You will get your pizza, chicken, sandwiches, cheesy bread/twists, etc. within a reasonable amount of time after ordering. When picking up, they are usually done after 20 minutes or so elapses on the clock. When you stack this with their coupons online, the food is very affordable (just note that extra toppings = +1 toppings if you get a pizza with multiple toppings). Ordered from Dominos today and this was my experience. I live in an apartment building for clarity. First delivery: never received a phone call to say it was delivered. I checked the app which stated it was. I checked outside my door and the main entrance of my building, no pizza. I called the store and an employee stated it was by a door and then stated I needed to check my building for it before they'd make me a new one. I called back ten minutes later after finding my pizza ice cold by an external door. The employee said "ya it's in the works and hung up". Second delivery: 45 minutes later I get a call stating the pizza is here. I tell him my girlfriend will be right there as I have to stay with my dog that was spayed today. Although delivery is an option I enjoy walking down and watching this place work. The employees there work very well together, are always busy but make time to smile at the customers. The manger at night is a hoot. She keeps that place running having no issue rolling up her sleeves and pitching in. As to quality I am never disappointed. The thin crust is my go to. read more

So, I am very mixed about this location. The pizza is always top notch and perfectly cooked, as was the case Tuesday night. HOWEVER, my delivery driver (Willie) did NOT deliver the pizza. He called me from his car and asked me to come downstairs. Where I found him, still sitting in his car. He was on his phone and there I was, holding the door to the building open, waiting for him to bring me my pizza. The pizzas are fairly good, especially when customized. And that is important. The person that assembles all of the pieces of the order, not so good. If you order ranch, butter or dressing for your salad, it's a 50/50 chance whatever you get. Most especially if they are busy. If you call after your order is wrong and they are busy, you also get, "well ma'am we are really busy"... and a lot of silence. Much, much better during non-busy times. read more

Rip off! Check for coupons because they will not tell you about any special deals! I had told my husband about the "2 topping large pizza for $5.99" deal that they had over the weekend. I had figured we would order 8 large pizzas for $48, but with the chaos of organizing a toddler birthday party he forgot. He ordered 6 extra large pizzas, 3 or 4 of which were cheese, and it came to something like $110 for 16in vs. 14 in! This location delivers to my home wicked fast - sometimes within 15 minutes of ordering! Its never more than 30 minutes. Always hot and accurate. Like everyone these days, they have an app. I usually don't download many apps, but I wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone and thought what the heck. Let me tell you, I have never had more fun ordering a pizza in my entire life. Their app is fantastic. I've never seen anything like it. It was so fast and simple, everything was clear and so easy to order exactly what I wanted. I'm such a picky eater and hate pretty much all vegetables or the extra things restaurants needlessly add into the recipes to make them sound better, but I was able to remove, add, go light on things and extra of other things. Just had a very bad experience with this Dominos. Called to complain about a delayed delivery. Manager suggested I was lying . . . that the driver was waiting on my porch. I was sitting on my sofa from which I had a clear view of the porch and the street. I told him that I wanted a new pizza, since according to their on-line tracker, by that time the pizza had been in the driver's car for more than 20 minutes. He proceeded to start arguing with me to the effect that I would just call and complain again in another half hour, and therefore it was a waste of both our time. I ended up canceling the order. Never again am I ordering from this dump, and the idiot trainee and his flippant and lying supervisor can rot in Hades.
