I haven't been to this particular Domino's in over 2 years. It was excellent 2 years ago, and it still is. These guys know how to make a pizza correctly. They are also very friendly. I always order for pick up, and this Domino's stands out far above the rest. I particularly like the Brooklyn style crust that you can get at Domino's now. These guys are still doing an awesome job. We were extremely unsatisfied with the order we eventually received tonight. Long story short, do not order delivery and if you order at all, make sure your order is correct. After placing an order online, we waited over twice the quoted time. I finally called the store to be told the delivery driver went back to the store because he "couldn't find an apartment number and he tried the phone number provided but it was incorrect." Granted, the number was incorrect (after several times of me fixing it online and calling the store) however, we are in a house, not an apartment. It literally asks the types of places you are in and I've ordered from hotels so I am well aware of the options. However, we've ordered several times from this store, and never have encountered this problem. The driver was never on the correct street to begin with (which is why he said he never received an apartment number) and why he proceeded back to the store. When I called we spent a total of 4 minutes trying to figure out what happened with our order only to be told the manager will send the driver back out with our order right away. Well we didn't actually physically get our order until almost a half hour after that phone call. I would like to add this order was above $50 and included a 20% tip which I now wish I could have fully refunded. The order we had was cold and soggy, the additional toppings we asked for, weren't on the pizzas and they didn't have Caesar dressing. They tried to make up for this small issue by giving us one of one of each of the others, however, the rest of the order was highly flawed. They could have made us a new order in the time it takes to get to our house from the store versus when we got our original order, but unfortunately we were left with almost inedible dinner. Buyers, beware. Little Caesars will get your order right and delivered to you faster than this place. And it will taste better, also. read more

Ordered here often but that's because of lack of choice. They tend to get orders wrong and they dont pay attention to detail. The food is not consistent enough on the good side of things. I don't expect much but for thier prices i do expect better product and service. Not a fan am i. The bone in wings are soggy not crispy and the dressings are lame. The boneless chicken strips are not that great in texture and taste. The fried boneless chicken is served clumped together and not that tasty. read more

I didn't get toppings I paid extra for. I instructed the delivery driver to come in the enclosed porch to the front door. Instead he yelled at me from the door to the porch. Luckily I heard him, but I was nursing my infant son. He refused to come to the front door so I was trying to hold my son, my expose myself to the driver, keep my indoor only cats in, while getting my food. One of my cats got out and I barely got my food set down without spilling it everywhere. I was not impressed with Gabriel the delivery driver, or the lack of toppings I paid extra for. Luckily my cat came home unharmed. The only reason I ordered delivery is because of my newborn and how difficult it is to cook or get out. Next time I'll try Pizza Hut! read more

This particular Domino's Pizza stands out in the croud. The young managerial staff is helpful and kind hearted. I went in the other day to apply and walked out knowing there's a Western Union not far away. She was more than happy to answer my questions and I walked out smiling. I order from here a lot! I'm a busy working Mom. Only once did I have a problem.. I got green peppers instead of green chilies. I despise green peppers! I called them up.. They sent out a new pie.. Still wrong.. Called them up again.. Manager made it herself and sent me a lava cake for NY troubles. This started my addiction to kava cakes! Other than having 2 whole pizzas I wouldn't eat.. Ok. I usually don't complain about pizza places but this place takes the cakes. Worst customer service every. Very dishonest drivers. Be careful! They will steal from you! I spoke with the GM and he refunded what was stolen plus gave two free pizza. I was going to go back but now they will no longer deliver to me. That's okay because Papa Johns is better anyways!
