll be ordering from DropTop going forward.
