Cheap pizza. Quick pizza. A pretty standard chain of Domino's. The online ordering and tracking are top notch, but Domino's corporate kinda stopped there on improvements in the last decade. The pizza from this location is generally made correctly, but the overall product is just always average. The New York Style pizza had become a fav, but the thin, large crust has slowly morphed into a pretty typical crust since it was first launched. It is dominoes, a chain that prides itself as being fast and cheap. So it isn't unexpected that their pizza isn't something you rave about or crave. But honestly, it is decent, dare I even say good for what you get for the price. You can order in the aop, online, by phone or bu going in to the store. The app is the best way to do it because they almost always have coupons and deals, and you also accrue points good for free food. I personally don't like their pizza, but my family does. I'll usually order the parmesan garlic knots or cinnamon knots because those are actually really tasty! I find their pizza to be too thin and greasy. One thing to note is that delivery always takes longer than quoted or expected. Know that going in and you won't be disappointed. Is it amazing? nope. but it will get you a fairy inexpensive and quick meal. read more

HORRIBLE service. Specifically as of the date of this writing, an employee that said his name was Nick. RUDE. So...what happened was that before midnight, a Dominoes driver quietly but mistakenly left a neighbors pizza on my porch. We didn't realize it until the morning...animals had strewn it all over the porch with cheese melting into our decking. We have it on security cameras. But when we called to alert Dominoes to what happened, Nick was rude and dismissive, said he'd call back (never did). If you look at this locations reviews over on FB it currently shows 4 of 5 people NOT recommending this location. Corporate should read some reviews and reconsider. read more

I stopped in to order lunch after church. We live here in Monroeville close by. We eat from this location on occasion. This is our first time getting it since the new Starbucks opened. The entrance seems a little easier now which is nice. Food was great as usual. Only two people working today, guessing the manager and the driver. Times are tough for sure. We got pizza, bites, chicken, bread twists and a pizza to try out a few things. It was a little difficult to place my order as a walk in guest. There is a menu board but it's electronic and changes screens to advertise things. I kept getting close to figuring out what I would want to order and the screen would change. When the team member who is standing there waiting on you has to keep waiting you feel bad. Also there's some horrible beeping sound that keeps going off. I'm sure it's something for the business, but it's annoying. The phone also rang and rang and he couldn't answer it because he was the only person here. I'm sure it's someone wanting to order food. The store seemed clean. I like the fact that there is a cool chalkboard area. But it doesn't ever look like it's cleaned. Just always seems a mess. Good food though!! Like many others I have waited for ever for them to deliver my food. Ordered 2 large pizzas after over an hour and a half they never showed. I called in to the corporate line they told me it was a franchised store and they would put in a refund request, called the store and finally got through... The woman who later said she was the GM, said the driver broke down and they were waiting on a new driver. I asked for a refund and she said ok and just hung up on me. She never asked for any of my info. Drove to the store to make sure I was getting my money back. I talked to the "GM" after standing there waiting for a while, phone rang almost the entire time I was there with no one answering. Also the "driver" was just sitting around doing nothing. Asked for the owners contact number and was told by the "GM" that they were corporately owned and corporate was the only one higher than her. That store is a joke.... This place is a dumpster fire. Plain and simple. I ordered a pizza from them on a Thursday night. No Steeler game, no Penguins game, no Pirates game. Just a plain Thursday night... Placed the order at 5:16pm. Estimated time to delivery was 21-46 minutes. Two hours in, I call the store. No answer. Called 3 more times, still no answer. No idea what happened to my food, or anything. Ordered from another place, as I had company and now our night is laying in ruins. At 8:35, the pizza shows up at my door. 3 hours and 15 minutes after the order. Told the girl to take it right back to where she got it... This location is beyond a complete joke. A friend of mine ordered from them two weeks later. He called the store to order. He was told over the phone "For delivery, you are looking at like 6 hours!!!". My friend started laughing... I couldn't give 0 stars... I ordered a small spinach and feta pizza for delivery on Thursday June 2, 2022. I placed my order at 3:18pm. The website quoted a 31 minute delivery time, however, my order did not arrive until 4:46pm, and the delivery driver did not leave the store until 4:04 (per my receipt), but I did not know this until my food was delivered. I never received a call from the restaurant telling me that my order would be late, and the order sat in quality check for an hour. At 4:09, the driver called me from (724) 205-0906 and asked for directions. I gave him clear directions, and confirmed the address, even giving the name of the plaza we were in. We spoke for approximately 5 minutes, during which time I had to ask him to turn his GPS volume down so that we could hear each other. As I was about to call the restaurant, I received a call from the same number listed above at 4:26pm. The driver was still confused. I explained the directions again, and asked him where he was. He gave me his location and I realized that he was still closer to his restaurant than he was to me and it had been over an hour since I ordered. I advised the driver that I did not want to receive cold food, and he assured me that it was still hot. He then disconnected the call. He arrived at my address at 4:46. No explanation, no apology and with an attitude. He left the food with the first person he saw, and walked out the door. I attempted to call the restaurant to speak with a manager and got no answer. I called multiple times that evening, and nothing. I called back the next day about 11:00am and got a manager named Sheraj. I explained the situation, and instead of trying to rectify the situation, he tried to make excuses for the driver. He told me that the driver tried to call me but I didn't answer. He told me that I didn't give them an address(which I had to enter online to get the delivery option, and which is on the top right corner of my receipt). Lastly, he stated that the location the driver eventually came to did not exist, and that this is the reason he was late. I asked Sheraj not to attempt to take up for the driver, but instead to own up to the mistake and fix the problem, to which he replied; ma'am we did nothing wrong...we are busy, there's machines everywhere, and buttons going off...this isn't a drive through, it takes longer. I reminded him that I was aware of where I ordered, I understand the time it takes (31 minutes according to the website), but almost two hours, and the driver's inability to understand directions (even with a GPS) is unacceptable. The manager became belligerent, and I was tired of going back and forth, so I asked him for his name and the spelling. He advised me that he didn't have a last name, just a first name. I told him that it was ok, I would be reaching out to corporate to advise of his poor customer service. read more

