If that doesn't bother you, then take this review with a grain of salt and keep reading. Anyway, don't let the name fool you. Nothing about the Churchill Haus appears German on the surface. It's a low key neighborhood bar. The bottled beer selection is decent but they don't have much on tap. Once or twice a month they'll have live music. There's a few food specials during the week. I've tried the tacos, burgers, wings, and BBQ. The wings are good if you don't feel like driving into the city. The BBQ is by far my favorite thing on the menu. If nothing else, come by on a Saturday in the summer when they have the grill going and get a few racks of ribs. Take your food to go if you don't want to be overpowered with cigarette smoke in a small space. If you can tolerate it, then stop by here for a penguins or pirates game and watch with a good yinzer crowd.
