    Best pan pizzas in town!!
    Dan E.

For chain store pizza I've usually been fairly impressed with Domino's. They do a respectable job and I hold them in just slightly higher esteem than the Hut. Our new family favorite is the pan pizza made with a white alfredo sauce plus chicken and bacon. If you haven't tried this combination before, I highly recommend it. It's an outstanding flavor sensation. A nice departure from the traditional, ho-hum red sauce. Ordering online at Domino's you can customize your pizza in fantastic ways! From the doneness (well done/normal bake); seasoning (garlic crust or no); and the cut (pie/square/or uncut). Not sure who would order a pizza "uncut", but you have that option! I enjoy placing the order online and watching the cooking status in real time while my wife goes to pick it up. Calling in is also a great experience. Always professional and 100% accurate with my fairly complex orders. I'm warmly greeted upon arrival while commencing to take delivery of outstanding pies. I was shocked and appalled though to find out that parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper envelopes are no longer available! You can however purchase a side of these pizza condiment staples for an extra dollar each. No thank you.

I count three not the four I ordered.

I really hate that there aren't more options in town. How hard is it to get a pizza order right?? I ordered 4 pizzas, and got three. No "oh we'll refund the one we forgot" or "here's a coupon for our mistake." Just "sorry about that." Never again. I'll drive myself to Poway thanks.

    Right label, WRONG PIZZA
    Amber M.

I'm still trying to figure out how the label says what the pizza is supposed to be, but it's the wrong pizza inside. I'm so glad all you get is 20% off your next order to make up for a very crappy mistake. *dont forget to insert sarcasm. * Thanks for making pizza I won't eat. I gave two stars because the delivery driver was at least quick and a very nice fella.

Usually pretty good, generally get my order right, and they are *usually* faster than the estimated arrival time.

BEST MEDITERRANEAN!!! 10 stars!!!…read more We ordered two plates: one beef shawarma and a combo of chicken shawarma and gyro. First of all, the generous portions of meat are so tasty, lean, and tender. The meats were on a huge pile of the most delicious yellow rice I've ever had. Ever. Rice is usually just a nice side dish. But this rice was so moist and extra delicious! I don't know what they do to make it taste so good. The meat and rice had delicious house-made tzatziki heavily drizzled across it. All plates come with a fresh, crispy side salad, also a generous portion, and even a side of yummy hummus! And my personal favorite was included: sour pickle spears sliced thin. Oh yum!! The portions are so large that Both my husband and I only ate half our plates at lunch and each had a full dinner with the leftovers. I can't speak for their other foods like pizza and calzones. But authentic Mediterranean is our favorite food, and Sofie's is one of the best we've had. We make a point to eat it a few times a month, always looking for new places. We live about an hour from here, but If we go back to the area we'll be heading right to Sofie's. My only regret is not taking photos to show how amazing it all looked when they serve it. If you're craving top-notch Mediterranean, go to Sofie's!

I ordered one kind of on a whim, and wow -- it totally exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfect, the sauce had that rich, homemade flavor, and the whole thing came together beautifully. It was a little smaller than I imagined, but honestly the taste made up for it completely. The place itself is small, super clean, and tucked away in a little strip mall -- kind of easy to miss if you don't know it's there. The staff isn't overly chatty, but you can tell they care about their work and run a tight, organized kitchen. The bright, casual vibe makes it an easy spot to sit down and enjoy your meal without any fuss. If you're in Ramona, SOFI's Pita is definitely worth a stop for lunch or a quick bite. Whether you go for the Mediterranean dishes or try the pizza (which I highly recommend), you'll leave happy. Hidden gem for sure!

So I'm guilty of not making the trek into Ramona for the full experience, but I snagged one of…read moretheir blueberry pies for Christmas when I saw them sitting at Frazier Farms! They were sitting right next to the Julian pies and it kinda looked like a fight, like a battle of the mountain bakeries kind of fight. Needless to say, I grabbed both because everyone immediately glorifies the Julian pie so by including the Ramona pie, my objective was to introduce some low risk novelty for my Christmas get-together. I didn't have high hopes for Ramona's blueberry because I was suspicious of the huge bready looking crust roll in combination with the sticker on the front boasting "no seed oils". I'm not fluent in baking alchemy. I was raised on Costco pie (bleh). So, I thought this was going to be dry and overly sweet but much to my whole family's surprise, Ramona was the winner! My takeaway: Do not discriminate the chubby crust roll! Take it from me because I'm a savage that eats a pie right out of the fridge. The crust is like a shortbread cookie. It's almost on the Italian pastry spectrum. Very delicious. Very coffee friendly. The blueberry filling was also perfectly balanced. It wasn't too sweet and even with the crumble topping, I felt like I could eat it with yogurt in the morning and trick myself into calling it a wholesome breakfast. Now, I'm going to say this with a huge shield up... but it knocked the Julian apple pie way off the shelf for me.