Things seem to be ok up until the time they need to deliver, that's when the fun starts. My order was on a Wednesday night with zero sporting events going on. It was early evening, not really a time that could be described as a mad rush, maybe a late dinner... 2 hours and 5 mins for delivery. From the time it said out for delivery 2 hours and 5 mins. Calling the store gets you nowhere. We had terrible cold pizza at 9 that night. I can go on and on about the ignored phone calls and lack of empathy however I want to include some other information in my review. The complete lack of customer service caused me to dig a little deeper. I've ordered from other dominos and never had such a bad experience, I needed to find out if there was more to the story. In general, this store (along with others in the Pittsburgh area) is owned by one individual who creates LLCs as the controlling entity for each store. This owner (along with the LLCs created) are being sued in a class action lawsuit for paying employees less than the minimum wage in addition to other federal and state violations. This shows me it's a systemic problem from the owner. All of this information is available online. The other location specifically mentioned in the lawsuit is in Washington on Jefferson ave. Out of curiosity, I'm going to head over to that locations yelp reviews, online reviews and Facebook page as I suspect to find the same sad story. In summary, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. An hour later I called and was told the pizza was would be at least another 45 minutes to an hour. I would give zero stars if possible. My family ordered 2 medium pizzas at 12:10 on a Friday afternoon. Estimated time was 22-32 minutes. It took much longer than that. We are staying at a hotel. The delivery person got here, the food was cold, he didn't offer us plates or napkins (which should be offered when staying at a hotel), and then when paying with a $20 for our $15 order the driver just took the money and left. Wings were fatty and nowhere near anything that I would label as "good". I took one bite and left the rest for the hubby. We got a medium pizza with mushrooms on the whole thing and steak on half. The steak was really gross, not gonna lie. I just ate the mushroom pizza part. I will say the delivery was super quick, compared to ALL of the pizza places in the Monroeville area. It only took about 35 minutes from the time we placed the order--and we placed it online. We requested light sauce and we found they did just that once we got the pie. We were very disappointed. We got a large, thin crust pizza with the garlic parm. white sauce, chicken, and roasted red peppers. While the sauce was good, it was very light. The chicken was good and the pieces were large, but I they were sprinkled very lightly too. The roasted red peppers were delicious, but there were hardly any! The crust was very thin, but it wasn't as crisp as expected--it was like eating crackers. We had asked for double cheese--there is no way we had double cheese.
