We were hesitant to go b/c of the bad reviews but I specifically made this account to come on here and say we had EXCELLENT service tonight!! Everyone we saw was friendly and attentive, food came out fast an exactly what we wanted, and the drinks were good too! Just wanted to put y'all onto this specific BWW's redemption arc. read more

I do not like giving a negative review, but this place has given me no choice. First let me say I feel bad for the staff that works here because the ones that were here and have actually shown up are running around trying to do double duty. With that said, it took 10 minutes to get seated. Not even half the restaurant was filled. Once we were seated the quickest thing that we got were our drinks. We all ordered wings, no appetizers or anything crazy. It took almost an hour to get our food. It was just warm and when we made the server aware she did offer to get more wings but that it would be a while until we got those. Needless to say we just ate what was initially served to us. I've always loved the atmosphere. There weren't any big games today so there wasn't much to watch. Unless they make big changes we won't be back. We did want to talk to a manager but they never came around. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - This is all I have to show, this was 45 minutes of waiting for our food. - American Near Me - Medina, Ohio

The cherries in the coke were way to moist and I did not like how bad the food was and the ambience was trash like who set up this lighting gang. The service was slow and we got the check so late. I hated how slow it was to get the check and Sidney I'm on to you for how bad you treat people you need fired. Ben is an amazing person and he needs a raise and he needs to run this place right now like it needs to be called Ben's world now I love him. read more

Service was insanely slow, place was not busy! We ordered wings, chicken fingers and french fries and were there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. We had to ask someone for refills as our server was not attentive. read more

Been going here for over a decade and sadly walked out twice due to a struggling staff.

Those were the absolute worst wings I've ever had... and the buffalo chicken wrap is folded so as to put a minimal amount of filling in! Never... will we return. read more

Nikki was our server she was outstanding. Her service was up and beyond. She didn't make us feel pressured. Nikki was polite, professional, and friendly, and kept the refills coming. She did check with us frequently to make sure this was a pleasurable experience. She served the food making sure it was hot and delicious. The food was yummy. And the portions were worth it. read more

Service was absolutely horrible. Waitress was not nice at all. Waited 40 minutes for our food and my fries were cold. My husband ordered hot wings ( celery and carrots). When she brought us our food she could see his drink was empty. Half way through our meal I flagged her down and she was just rude. So when she finally decided to bring another drink and celery& carrots, we were pretty much done. The place was pretty empty at 1 pm Sunday afternoon. So not like they had a house full. We were there a couple weeks ago and same shity service. Was a great place and good food- but not anymore. read more

We arrived at 12:10 there were only 2 tables sat. Our waitress explained she was tired after we asked why she looks sad. Many people around us were getting food so at 1:00 pm we asked about our food and I presume at that point the waitress had forgotten to put in our order and used an excuse of only 2 cooks. Mind you at this point there were 6 tables. We left with no food and went to OnTap and it's 1:40 and we have food. Don't bother with BW3s the manager when we complained said they were transitioning management. We left them $25 for 3 soft drinks and some pretzel knots, very disappointing experience. read more

Service was bad. I even sent a message to Buffalo Wild Wings said would reply within 3-5 business days no response after 2 weeks. Took over 45 minutes to get our food, it was cold and part of the order was missing. Since it was cold from sitting it was not good. I had to retrieve my beer from the bar tender, we were at a table. The waitress left my beer at the bar for 10 plus minutes each time. The waitress never checked with us once we asked for our food. We had to ask her to bring our check then flag her down to actually take it. I said this the last time I was at Buffalo Wild Wings. I will never go back, I mean it this time. read more

I DoorDash sometimes and every time I get an order for this location I have to wait. For instance I was just told I have to wait another 10 minutes. Ridiculous!! And the customer service isn't the best at all. read more

Servers were very attentive and friendly. The Buffalo wings lunch special were very good and I tried their pretzels which were tasty. Got seated in a soft booth immediately at about 1:30 for a late lunch. Atmosphere was so inviting I stayed for a second relaxing beer. I was just passing through this town but if I'm ever back I'd eat here again without question. read more

Awful experience. It took forever to even get our queso, and when we finally did, it was cold. Instead of bringing a new one, the server grabbed the same bowl with her hands and took it to get heated up, then returned it like nothing happened. No refills, no check-ins, nothing. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Definitely won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Long waits, under-trained staff and overpriced for the value. Getting seated always takes a while. Overall the location seems understaffed I will take my money elsewhere. read more

