I do not like giving a negative review, but this place has given me no choice. First let me say I feel bad for the staff that works here because the ones that were here and have actually shown up are running around trying to do double duty. With that said, it took 10 minutes to get seated. Not even half the restaurant was filled. Once we were seated the quickest thing that we got were our drinks. We all ordered wings, no appetizers or anything crazy. It took almost an hour to get our food. It was just warm and when we made the server aware she did offer to get more wings but that it would be a while until we got those. Needless to say we just ate what was initially served to us. I've always loved the atmosphere. There weren't any big games today so there wasn't much to watch. Unless they make big changes we won't be back. We did want to talk to a manager but they never came around. read more

Nikki was our server she was outstanding. Her service was up and beyond. She didn't make us feel pressured. Nikki was polite, professional, and friendly, and kept the refills coming. She did check with us frequently to make sure this was a pleasurable experience. She served the food making sure it was hot and delicious. The food was yummy. Awful experience. It took forever to even get our queso, and when we finally did, it was cold. Instead of bringing a new one, the server grabbed the same bowl with her hands and took it to get heated up, then returned it like nothing happened. No refills, no check-ins, nothing. We were standing in line to get our NAMES down on the list for 15 minutes, being blatantly ignored by all staff until a server put the names down of the people in front of me, told them "i don't even want to tell you a time we will get to you when we get to you." The people leaving the restaurant quite literally told us "good luck" and after the server had gotten the names down of the people in front of us she didn't even acknowledge us to get our names down on the list even though we were in line. most likely not the servers fault, but horrible horrible service. read more

Service was absolutely horrible. Waitress was not nice at all. Waited 40 minutes for our food and my fries were cold. My husband ordered hot wings ( celery and carrots). When she brought us our food she could see his drink was empty. Half way through our meal I flagged her down and she was just rude. Many people around us were getting food so at 1:00 pm we asked about our food and I presume at that point the waitress had forgotten to put in our order and used an excuse of only 2 cooks. Servers were very attentive and friendly. The Buffalo wings lunch special were very good and I tried their pretzels which were tasty. Got seated in a soft booth immediately at about 1:30 for a late lunch. Atmosphere was so inviting I stayed for a second relaxing beer. Took the family to BW-3 because we had a coupon and it's very close to home. Upon arrival, we waited five minutes for a table and we were told that they were out of bone-in chicken wings. I was actually going to order some bone-in chicken wings, so I needed to rethink my decision. They offer boneless chicken wings as well as cauliflower wings. They had Stella on tap, so I requested one. Shortly after, my daughter asked why beer and wine weren't served with a straw similar to soft drinks. My wife and I didn't have a good answer for her since straws are more sanitary. She asked why we enjoyed sucking on a glass that 100 other people have sucked on. I told her that they do wash dishes and her response was, "Still!" Anyway, I went ahead and requested some of those cauliflower wings because I love veggies and I was curious how they would taste. I also requested a hand-battered chicken sammich and fries. We were then told that the kitchen was moving slow and food would take 25-35 minutes. We were okay with that because we were in dinner mode. And when I'm in dinner mode, I don't take phone calls and I prefer my family to focus on eating and socializing with one another. So if dinner takes longer, that's okay with me. About 20 minutes later, our food was served. My chicken sammich looked amazing. The pickles were tasty and it was delicious. I'd order it again in a heartbeat. Also, it was only $5.99 with fries, so you can't beat that. The cauliflower wings were very tasty with the sweet BBQ sauce that I requested. Somehow they got them things to be a touch crunchy on the outside. Now that's some fine kitchen work right there. I really liked them and I would definitely order them again. Pretty slow (busy wise) night! The host sat us right on top of other parties, which was weird, but hey, we had not been there in awhile and were looking forward to their new menu items! The Cobb Salad was very small, had canned chicken and I couldn't finish it, it was not appetizing at all. The nachos with beef brisket was sparse as well and not very good, the brisket was mostly grizzle and fat. The Caesar salad was small but good! (Hence the 1 star.). It had actual chicken breast on it! The server was wonderful and attentive only BEFORE she left the bill, no refills or checks after that, but that happens... (The Yankees won, too! Boo! We used to really enjoy this place, but it's been going downhill for quite awhile. Tonight was the last straw and won't be back. Tried to order off the app, but it wouldn't work. My wife called and talked to a snotty girl on the phone. She asked for grilled chicken instead of breaded chicken on the salad. The response: "No, I can't do that." Huh? That seems like a very simple swap. As for the food we got, way too much lettuce in the wrap, very little chicken in the salad (breaded, not grilled, lol), and cold, stale fries. The new pretzel bites are terrible. They are basically "everything" bagel bites, not pretzels. Gross. If you are going to watch a game, so be it. It's a good atmosphere for that. Okay, so I wasn't expecting much from BWW at 10 pm on a Saturday night. The sink fixtures in the ladies bathroom could have been pulled out of the sink. Then a nearby server ranted and raved in front of her table how much she hated being a server and was done with it. Two of her friends (not coworkers or customers. Just visiting) were listening to her as she cleaned a table. When she spilt all the drink, she used a string of profanities and announced she was done. The bartender cleaned her table up and she returned about ten minutes later. It's Super Bowl Sunday so I understand things could get messy. Just wasn't expecting it to this bad. The staff was very professional and you could tell stressed out, and that's why they're at least getting 2 stars. Made the wait almost worth it. When I arrived I was told my order would be an extra 20mins, which is fine it's the super bowl I'd be an idiot if I expected it to be ready right on time. After 40mins of waiting my food was ready, thanked the staff, and left. You'd expect that if you have to wait an extra 40mins for food it'd come out hot right? Wrong. I live 5mins away from this location and when I got home everything was cold. So not only was I just cracking open my first cold boy that should've been drank 40mins ago, but now I'm sitting in front of a plate of lies and disappointment. I'm an accountant so I can almost do basic math. But you'd accept that if you had to wait extra time for your food, that it should be coming straight out of the oven. Vegetarians will be pleased to find the Black Bean Burger hidden on the hamburger section of the menu. I've been ordering the Cobb salad without meat for a few years, struggling to find anything meatless on this menu. Even the wait staff has failed to direct me to this vegetarian sandwich option! It's a little too spicy, wonderfully interesting and I highly recommend you try it with blue cheese or ranch salad dressing(that's my idea, not theirs). The dressing masks the spicy hot pepper after taste. They serve this sandwich with cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce and pickle. A large ice tea with fresh lemon highly compliments this meal! read more

