We waited so long for our food, others got theirs who arrived after we did, I got my food, cold, husband didn't get his until I was done eating. Again cold. We spoke the manager Damen, he was so kind, he paid our bill, and then some. We always have expertly food and care there, But today we fell through the cracks, and Damem picked us up. Thank you Damen, great restaurant, 5 star read more

We decided to go for some wings today. When we walked in there was no-one there to get us seated so we waited about 5 minutes before a guy came from the back and gave us a booth. We waited about 5 more minutes for our server to take our drink order. Her name was Liberty, she was very nice and sweet. We waited a bit for our drinks and Liberty took our order. We waited about 20 more minutes for wings and fries that were cold. I told Liberty my fried were cold and she quickly told me she would get me new fries, and she arrived with fresh fries. She made sure everything else was good before leaving. I wasn't happy with this location, but I was beyond happy to have such a sweet waiter. I wouldn't come again, but I do appreciate Liberty and how nice she was to us. read more

The bad experience started the moment we arrived. The person acting as host didn't seem to know what he was doing. It was like we confused him because there were only two of us (at the time) and I asked for a table for seven. When he finally took us to a table, it wasn't a clean table. He said he'd be right back to wipe it down for us. We waited and waited. Over five minutes later he returned. Problem was the booth he was seating us at wouldn't seat seven adults. I had to ask for a bigger table. I even pointed to a table that sat eight and asked if we could have that one. He had to go ask someone. We finally got the table. By then everyone else had arrived. The server took our drink order. The drinks seemed to take forever to arrive. We were all ready to order by the time they finally got there. The meals took a while, too, though that wasn't as annoying because it would hopefully mean the food was being cooked to order. Then four of the meals came out. Three of us just sat there waiting for our food and watching the others eat. We stole some fries while we waited from the people who had their meals. Finally, the rest of us got our meals. Sadly, none of the food was hot. My onion rings were really greasy, which meant they weren't served when ready. They'd sat around for a while. My sliders weren't hot, either and were dry and tasteless. They were supposed to come with grilled onions but didn't. The ketchup (which we had to grab from a different table since our table didn't have one) helped a little. One person had a cheeseburger. She only ate half of it. She said she felt nauseous. Another didn't eat his mac n cheese. He said the sauce was really thick. He could hardly swallow it. The teenager at the other end of the table left half of his chicken tenders. He didn't want to take them home. I don't know why because he was at the other end of the table and it was rather noisy in there. I had to yell to talk to him. All in all, it was a disappointing dinner. Almost $150 for food that was mostly left on the plates. We won't be going back. read more

Never had problems ordering here. Burger is one of the best ive had from a restaurant.

Ordered takeout using my 6 free wings birthday offer. The food was ready much faster than I expected, hostess was friendly and the food was great. Wings were perfect and the onion rings were delicious. Ordering take out was easy! read more

We had a party of 7 and 4 of our orders were incorrect. The waitress didn't have appropriate supports in place to effectively do her job. The wings were covered in sauce you can buy at the grocery store and they weren't the right temperature. The restaurant was dirty. Music was too loud. read more

Service sucks walked in stood at the door for 20 min waiting for someone to seat us. After we had a group of people waiting we finally just went and sat down. Looking around the tables where absolutely filthy none of them where wiped off ordered pickle appetizer waited 45 min to get them and when they came out they where all cold. Got our food another 45 min later and also very cold wings and fries. This was all at 2 in the afternoon and the building wasn't even at 15% occupancy good luck for a Steelers game read more

Stay away service sucks we were was at the host stand host all serious came over, didn't greet and roughly asked where we wanted to be sit she tried to sit two of us down and then another dirty looking server who pretended to be a manager said something to her and she walked away without saying word, as we stood there waiting to be seated she was then observed waiting on other tables and never returned to host stand. There were a few other parties waiting to be seated one ended up walking away, as we did too. With the customer service being provided I can see why they are underperforming they lack leadership and customer care. Buffalo wild wings need to retrain these employees or terminate and find true customer service providers who really care for business. read more

Good place, bartender was perfect. Except ole TJ smoking weed in the bathroom. All in all pretty good.