We were standing in line to get our NAMES down on the list for 15 minutes, being blatantly ignored by all staff until a server put the names down of the people in front of me, told them "i don't even want to tell you a time we will get to you when we get to you." The people leaving the restaurant quite literally told us "good luck" and after the server had gotten the names down of the people in front of us she didn't even acknowledge us to get our names down on the list even though we were in line. most likely not the servers fault, but horrible horrible service. read more

Food was room temperature came out slow waitress checked up on us maybe twice also was rude and it took 20 minutes to be seated

Took the family to BW-3 because we had a coupon and it's very close to home. Upon arrival, we waited five minutes for a table and we were told that they were out of bone-in chicken wings. I was actually going to order some bone-in chicken wings, so I needed to rethink my decision. They offer boneless chicken wings as well as cauliflower wings. They had Stella on tap, so I requested one. Shortly after, my daughter asked why beer and wine weren't served with a straw similar to soft drinks. My wife and I didn't have a good answer for her since straws are more sanitary. She asked why we enjoyed sucking on a glass that 100 other people have sucked on. I told her that they do wash dishes and her response was, "Still!" Anyway, I went ahead and requested some of those cauliflower wings because I love veggies and I was curious how they would taste. I also requested a hand-battered chicken sammich and fries. We were then told that the kitchen was moving slow and food would take 25-35 minutes. We were okay with that because we were in dinner mode. And when I'm in dinner mode, I don't take phone calls and I prefer my family to focus on eating and socializing with one another. So if dinner takes longer, that's okay with me. About 20 minutes later, our food was served. My chicken sammich looked amazing. The pickles were tasty and it was delicious. I'd order it again in a heartbeat. Also, it was only $5.99 with fries, so you can't beat that. The cauliflower wings were very tasty with the sweet BBQ sauce that I requested. Somehow they got them things to be a touch crunchy on the outside. Now that's some fine kitchen work right there. I really liked them and I would definitely order them again. Next time, I'll try a different sauce too! Really good! Loved my meal. Service was excellent. read more

Way too expensive. Chicken wrap with soda and tip is not worth $22. The wrap has maybe 3 chicken nuggets, lettuce sauce and cheese. Do your self a favor chipotle has better food and 2 burritos are roughly $18. read more

Going to give these guys A little love. First. People provide reviews based on "their new expectations" pre COVID you had to get off your ass and go get your own food. Delivery services and to go services make less money than you do so chill and give them a break. I digress. Anyway. First. It's BW's not Ruth Chris steak house. You get what you pay for. I went for spicy garlic wings and got...spicy garlic wings. Service was good. Bartender was doing what a BW's bartender does. She was talking to her regulars and taking care of her customers. In other words..she was doing great. Just because staff doesn't bow to your demands like people think they should doesn't mean they are not doing their job. People have become ass hats to service staff. Anyway. I went for wings and beer. Got wings and beer. Expectations met. Bartender was great. Would come back if in area again. read more

Placed an order for 6:30 pick up and it is currently 8:05 and it is still not ready we have been sitting in here for almost 2 hours... this may be the craziest worst restaurant experience I have ever had... also it's the day of the OSU national championship football game and I'm missing it with my family while I wait here for 2 HOURS... never give your money to this location management does not care Finally got our food at 8:15 but it was missing a wrap and wings so back inside to wait longer Finally got our food 2 HOURS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE READY AND 3 hours after it was placed online Management gave nothing for the wait or any words to us while we waited read more

Pretty slow (busy wise) night! The host sat us right on top of other parties, which was weird, but hey, we had not been there in awhile and were looking forward to their new menu items! The Cobb Salad was very small, had canned chicken and I couldn't finish it, it was not appetizing at all. The nachos with beef brisket was sparse as well and not very good, the brisket was mostly grizzle and fat. The Caesar salad was small but good! (Hence the 1 star.). It had actual chicken breast on it! The server was wonderful and attentive only BEFORE she left the bill, no refills or checks after that, but that happens... (The Yankees won, too! Boo! Haha) I don't think we will be going back. Not impressed for a $50 meal. read more

horrible just walked in 20 wings . app said be there in 15 . took 45 minutes and I was outside of the store all that time . they fricken had 3 people in the whole store . and then the funniest thing the manager answer a call in front of me for a order of 90 wings and says . it'll take 30 minutes and I laughed . it took your 45 minutes to do 20 wings with a empty store. those 90 wings taking you guys 4 hours . I keep trying to come back and eat here but this is the worst fricken service know to mankind every time I order bravo I love buffalo wind wings but because of this specific location I regret getting food Everytime I go . It took them 2 hours to bring out my god damn chicken sandwich. 2 people got in a fist fight and the cops had to come.

