Easy mobile order and decent pizza Found myself in southeastern Connecticut and the coronavirus scare is keeping us from eating in other restaurants so we here for order-out pizza. We used the dominos app to make the order. It was fast and easy. All the options are clearly listed out on the app and it also gives flexible options on how you want the pizza prepared. We got the large pepperoni and chicken pizza and a large philly cheese steak on thin crust. They are good pizzas and tastes as you expected but I wouldn't get thin crust next time. That's it. What more can I say about fast takeout pizza? It is not out of the world but it is good enough to satisfy hunger. read more

Oh, you can't go wrong with Dominos. I used to tour a lot, and Dominos saved us many a time across the country. My order has always been correct. Use their coupons. It's worth the time to look them up. read more

We were traveling from Gaithersburg, Maryland to Norwich, CT for my first vacation to CT in 18 years. Just over the CT border we blew a tire. One call to AAA, one tow, 4 new tires at Pep Boys and over 2 hours later we finally arrived, at 10 pm, hungry and with zero desire to leave our hotel room for food. Saw very few options for delivery after 10 on a week night, so Domino's it was! I like Dominos, don't get me wrong, but this was a last resort decision as le boyfriend has never been to New England nor had their awesome pizza before. As we were planning on hitting up Frank Pepe's and Mystic Pizza at the very least, last thing I wanted was to start with the same pizza I get back home lol. However, the service was fast, the order was perfect, our delivery person was very friendly and made me laugh....the pizza was piping hot AND it was REALLY good. Like really, seriously good! My local Domino's could learn from these guys! Only got some pizzas, but keep up the good work! read more

Average delivery time. Wings are small but pizzas are fair In quality. Try the Philly or a meat lovers pizzas.

The second time recently we've ordered a medium bacon pizza from this location. Both times calling them a "bacon" pizza is a stretch. Maybe a dozen pieces of bacon scattered around. At least one piece did not have any bacon. There is a family owned pizza place just yards from Domino's. Guess where I'm going next time. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! Absolutely disgraceful. They had my order out for delivery for an hour and a half and said it was STILL out for delivery. They never called, the app is broken to track, they refused to check on the delivery. They charged $40 for a COLD meal, trying to take advantage of people in a pandemic. Was also charged an extra fee other than delivery and tax. And only canceled the order without giving a refund which now needs to be disputed with the bank. And they picked up the phone just to hang up on me, twice. I don't care how busy an establishment is, YOU TALK TO THE CUSTOMER! Absolutely disgusting, slow customer service! Domino's is already last choice! read more

would be 0 stars with the young punk as a managers.. 24.00 for a medium , then tells me its what i ordered on the website? I ordered a large..too funny... Horrible Customer service...Horrible representative of Domino's..Kid should be fired..end of story!!! read more

They screwed up my order and when I told the driver he's said call the store, I call the store and tell her I want the special (looking forward to bread twists) and added two philly sandwiches......which what little meat that was on there was burnt! I call the store and they tell me they switched to a special that wasn't advertised on the phone because they thought it would be cheaper but I could buy the twists, then even hit me with another delivery fee! So 51 dollars later I have two medium "5.99"pizzas two awful sandwiches and the bread twists along with one lave cake. read more

They were the only place open when I got out of work and I was so happy ONLY to find their delivery area stops a street or 2 before mine......Their MANAGER was leaving and delivered it off-the-clock....she was so nice it literally restored SOME of my faith in humanity read more

First time ordering, we ordered medium pizza and some spicy wings. The pizza was good but the wings. Simply disgusting. It looked soggy, tasted soggy and just disgusting. Do not ever order their wings. It was such a waste of money, omfg. read more

Best place to order food. Always hot, always quick and always top quality. Good cheese good bread good pizza good dominoe.

