2 weeks ago, I was in Medina and decided to order a pan pizza with extra cheese and extra sausage. It looked like just normal cheese and sausage. I called and complained, and they said they would give me a credit for the pizza. Today, I drove all the way back to Medina, (which is an hour's drive for me round trip) ordered the exact same pizza, and when I went to pick it up, they claimed that I owed them $2. I told them that I was told I have a credit for a free one. They said I only had a $10 credit. I told them that they said they would replace it for free. The guy said no. He demanded that I pay them $2. I asked to speak to the manager. The guy I was talking to claimed to be the General Manager. He looked like he was barely out of High School. I told him that if he didn't replace it for free as promised, I would leave a bad review. He said he didn't care. OK, so now they lost a customer over $2. Nice going, genius! Also, this pizza they gave me looks exactly the same as the one I got 2 weeks ago. Barely any cheese and skimpy sausage. Definitely NOT extra. So, either these people have no clue what the word "extra" means, or else they just don't care. Avoid this place. I've had way better Domino's. I'd rather go to a different Domino's and get it made right. read more

Service and food was bad I order extra topings Extra wet wings get there and my pizza berly had topping my wings are very dry with no sauce and cold read more

Do not even place an order! So understaffed that a pizza takes over 2 hours to be delivered. I called to cancel my order after 40 minutes of it just saying prepping and the team member that answered the phone was incredibly rude. Would just order somewhere else! read more

Pizza was great! The service was fast (delivery) and the price perfect! I have zero complaints! Honestly, I've been sleeping on Domino's! They updated their menu and their ingredients! I've stayed true to the other pizza places in town, even when my order would be incomplete or wrong, Never Again! In these times I need my dollar to stretch as far as possible and Domino's will be our go to for pizza nights! read more

My husband and I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels while out of town. Dominos is usually our go to Pizza, However while in Medina this week we ordered our normal dinner to be delivered to us at our hotel. We were given a 45 minute delivery time, which turned into one hour and twenty five minutes. When it finally arrived it was cold and dried our! We will not order from this particular Dominos again and highly recommend no one else does either! read more

The customer service is wonderful and all the staff is very up lifting. Food was ready on time and very delicious! Thank you staff members.

Purchased a pizza that had a couple of issues with the quality. One was that the crust was burnt. Second was that we found a very long hair baked into our pizza. Very disappointed that the quality was so poor! read more

Okay- I got sucked in by the TV commercial that said how Dominos had changed ingredients to change customer opinion. That along with a friend telling me that it was good pizza made me try it. I will not stray from Romeo's again. Dominos had a cool app that worked and a price of $7.99 for a large three toping pizza but the pizza- not so good. The only part of it that was enjoyable was the crust because it tasted like it had been coated with garlic butter. The sauce and pepperoni was lacking in flavor. Not sure what I will do with the leftovers- maybe cut the crust off and throw away the rest! Is that worth $7.99? NO. I will say that the app was really very good. I order through it and it showed me when the pizza was made, when it was in the oven and when it was ready for pick up. Too bad the pizza was not as good as the app. read more

Very inconsistent, but overall very low quality. Sometimes it's like they just slid it through the oven it's so undercooked, other times just thrown in the box. They're open late, that's about the only positive. read more

Domino's Pizza - Would they eat this? - Pizza Near Me - Medina, Ohio

Extremely bad customer service. Man who answered phone was very rude and was swearing. He should not be working there and should definitely not be allowed to answer the phone. He sounded very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager and she was rude too. Pizza was missing toppings and very burnt. Will not be going there again at all. They need to get their act together and do better. Wish I could give this place a negative number rating because they don't even deserve a one star rating at all. read more

I ordered 3 items: a medium pizza, a specialty chicken, and a chicken alfredo pasta dish. They forgot my medium pizza. I had to call the store. They said "yes, it's still here. sorry." I then had to wait an additional 30 minutes to receive my pizza (which was now room temperature. They didn't even attempt to do anything to comp the fact that THEY FORGOT TO DELIVER my pizza!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO PICK IT UP!!! read more

I walked in tonight and 4 young men were "working" except one was in socks and sandals. After hearing their high school boy talk about sending pictures of their "junk" for 5 minutes, I had asked who worked here. The one at the front had said that the two boys were just hanging out. I asked if this is how they treat all customers and he said that they were still getting their work done. One of the friends was wearing socks and sandals and both of the boys were distracting the workers so much they didnt ask the name of my order. I said i'll be talking to the manager tomorrow and this young teen says he is the manager but he doesn't act like one if he's talking about their "junk" in the back while making me wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Its sad that I had this experience while some 16 or 17 year old is a manager and he is back talking to me and couldn't even get my order. I ordered online and it said 8-10 mins till ready i was there 25 minutes after I received the text, so these boys obviously weren't working when they said my food wasn't ready. Very sad I won't be back and the garlic sauce I ordered wasn't with the bread. read more

This is the worst pizza ever. They keep claiming they've improved it, and it is still awful. Don't bother.

This review is not meant to reflect the dominos chain as a whole. Simply the Medina site. I ordered a three topping pizza during a time that was not busy at all. No other customers waiting. The pizza had onions bacon and pepperoni. The onions were placed on the pizza after the pizza was cooked since they were cold and completely uncooked. Additionally they didn't even cut the pizza, something that has happened multiple times at this store in my experiences (from others that I know have bought pizza from here). Really embarassing effort from the employees at this store. In need of some ownership change or a culture overhaul read more

Super quick service every time, great prices, and delicious pizza and wings. I will continue ordering from this great place!!

Service was beyond rude it seems like they don't even cook the pizza it taste like Doug with stuff on top. Don't even bother ordering online unless your picking it up! read more

Placed my order online a half hour before I wanted to pick it up. Paid for it upon entering the store after I received notification it was finished. The guy behind the counter told me it would be 30 mins. I ordered bread sticks... plus I had already been told it was finished. I asked him if he was sure and I told him about my email. He ignored me and rang up the lady behind me. He then left the front to go handle the phone calls. It was About ten mins later he told me my pizza was about to come out of the oven..... I told him that I only ordered bread bites. He left with me thinking he was going to fix my order. Stupid me. He was getting and order ready for delivery. Finally about a half hour after being in the place with my 4 and 5 year olds, I asked the guy making pizza if my order was any closer to being finished. He asked me if I had already paid, and I told him about a half hour earlier. He went to the heat unit and my order was there. It was there the whole time. I was pissed. I did not get anything for my time wasted. A refund for my cold bread bites would be nice. They have definitely lost my business!!!! read more
