The quality of the service and food ordered from this particular location for dominos varies widely depending on what time/day/how many delivery drivers they have working that shift/day, and who is working in the kitchen making the food. I've had incorrect pizza orders delivered twice, and extremely late order deliveries three times. I only started ordering pizza using the app in February 2024, and the time/day has been afternoon and evening/night, rarely on the weekend. Whoever the guy is that answers the store phone most of the times I've called is great, very calm (even when it sounds like they are very busy from the sounds in the background) and customer service oriented. I had to place my order twice tonight (5/22/2024, 1st was at 7:45, 2nd was at 8:30 - they only had 1driver working and were very busy according to the guy working the counter who answered the phone) the first one was made wrong and delivery took a while to arrive. I called the store after reordering on the app and let the guy know that my first try was made incorrectly, so he credited the amount back to my account payment method, and then sent a 'coupon' to my email for the next pizza order I make to be free. Its a shame I had to stop using these guys. I used to order from them for both personal and work stuff. Probably 2 times a week for 5 years. In the past 2 weeks things have really been going downhill. First time waited over and hour for the app to move to prep but nothing happened. I called the store and some gentleman by the name of Shawn was not very welcoming to my inquiry. After the call the pizza started progressing to finish. Got it 1.5 hours later Second time waited an hour and a half, so I decided to call. Each time I called I got a lady saying Dominos please hold. In which I did the first call for 15 minutes. I ordered the veggie pasta for the first time. When handed the box it was so light that I thought it muzt be empty. The pasta was dry, had little Alfredo Sauce. Veryfew veggies. The mushrooms looked like theyd been sliced with a razor. Four 1" onion pieces. About 1/2 doz. tomato and spinach pieces. A lightweight eater would still be hungry. I sat in the parking lot waiting for delivery to my car as specified. I finally had to call the store to get the car side service. My order included a nice tip, too. I am updating my review because I've had dominos from this location since I posted my last review and it has actually been really stinkin' good. We usually just pick it up in store but when it's delivered it is delivered in a fast and friendly manor! I haven't been disappointed at all, if anything I've been impressed and received better than expected food! Like I said in my previous review, the chicken they use on their pizza is very good. Most places I won't order any pizza with chicken on it, they usually are rubbery nasty texture with fat all over it. Here it's really great quality in my opinion. I like their basic pizzas best though. Breadsticks are great and their chicken is pretty good too. Molten cakes aren't my thing. Friendly staff from what I've experienced here though and quality food. Will be coming here more often! Good deals and good food. read more

I won't be ordering here again. We have tried two other times and the same issue happened so we stopped for a little bit and it happened again. While the pizza is made quickly and delivered just as fast, it isn't worth it. The last three times the pizza has not been cooked all the way. It taste just like dough and the cheese isn't melted. It is very disappointing, honestly. The sides are always great. The chicken wings, bread sticks and desserts. I understand we pay less for this pizza, but I still want it cooked correctly and the cheese melted. I would rather my pizza take an extra 10 minutes so it can be worth the time than get here and just be disappointing. We decided to give this Dominos one more try, but we won't be ordering from here again. read more