Upon check in noticed an unusual smell and sat down to dirty tables. Waitress was good and lots of TVs to watch game 5 of the ALCS. Wife's wrap was hot good, fries were on the sad side. Wings were not as good a usual. read more

This place is pretty much all right...sports casual, TV's all around with pretty much every game on somewhere. The service is friendly although when it gets packed it can be slow from the kitchen side - but you come here to relax, chow down on decent wings or burgers, or pretty much whatever you want! Take your time and enjoy the game! We've been here a number of times, and they have their routine down. Enough seats and tables for a good crowd, so seldom a wait. Great selection of whatever you want to drink. The wings are good, with a wide selection of sauces. Garlic Parmesan or Asain Zing for me...and my boy says try the Chipotle. I've also had the bacon blue burger...it could use better than just blue cheese dressing (hello, crumbled cheese!), but it's decent enough. It's all priced reasonably, and they do give military discounts (15%, if you're qualified like me), so that's nice. I hope they do the same for PD and other 1st responders. Good place for some casual chow and fun with family or friends. read more

Fun sports bar are the words that first come to mind when I think of Buffalo Wild Wings. They offer something for those who are into trivia games as well as those who enjoy watching sports. My boyfriend and I decided to dine here last night. We came for their "boneless Tuesday" special, which is BOGO free on any size boneless wings with up to two different flavors. It's quite a good deal. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived, despite there being a hockey game on. We were seated in a booth and it really didn't matter where we were, we were able to watch the game comfortably. Our waitress fairly attentive and did let us know about the special. We ordered two medium sized boneless buffalo (mild) and bbq honey sets. My boyfriend asked for extra blue cheese and she definitely gave us extra!! Which is good.. i think he could drink that stuff. We also ordered a basket of fries. The fries were cold once we had gotten them, and she had initially forgotten to bring them. Even if they were warm, they were kind of sub-par, not sure i'd order again. Not a whole lot of seasoning/ salt/ anything. We both also got two beers. There is a very nice selection of different beers on tap, which I am a big fan of. However, I do not believe there were any drink specials, which is totally fine. We ended up ordering WAY more food than I think we had expected and took a lot home. Definitely coming back for this boneless deal! The picture is about half the amount of wings we had ordered, because my boyfriend couldn't wait long enough before devouring into them. read more

So I never had been a big fan of BWW. With that being said I think most of that has been due to other BWW I've been to. Maybe this is the pandemic talking also. Lived here for over 6 years and never have been to this one. Well I think I found the best BWW I've been to. There is never a wait anymore as I've now visited this one 3x and there is never anyone there. The food comes our hot and some of these new sauces are pretty good! The servers who I feel bad since no customers really push to get you taken care of well. Had the same server 2 of 3x and well good service. I am not a chain restaurant fan but wing night deals are pretty good and I haven't eaten anything other then wings at this one but they come out hot and tasty. read more

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever stepped foot in. I understand it's tough to find good work, but the service here is beyond awful. Been here multiple times and every single time it's worse. We go about every 2 weeks. Service and food are always good. Beer is ice cold! Staff is friendly.

I got take out. Ordered buffalo wings and wedges. Only ate the wedges and 2 wings. Not even an hour after I ate, I had a horrible pain in my stomach. It was so bad, I had to call my doctor. Ended up in the hospital because of other symptoms that I've never experienced before. They told me I had food poisoning. I haven't had any junk food in weeks and this was like a treat to myself that ended very badly. BWW used to be my favorite but it has gone downhill and im traumatized from that experience. I hope moving forward, you guys focus on cleanliness and cooking food properly because this has not been the first bad experience I've had. Hope things get better. read more

No one goes to Buffalo Wild Wings for a gourmet meal. They come for the greasy food, the spicy smothered chicken and the atmosphere. They also have a television in every place they could put a television. Their drinks are amazing and the servers are super proactive. My best friend had a problem with her meal and the manager quickly took it back and replaced it. My personal fave is the honey barbecue boneless chicken and the deep fried mushrooms (who knew that was a thing). They also have a homemade Pico that's pretty darn amazing. I'm glad one of these isn't near my house because the food is delicious. read more

This became the venue of choice because we wanted to watch World Cup Soccer. They do have quite the selection of TVs to watch; that's for certain. I'm just not all that into the food selection of messy wings and fried "stuff" without other options being available that at least get my attention. I poured over the menu for quite some time before landing on popcorn shrimp and slaw instead of fries. That should do it, I thought. Ugh... Not to be so. The shrimp didn't resemble shrimp anymore after they deep fried it to death and then some. I didn't mean to complain to my server but she asked. So, I honestly said I didn't like them. She said no problem; she'd get the manager. He came over and handled if very well. He very cordially offered to get me something else, to which I said very politely "no thanks" and I just finished my slaw. So, why am I giving it 3 stars and not lower? Because, I realize it IS a wings venue, after all. I can't just go hating it because they have what they advertise. And, both my server and the manager handled the situation with grace and the shrimp was deducted from my bill without my even asking them to do that. Will I be back? Eh, maybe to watch a sports event I crave. read more

