Expecting good food here is a mistake. They serve yesterdays pizza by slightly burning it. And who cooks pizza without the sauce and saves it overnight and still sell it the next day? Pizza seemed to be done fast and we received it quickly too. Too quick actually...pizza was undercooked. Called the store and they offered to remake it but at that point I was grossed out after eating a couple bites and noticed something weird and mushy tasting. Manager stayed quiet for a bit and seemed to not believe me after I offered to send a picture or to come look. It took me saying " I want my money back", for her to say she will credit the account. Food was wrong. Sat on hold for 45 mins including while driving there. Asst Mgr - guy with reddish color beard told me yeah its a call center when I showed him how long I had been on hold. Showed him my order said he would remake it so another 20 minute wait. Ask for managers number said couldn't give it to me. Said Steve Allen would be in on Monday. No reviews for a non existent service restaurant, no phone service, no delivery no pizza's!!!!!

Well, the downside? You cannot order online. for some reason, you can go online and order what you like, but once it gets to the 'delivery' point, it all goes to hell. I wind up having to call the store directly and letting them know what I want. They usually price it out and i get my order within 35-45 minutes. So, that's the downside.I have yet to be 'ripped off from them, however. The upside? Honestly, it seems like this store really wants to get you what you want. I mean, when i order, they will double check my address, and let me know how long it will take. You know,, like they actually care about what they're doing. I mean, Hell, ONE time, they told me that there had been an order that was cancelled, and if I'd paid an extra couple of bucks, i would get twice the hot wings. It was almost like they actually cared about the people they were serving and wanted make them as happy as possible. Hard to believe that this is coming from Dominoes, but it's true. When you consider that they are the only late night choice for pizza in Lindale TX, they have no reason to make you happy. I mean who cares what the 11.30 pm guy wants? This branch does. It took me 4 calls and 17 minutes later to finally get someone on the phone. Needless to say, I was put on hold again so I ended up ordering elsewhere. If you're that busy, staff enough. It seems like you guys are always under staffed. I'm glad Lil Caesar's is coming to town. Keep it up and you will be losing many customers to them. read more

Well, I don't have too much to say other then my experience was not that great. It took forever to get my food via delivery. The 30 minute estimate turned into 45 minutes of actual time. To top that off, the pizza arrived cold and the delivery guy told me that I should let my soda settle since he just dropped it. Overall I wasn't impressed and the pizza was awful. It was a compilation of bad... One after another. I hope it just order on a bad night for this Dominos. However, if you have a choice, you may want to consider eating something else... Ive always thought Dominos had pretty good pizza but the one here in lindale is fantastic. The staff is super nice and our pizzas are always ready within a reasonable amount of time. The breadsticks are probably the best I've had. read more

I have ordered both delivery and take out from our local Lindale Domino's and I love them. They are seriously the friendliest bunch ever! You should hear them greet you when you walk in = awesome. My food is always great, arrives in a timely manner - and we live outside of the city limits. Highly recommend them! read more

Domino's is really fast about getting your order and making sure that is up to standards. They have not messed up my order yet or mixed up my order and I think that is outstanding. The wings and the two topping two medium pizzas for $5.99 each is a great deal. They actually will try satisfy you if you didn't have a good time. read more

If you enjoy cold food, go for it. Per their own tracker, food was checked at 11:34 and set on their counter until delivery person headed out at 11:57. Yuck yuck cold food. read more

My family and friends have been using this Domino's for awhile, and our experience has gradually gotten more interestingly worse. Like today for instance, I call them at 10:04 pm. and asked that the don't deliver until until 11:00, I was told that at the latest they would leave their building at 10:45. Which, is fine, I understand wanting to be back or have it dropped off by 11:00. So I put in the order and it shows up at my door at 10:28. I'm all for fast service but it was specifically instructed not to come that soon. I asked the delivery guy to look at his ticket and see what it said and he even agree that it said 10:45 yet he is still in front of me with a pizza. I didn't ask for them to bring it at 11:00 for the hell of it. I asked them because I didn't want it sitting around and that is exactly what it ended up doing... for 30 minutes. I don't want to reheat a pizza, that's gross and it gets soggy and it's just a pain. So I will count this as my last experience with Domino's. My only request to the manager there is, remind your employee's to pay attention. Looking at the time isn't that hard. read more

i truly have to say that the food was great but the person claiming to be in charge was very unprofessional and caused a very hostile work environment for other employees.. he yelled at an employee in front of guest just because the employee was giving customer satisfaction!!! i feel for the employee who was yelled at also for the others, i truly think that the person in charge is a control freak because he made it very clear that he was the boss. well news flash for him, in any business you have to know how to respect to receive respect not only that but if your not interested in customer satisfaction then you should do something different. 2/22/2013 @ 5pm read more