Ordered online last night shortly after 6:30. Per tracker, employee began my order at 6:37. After submitting order estimated delivery was 1hr. Order progression never changed, however, delivery time counted down to 1-10 minutes. After waiting more than the hour, I called and finally a gal answered. I explained what had transpired and asked for status of order and she had no idea; asked to speak with a manager and was on hold for 8 minutes. Another gal, not the manager,answered. I again asked to speak to manager. He finally got on and was unable to give me status. He claimed original gal I spoke to was new and that the app/online tracker does not give correct status. As I spoke to him my tracker updated pizza was in oven and he couldn't even confirm that. I then canceled my order and asked for refund. he asked if he could help with anything else and I told him I would not be ordering from there again. Almost two hours from when I ordered, I received a call from delivery man and he was outside With my order. (Part of it as didn't get salad or dipping sauce I'd ordered). I went out and explained to him what had gone on and that we'd already eaten something else. He was completely unaware my order was so late and that I had canceled it. He said board at store shows status and that an employee should have been able to give me that info. He did provide me name of district manager And was going to try and make sure I was credited my $. But they don't do that if you call on the phone...Very hard to deal with!! I ordered 2 large pizzas for my family for takeout over the phone. One pizza was sausage and pepperoni and the other order was for double pepperoni as 2 topping was the special at the time. The young man taking my order was not able to comprehend this while I ordered on the phone. I told him he repeated it back once but not correctly I then said it again and asked if the two topping was the special to which he replied yes. Not the absolute worst place in the world... My husband loves the idea of a large, 3-topping pizza for $7.99 (their carryout promo that runs Monday- Thursday) so, occasionally, we'll grab pizza from here. We've never had a great experience-- just a handful of borderline mediocre encounters. Our most recent experience was just okay (what else is new?). We used the dominos app and attempted to get 2 large3-topping pizzas for $7.99/pie. We ordered the 2 large 3-topping pizzas and were charged $7.99 for one and $9.24 for the second. The coupon says nothing about how many can be ordered. Our second pizza was somewhat complicated-- we wanted no typical sauce and, instead, buffalo sauce. We were going for a buffalo chicken pizza knockoff. Apparently, without normal sauce, the pizza doesn't cook right. We received a call from dominos letting us know what the issue was and wanted to make sure we knew before they cooked the pizza (this is actually a great service and helped to earn their 2nd star in this review). My husband took the call and let the employee, Gage, know that we would just have white sauce on the pizza so it would cook right. White sauce wouldn't have a charge. Gage told my husband that, if we'd like, he could just do a layer of cheese on the bottom and that would be our best option. So my husband agreed. When I went to pick up the pizza, I was informed that the extra cheese they had to put on the pizza would be an extra $1.37 (we were not told this on the phone). The $2.62 +tax in up charges won't send my husband and me into bankruptcy, but, for that price, we'll go somewhere much better next time. I haven't had Domino's since I was a kid and it never really occurred to me to try it again. That is until the commercials publicizing the changes they made to their pizza's. I decided to give it a try but honestly, I don't remember if it's different or not. What I can tell you is that it still isn't very good. I prefer the regular crust to the thin crust. Actually, the crust may have been the best part but the ingredients didn't seems to be very good quality and the taste was rather bland. Don't buy into the hype. read more

*** update*** Stopped ordering from this chain, as the last two times we had pepperoni on our pizza, it tasted almost spoiled. yuk!!!! This pizza has decent flavor for a chain. We had delivery once and it was on time and pleasant service. The only problem that consistently occurs is that the pizza is undercooked. The cheese wasn't even melted and the crust was soggy. If you don't want pizza mush, make sure you tell them to cook it an extra minute or so, because otherwise you'll have to just finish cooking it in your oven. If you are paying full price on weekends for your pizza, the least they can do is cook it. It's not rocket science. read more

When they arrived and we realized the gluten free crust had the wrong toppings (they essentially switched the crusts) we called and told them the issue. They let us know we would receive the correct pizzas and it would be out soon. When they arrived again they brought one pizza and it was the exact same as we had already received. I arrived at 7pm to find the kid at the front counter could not find the order, I showed him the order number and he said it was not done yet and he hoped it was done soon and then left. 10 mins later a girl walked up and asked me what I was waiting for i told her my name and order number and she looked on the shelf and on the screen which my name was nowhere to be found. She then told me she hoped the order came up soon and walked away. I asked to talk to a manager who told me they gave my order to someone else. I understand that mistakes happen but the inability to fix the problem and keep pushing it off and keep telling your customer you hope it comes up soon is crazy. I do appreciate the refund but if you would of addressed the problem when I first got there instead of pushing it off on someone else. The pizza was a extra large sausage pizza. Not complicated one would think. It showed up at the door flatter then a pancake. Tasted ok, I'll give them that. But clearly something went wrong. When I want a hot delicious pizza fast, this Dominos is where I go. I always keep it simple (cheese, pepperoni, beef) and I always carry-out. Sure there are better, more expensive, options available but when I can use the Dominos iPhone app and have pizzas in my hand in 15 minutes and home in 5 minutes more (often for $5.99 each) this can't be beat. read more

We have gone back to try Domino's again after their commercials about how they changed for the better. So far, we have been pleasantly surprised. The speed and accuracy of the service has been good, and the food has been very good. For the price, it is much better than the competition like Little Caesars, etc. Everyone there has been friendly, and we can eat without breaking the bank (8 in our household.) We order probably every 2 weeks or so, and it has become a family favorite. I would recommend giving them another try, the new food they have really does taste and look a lot different from the Domino's I grew up knowing. read more

We order from here because it is the only place that delivers to our house. We pay for the additional sauces every time and they forget some or all of the sauces EVERY TIME!!! When I Call to complain, they say they will start double checking their orders. UMMM, aren't you already supposed to be doing that?