Jim, General manager knows about all the mold at the drink stations, he lets his friends get dangerously drunk and doesnt cut them off because "They're my friends, why would i cut them off when I can make more money", he knowingly made an employee who just had surgery and was on Oxy's for the pain to work. When the worker was told he had t, the GM replied with "You better have a good reason". The GM lets his white workers bring in Marijuana and stink up the wholes store, but a black worker did and he fired him immediately. This restaurant chain continues to arise in business conversations due to: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/13/business/economy/13wings.html. All the MBAs are talking about it. I've been polite enough to table my Michael Pollan and Food Inc based concerns during such discussions. So long as you know all that, cool. As for the food - lots of great sauce combinations, but can you really enjoy them if you're skeptical of the basic ingredient, the chicken? Not really. The beer selection - super large tap, but very few (if any) micro-brews. BUMMER. But! The real reason we were here - to watch the 2012 Presidential Election. And for this occasion, this place was awesome. Chill. Nonchalant. Lots of TVs. And we could each pick our own respective stations from a compilation of sources. (Yes, I watched with my boss. And we had a swell evening.) read more

Wing night is Tuesday for the "traditional" wings, which are the closest flavor to the "originals" at Frank and Teressa's Anchor Bar, you'll find anywhere. I think their special is .45 cent wings. Other specials throughout the week. Great wings, friendly staff, nice open surroundings. It will even be nicer if smoking is banned from the bar area. Park around back, you might not see the BWW sign from the main road. I think there's an Applebee's out front you'll see first, but this place is worth searching for. Order "traditionals", with a little sauce on the side, maybe some cheese (wedge) fries in case your tongue catches fire. I don't want to sound like a (non-smoking) nut - but I'd like to leave an establishment and not take the smell of smoke with me on my clothes and what's left of my hair. These are the best wings available from any national restraint or fast food chain. Go to the website and find the map to find the closest restaurant to you - http://www.buffalowildwings.com/ There are four in the Pittsburgh area and one in Erie. Other restaurants have opened in MD (3), NY (14), DE (3), VA (15), WV (5), NC (10), SC (4), DE (3), VA (15), TX (50+). You ask is it worth making a trip and using $4 a gallon gas to find these restaurants. You're darn right its worth it. read more

My family decided to go to BWW for my dad's birthday and to watch the last Steelers game of the year. The meal started off on a bad note when my dad ordered a Dr. Pepper and it tasted weird. We grabbed our waitress to let her know that it was off and she told us that it couldn't taste off because of the color of the drink. She said she would pour him a fresh drink and I watched her walk over to the drink station, pour out his drink, and use the same cup with the straw in it to fill it up with ice... She did NOT use the ice scooper, she put his cup right in the ice. So she brings another Dr. Pepper which tasted just as weird and he requested another pop. She again put his used cup into the ice to fill up the cup. We ordered our food which took quite a long time but it was during a Steelers game and all of the tables were full. When it finally got to our table my dad's French fries were cold and when he tried to tell the waitress she again gave attitude but did bring him fresh fries. The other two meals we ordered were okay at best. The buffalo chicken wrap at Eat n Park is significantly better than BWW and the buffalo mac n cheese was just bland and not spicy. My dad went outside to put his gifts in his car and we told our waitress that it was his birthday and asked if they do anything for birthdays. She gave us a list of desserts so we ordered it, when she brought it over she said. Happy birthday, I'd sing to you but it's loud in here. Overall we were really disappointed by the entire experience, my dad had a subpar birthday dinner and the server was just not nice. read more

I was just there,I ordered 15 wings traditional with sauce on the side Bleu cheese carrots an celery....not too crispy, not overdone......when the food arrived they were cheap with the Bleu cheese, and the veggies were strewn all over the overdone wings that I believe we're done earlier then served with the other meals from a lazy cook. I won't ever go back that hole in the wall, and would advise anyone else to avoid them too. My question remains,....how can you name your business b. This is a big empty sterile room pretending to be a sports bar. There are TV's everywhere; even screens inches from neighboring screens which created a strange alter viewing experience. The service was pretty good but I don't really care for waiters that plop themselves down @ your table like you're old friends. Um, just take our order please. The wings must be eaten that night or they get chewy and gross. You'll have to trust me. We ordered the Asian spicy wings, the mango habanero wings (serious emphasis on the HABANERO that blasts your tongue and lips w/ a relentless nerve dulling heat), and the salt/vinegar wings. They were all crispy and tasty but the celery/carrot side was far too small or perhaps it was because my mouth was on fire and I needed to extinguish the pain but my prayers went unanswered. Order /eat the hottest ones last or you won't taste ANY flavors that follow. I just wasn't impressed with the decor nor the general vibe of the place. I see it as more of a wing/beer joint for tables of college or high school boys and men just back from hunting bears. Seriously, it's more of a dude kinda joint which is fine. Their wing serving sizes are really great because you can order 6 wings w/ each flavor you choose. Nice option. Beer was cold and there were good solid draft options. read more