I went to BWW on August 17th bc I needed to clarify an online order on Doordash inside as apparently, they have something called, "Wildburger" according to the Doordash app. Despite the fact that there was no Wildburger in that particular location, the staff still placed my order and they prepped it while I was on the phone with Doordash requesting a refund. My order came quickly and I cannot thank them enough. They were all so helpful and compassionate that I recommend this place for anyone, local or not. read more

So... my girlfriend and I went there yesterday. Obviously it's a Covid friendly place and everyone was wearing masks. It was clean, friendly and the food was as expected (just got chicken wings so you may not want to use this review as a template for the rest of the menu). The real reason for this review is to compliment the staff. They were kind, fun, funny and super efficient. One in particular was our waitress Sam (Samantha). She was fantastic and really made our experience a little better... she had a wonderful disposition and will be a main reason why we will go back to this location. read more

I want to start off this review with saying our server Matt was awesome, very attentive, and friendly. Unfortunately we will not be back to this location which we visit around 5-8 times a year. We asked for 30 wings that are all flats which includes a $1.99 extra charge. When we received our food, we had a flat to drum ratio roughly of 55/45. This was not a problem, as Matt asked if we wanted to send it back but we didn't want the food to go to waste, and decided to eat it, he said he would talk to his manager. We received the bill with the $1.99 charge still on the bill, but they only took off $0.70 off the bill for the inconvenience. We ended up paying an extra $1.30 for a service we requested but was not delivered. Think it would make more sense to take off the $1.99 charge, as that request was not honored. Hate to say that the incompetence of management will lead us to a different option from now on. read more

Food is good, but had an issues with manager Zach. My wife and son had a problem with the claw machine. Zach walked away from them both as they were telling him , the machine was not giving them the prize they had won.