Usually their food is great. A few times I've received some soggy pizza from delivery but management and staff are nice. Mistakes happen but they usually deliver a great product and customer service. I enjoy their online ordering system. My favorite deal is their two topping pizza two pizza specials. Even better if they do it with the large pizzas. Great job! read more

As a last resort, (nothing else was open at the time of day we got dinner) during this pandemic (Covid-19) we ordered delivery. Food was hot, fresh and fast. Driver was polite and was wearing a mask for safety. Only thing we were really disappointed about were the toppings on the pizza. We got a Specialty Deluxe large pizza with extra cheese...toppings were VERY skimpy and honestly we couldn't tell there was extra cheese. For the amount of money for a large "Specialty Pizza", it was over priced. I could order the same size pizza (with the same toppings) from any other local pizza place and wouldn't have had to worry about toppings for the same price. read more

We order Dominos once in a while when we dont feel like cooking and want food delivered fast. The food is always hot when it gets here but I am so tired of the sauces missing from my order...the sauces are not free. Yes, the sauces are less than a dollar each but still, it makes my order wrong and incomplete. Also, the ad on TV says dominos will fix potholes in your area...have you seen their parking lot....the potholes are HUGE and could probably swallow a car. read more

3-4th time I've ordered from this Dominos. But it's definitely the last! Prior to tonight, I had ordered a think crust pizza for delivery. It was delivered almost cold, and the thin crust was like cardboard. Well, so, tonight I thought I'd try one more time. Bad idea. Now the pizza,hand-tossed crust this time, arrived nice and hot. But, first bite into 2nd slice, ewwwww, a 4" long hair! I pulled it out of the bite in my mouth! Gag! So, I used a flashlight to scan the pizza that was still in the box. Found 2 more hairs! The Dominos app said "Mark" cooked this pizza. Sans hat or hair net, I'm guessing. I called, and Megan, the manager, agreed to refund my money. Bottom line, order at your own risk. Unless you have an appetite for human hair. In that case, you can have Mark cook it. read more

Said my order is ready for pickup, i get there. 40 minutes later im still there missing stuff from my order. It wasnt busy they just forgot to make stuff from my order. Meanwhile my pregnant wife is in the car cranky and starving. Ive been ordering here for years and this new staff sucks. Ill drive the extra distance for a different dominos. They didn't compensate me for the gas and time i spent waiting. If i didnt already pay i would of walked out. read more

Upon ordering pizza on their mobile app and having the pizza delivered both late and being the wrong order, I reached out to the staff to see what they could do to fix this error. I was told because I ordered online even though I got the wrong pizza they could do nothing for me to correct the error. Having ordered from dominos before I feel betrayed they have no loyalty to their customer base on correcting the mistakes they have made, hence why this store gets a 1 Star. read more

As far as fast food pizza goes, Dominos does it best. Their redesigned crust and sauce tastes better than the competition. Their sandwiches are made fresh and are affordable. Plus, their phone app tracker lets you keep track of your food from start to finish. read more

Dominos in norwich is repeatedly dissapointing. In both customer service and food quality I have never been anywhere near this motivated to post a comment but people need to know. The franchise owner here refuses to follow corporate set guidelines that would allow him to deliver to more people and even the employees know it. Each time I ordered take out bc they refuse to drive 2.6 miles to my house. The food wasnt even ready when i arrived, was not what i ordered and staff was less than pleasent. Not to mention jacks which is a mile or two further will deliver and they make better pizza. I love dominos but norwich dominos is the worst pizza joint ive ever experienced. read more

My boyfriend works there and he brings home gluten free pizza for us sometimes! I'm pretty impressed with it, but it's kinda DGAF food if you are a health nut. He likes working there and it seems like a pretty popular Dominos - always busy! I'm hungry right now, and I'm going to ask him to bring home a GF pizza tonight. read more

Great food, great staff and always on time! Thank you guys for giving me faith in chain restaurants!

My fiancé and I order pizza every once and a while, usually from dominos. I love it because they have gluten free pizza and a no cheese option because I'm also lactose intolerant. However, even though when I put that I want no cheese on the app and even call to confirm there will be no cheese, half the time it comes still with cheese. They do deliver another one that has no cheese but then my fiancé and I have to wait another 45 minutes until we can eat dinner. Also I think it's crazy how we pay $40 for 2 pizzas and some chicken wings (half the time they don't get the order right). The food is okay, I just wish they were consistent. read more
