Amazing food. We had the Cheeseburger with fries and the bacon avocado turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries. We split it and shared it and both meals were the best ever. Love this place.... just experienced the Bruschetta. Don't miss this one especially during Happy Hour. Loved the Bowl options and haven't met a hamburger or wrap we didn't like. Wait staff are very friendly and it you don't know what you want ask them for a suggestion. They won't steer you wrong. Logans is in and old bank building that still has the vault. Logan's Place has a very nice atmosphere with a touch of elegance. Compared to the previous location it has more space, better acoustics and a better menu with more variety. The bar is separate from the dining area and there is a private room for larger parties or groups. One of us ordered the delicious mushroom swiss burger with macaroni and cheese. (The pasta was bow tie style.) I ordered a grilled chicken salad. When I dine at restaurants I oftentimes order grilled chicken salads and this is now one of my favorites! The chicken had such wonderful flavor! Also, I typically have a to-go box when I dine out but not this time. The salad was just the right size; I ate it all in one sitting! Since this was a birthday celebration we made an exception and ordered a piece of their cheesecake. We decided to try the tuxedo cheesecake and it was a slice of heaven! On top of the food and ambiance I would give them high marks for service as well. Their prices were reasonable to moderately expensive (considering today's prices). Stopped in for a quick lunch. Got a burger and one of their rice bowls, waitress was very friendly and attentive, so we had a nice relaxed meal. Looks like it was an old bank building, lots of room, not crowded at all. Looks like it would be a great place for an evening meal/drinks as well. Noticed an event room was set up for someone's birthday, so they could have their get together in privacy. All in all, good choice for a sit down meal! read more

My friend and I happened to find this place on Yelp after an arrival on the train and were so glad we did!! I was sooo happy to see corned beef on the menu. Asking the waitress if it was lean, since I hate fat she assured me it was and I was so pleasantly surprised!! It was the best corned beef and Swiss on rye I've ever had!! I skip the sauerkraut and dressing. I confess to being a horrible picky eater so I've run across displeasure and/or orders gotten wrong frequently when I do any changes from the standard offering. So again it was great having such a friendly accommodating waitress, then the owner even stop by later for a pleasant chat afterwards. (I didn't know he was the owner for sometime after us telling him how pleased we were.) My friend got such a huge burger she had to take half home. It was great seeing others' appealing dishes being delivered too. Wish we had room after seeing the cute cannoli tray someone got!! The atmosphere was great as well and I'm sure anyone going there will be equally pleased!! I look forward to going back!! Just wish I lived closer! read more

You know the food is good when everyone at the table takes a bite and comments "this is so good". This is a place every generation of my family enjoys. Brandi was a great waitress for us. I had the mushroom Swiss burger, sweet potato fries and their special spring margarita in celebration of Margarita Day. I ate it all up! Only my MIL took home leftovers. They have a private party room with neat doors, a gift shop, a bar area and outdoor seating area. I didn't find anything that I didn't like. Nice experience! read more

Food was amazing, the chicken actually had real flavor, not dry and tasteless. Carrie was our server and she nailed it. Everything was perfect, no mistakes, she really knew the menu and all the drinks. It was our fifth time eating there, never had a problem. Ask for Carrie if you go. Thumbs up! This has become a regular goto spot for us when we are in Mineola. The food is consistently good and hot. The wait staff are very attentive and personable. Once, our server got on her knees to level our table with shims. My few criticisms are 1) The supplement Specials menus should be culled for those with food and drink stains. 2) We saw a customer come into the restaurant with a dog in a child's stroller and be seated; obviously not a service animal. We personally don't find dogs in restaurants very appetizing. read more

We've been coming here since shortly after they opened so this review is overdue. Food is always excellent. Our most recent experience was breakfast. As always l, we had leftovers because portions are huge. Potatoes were crispy & garlicky. Eggs were scrambled just right. Bacon was excellent. Fruit was fresh and tasty. Cheese curds were good - but lukewarm. Crab bread was different - but less then lukewarm. Potatoes were either old or undercooked - too hard in the core, and lukewarm. This was recommended by a local shop owner & did not disappoint. There were 6 of us, the menu was varied enough that everyone got what they wanted. The salmon bowl was delish, others had burgers & said they were great. I'm a huge fan of Brussel sprouts, however these were not very good. (That was the only thing we didn't care for.) The service was great, prices okay, and the atmosphere nice & quiet. I would definitely go back when in town. I'd like to try some of the other options. read more

I ate at Logan's Place in the new location on Saturday night. The decor is very modern with grays and whites and a concrete floor. It was busy and the parking lot was full. We all ordered burgers and they were very good, with generous size patties cooked to order. The server seemed a bit overworked so perhaps they were missing some waitstaff. The real problem was the hot temperature inside. The AC was not working well and there were no fans to cool off the diners. I was told they've had recurring AC problems, so you might want to see if they have new or additional units before dining there in the summer. read more

Both the Rueben and the Lobster, Bacon Grilled Cherse sandwiches were perfect!! Melt in your mouth perfect!! I like my Brussels sprouts shaved and these were not, but they were seasoned and perfectly charred, so delicious!! Jess, our server, was charming, knowledgeable and provided great service to compliment the delicious food!!! We slit the Key Lime Pie!! My husband loves the kind made with whipping. I prefer a creamy pie. He loved the whole pie. I enjoyed it, but liked the homemade graham cracker pie crust the best. When our bill arrived, we were not charged for the pie! Went on a locals recommendation. Easy to find right in the town square. Plenty of parking. We got the Friday night Lobster roll and had them 1/2 it between us. Plenty and very good. Also got the New York steak it was delicious. Unique history and atmosphere. The wait staff was lacking in response time and details. They mostly stood around talking. The guy from the bar saw the need and stepped in to serve us. Kudos. He saved our impression and experience there. If you want local, unique and different try it out. read more