Wings aren't even that good, and service here is incredibly slow and no body is polite. Came here to pick up an order for wings and I sat there for 20 minutes and I heard people in the back saying "push back the Togo order with 6 wings because they got it for free." I forgot how much I hate the Medina BW3's until I was just back today. Not impressed and will not come back. read more

Service was terrible. We arrived at 8:40 and didn't leave until 11:00 because of the poor table attention and time it took to get food. Our server also went on to say that she would pay us to leave. Waited for 75 minutes for my takeout order. Didn't receive a discount, beverage while waiting, apology. We used to really enjoy this place, but it's been going downhill for quite awhile. Tonight was the last straw and won't be back. Tried to order off the app, but it wouldn't work. My wife called and talked to a snotty girl on the phone. She asked for grilled chicken instead of breaded chicken on the salad. The response: "No, I can't do that." Huh? That seems like a very simple swap. As for the food we got, way too much lettuce in the wrap, very little chicken in the salad (breaded, not grilled, lol), and cold, stale fries. The new pretzel bites are terrible. They are basically "everything" bagel bites, not pretzels. Gross. If you are going to watch a game, so be it. It's a good atmosphere for that. But eat dinner before you go. And by no means waste your money and time on takeout. Very disappointing. read more

They can't fill 1/2 the orders correctly - and even claim that they did check the order for accuracy. Overpriced. Too slow. It's Super Bowl Sunday so I understand things could get messy. Just wasn't expecting it to this bad. The staff was very professional and you could tell stressed out, and that's why they're at least getting 2 stars. Made the wait almost worth it. When I arrived I was told my order would be an extra 20mins, which is fine it's the super bowl I'd be an idiot if I expected it to be ready right on time. After 40mins of waiting my food was ready, thanked the staff, and left. You'd expect that if you have to wait an extra 40mins for food it'd come out hot right? Wrong. I live 5mins away from this location and when I got home everything was cold. So not only was I just cracking open my first cold boy that should've been drank 40mins ago, but now I'm sitting in front of a plate of lies and disappointment. I'm an accountant so I can almost do basic math. But you'd accept that if you had to wait extra time for your food, that it should be coming straight out of the oven. I was 100% prepared to get 3rd degree burns on my mouth, but nope. Just some cold, spicy sadness. Never again Buffalo Wild Wings...until next year for the next Super Bowl. read more

Vegetarians will be pleased to find the Black Bean Burger hidden on the hamburger section of the menu. I've been ordering the Cobb salad without meat for a few years, struggling to find anything meatless on this menu. Even the wait staff has failed to direct me to this vegetarian sandwich option! It's a little too spicy, wonderfully interesting and I highly recommend you try it with blue cheese or ranch salad dressing(that's my idea, not theirs). The dressing masks the spicy hot pepper after taste. They serve this sandwich with cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce and pickle. A large ice tea with fresh lemon highly compliments this meal! read more

We ordered food to go. We picked up and drove 20 minutes home, only to find out the order was incorrect. I called back and the person on the phone told me I was wrong. We have eaten here for years...NEVER AGAIN! read more

Okay, so I wasn't expecting much from BWW at 10 pm on a Saturday night. The sink fixtures in the ladies bathroom could have been pulled out of the sink. Then a nearby server ranted and raved in front of her table how much she hated being a server and was done with it. Two of her friends (not coworkers or customers. Just visiting) were listening to her as she cleaned a table. When she spilt all the drink, she used a string of profanities and announced she was done. The bartender cleaned her table up and she returned about ten minutes later. We saw the manager walk through, no mention about how his employee shouted curse words in her section and stomped off. read more

So... my girlfriend and I went there yesterday. Obviously it's a Covid friendly place and everyone was wearing masks. It was clean, friendly and the food was as expected (just got chicken wings so you may not want to use this review as a template for the rest of the menu). The real reason for this review is to compliment the staff. They were kind, fun, funny and super efficient. One in particular was our waitress Sam (Samantha). She was fantastic and really made our experience a little better... she had a wonderful disposition and will be a main reason why we will go back to this location. read more

I went to BWW on August 17th bc I needed to clarify an online order on Doordash inside as apparently, they have something called, "Wildburger" according to the Doordash app. Despite the fact that there was no Wildburger in that particular location, the staff still placed my order and they prepped it while I was on the phone with Doordash requesting a refund. My order came quickly and I cannot thank them enough. They were all so helpful and compassionate that I recommend this place for anyone, local or not. read more
