I love pizza. Throughout my life, I have enjoyed countless pizzas from dominoes. While their quality has decreased over the years, I always knew I could rely on Domino's to serve me a tasty pizza. Today, as I lay exhausted on my bed, I decided I would order myself yet another pizza. It came, and I appreciated the quick delivery. I ate a slice, then another, and another. I thought, "this is heaven..." until I felt something strange in my mouth on my 4th piece. I'm someone who deals with hair loss due to extreme damage in my hair. So of course, I assumed this distasteful surprise was a result of my own ailments. I assumed wrong; as I pulled out the hair, it kept coming. I have short brown hair. The hair i pulled out of my mouth (and out of half-chewed pizza) was at least 10 inches long, sporting a deep black shade. Not cool! Do your workers have their food handlers card? It's very important to the health of the customer for bacteria to stay off of your products, especially concerning food. I moved to the area in the very beginning of the pandemic so I only have ever gotten pizza from here from the pickup window, just carry out, no delivery or anything. EVERY time I got there no matter what I order I love it, it's never been over or under cooked,the crust and bread and knots have been so crispy and so garlicky, I love it all. My family had the most amazing experience at this location. It was a late Friday night around 10pm and much to our surprise they were open. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As we waited for our pizza we watched the employees working very hard and doing a great job! Now, after eating crappy pizza, 3 days later, I get to dispute the two additional transactions totaling nearly $150.00 of pizza that I didn't order with my bank, cancel my debit card, and update all my automatic deposits. My boyfriend and I have probably ordered from two dozen times. We looove pizza and we have really busy schedules. We usually deliver but we have once in awhile picked up our dinner from the store. Every time we have had pizza delivered they are always so quick! I think the most over waited for a pizza was 30 minutes. For prep, bake, and deliver I think that's pretty good. I love the fact that they have the "pizza tracker" on there app. It keeps you updated on what they are doing. It's actually really cool. The app gets 5/5 stars. The delivery guys are always really polite and efficient. The only reason I am giving this dominos 4/5 stars is because the pizzas are usually just throw together. I would describe it as messy. My order was not even close to correct and when I called the "manager" Bradley he was very smug and laughed at anything I said. I personally went to the store and when Bradley was finally done talking with his buddies he came over. I showed him the pizzas they sold me compared to what I ordered and he didn't even recognize what one of the pizzas was. Still laughing while looking at my receipt on my phone compared to what they gave me he said he had no idea how that could happen. Best service ever. Ordered 2 large pizzas last night to be delivered. Received order, driver very polite. Started eating and someone knocked on door. Was another delivery driver with another pizza! He told me that they had mis-made one of my pizzas and caught it after the other driver had left. I didn't even notice my 2nd pizza didn't have extra cheese on it! I've ordered from this location twice. The first time there were no problems. The second time, the pizza was delivered uncooked. While the cheese with melted, the inside was completely Rado and as soon as I open the box I could see water on the top. I'm not sure how they missed that. I called and I spoke with Jeremy and he said that he would remake my pizza and bring it to me. So I am impressed with their customer service. And I'm also impressed with how quickly they get to me. Granted, I don't live very far away, but still they managed to get here within 20 minutes of ordering. I hope the next pizza is cooked. read more

The pizzas at this particular dominoes is very skimpy with its ingredients. Picking up a pizza through the drive-through is not necessarily safe and sanitary due to Covid and The unnecessary use of receipts with app orders. The local fast food businesses are not medical professional so the high standard of sanitation and medical knowledge is out the door. The manager encourages the young employees to hand the customer A unnecessary receipt because payment was done on the Domino's app. Handing the customer additional receipt to get a tip on a clipboard with pen it's not safe in my opinion due to covid. Dominoes corporate needs to include tipping on there app. I don't think it's fair to risk the customers safety with Covid because the store wants digital tips. Local dominoes ask corporate dominoes to update there app. The ingredients are so skimpy you have to doctorate the pizza when you get home, heated up again which should not be necessary. It's easier just to buy a pizza at Safeway then go through all the trouble to do the same thing than Domino's pizza. Good luck pep's! read more

Unless you're looking for disappointment, rude customer service & an evening of gastrointestinal misery, avoid this location!! I splurged on a large order of pizzas & bread for my family. I arrived to pick up my order & my presence was clearly an inconvenience for the staff. Upon returning home, I opened the pizzas & found some pizzas drenched in a pool of oil, with haphazardly, poorly thrown together toppings. Others were mostly overcooked, greasy crust with a tiny handful of toppings sprinkled on them. Then we opened the boxes of cheesy bread....UGH!!! Gag!! Nothing but a pile of oily, greasy, disgusting lumps of garbage. The grease from the pizzas & bread soaked through the cardboard & left stains on my counter. Almost everything ended up in the trash. As far as chain restaurants go this specific establishment is quality. They have very good customer service; very genuine polite employees. The pizzas are very fairly priced compared to other joints nearby. But the low cost doesn't interfere with always satisfactory pies. Anytime I am having a movie night I make sure to drive down from the back hills of Rainier down to Longview. I've ordered from here a dozen or so times and haven't had any complaints of the quality to date. My boyfriend and I ordered pizza at the same time, 2 different orders which were both estimated to be done at the same time. He decided to wait in the drive through pick up line and I just ran inside to grab my order. I got my order and met him in the car. However, his order apparently wasn't done yet so the girl at the window had him pull up and wait and she was or someone was supposed to run it out... well he waited for about 10 mins and I came out with my order and his order still wasn't out. Five minutes after that he decided to go in to check and the girl asks him the name for the order and he tells her that she had him pull up and wait for the order... all she said was sorry it got busy... are you kidding me?! If you have someone pull forward how do you forget about the order.. yeah McDonald's gets busy as does every other restaurant with a drive through and we have never been forgotten about. Super shitty service... only with the girl at the drive through window.. if you can't remember how to do your job.. maybe you should find one where you don't have to remember that you have customers. read more
