For over 15 minutes, not a single hostess, server, or staff member acknowledged us. No greeting. No drink order. Not even a quick "We'll be right with you." I understand restaurants get busy, but basic communication costs nothing. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Instead, we sat there wondering if anyone even knew we were there. First impressions matter, and unfortunately our first impression was being completely ignored. If this is how guests are welcomed, it's hard to imagine what the rest of the experience would have been like. We eventually left disappointed and took our business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my experience with the owner leaves me unable to support this business. The way staff are treated is deeply disappointing. Employees are let go without communication or explanation, removed from group chats without notice, and often left without the basic respect of a conversation. It reflects a pattern of poor leadership and a lack of professionalism. It's a shame because the people who make this place enjoyable aren't the ones setting the tone from the top. I can't, in good conscience, continue spending my money at a business whose leadership doesn't align with the respect and integrity I believe employees deserve.

Isn't today Taco Tuesday? Wouldn't they be prepared for chicken AND steak tacos on TACO TUESDAY? She offered to us to make up for the lack of steak a free plate of chips and salsa!! Really?..Our chicken street tacos arrived 40 minutes later (the restaurant was still empty except for us)..dry chicken with a few sprigs of cilantro and bit of diced onions on a corn tortilla..she apologized for the wait blaming it on a HUGE takeout order that I never saw anyone pick up..the restaurant was still empty when we left..the menu is terrible..the upside the Square in Sulphur Springs is now home to some new delightful, delicious dining choices so we will never have to come here again and would definitely never recommend.

They have a nice selection of beer on tap and liquor for drinks. They have some nice TVs to watch and tables to sit and watch with friends. The food was better than I expected and left me fuller than expected too -- I went in thinking I'd need to eat a meal afterward but instead left with a full belly. Overall, would recommend and would come again in the future when establishments start opening up again.

I fell in the parking lot, wasn't even their responsibility. It wasn't their fault, but their staff, was more than helpful, made me feel like what's in the right place. Next thing they did, was to comfort me, and give me medical treatment. I mean it was only a few scratches. My forearm was bleeding. Of course. I was bleeding all over the parking lot. But they didn't care, they took care of me when I need them. They opened their bathroom, and they gave me sufficient medical care to get home. I've never been in Dudley's bar before. But I give them a AAA reading on there staff, and need to be helpful. It seemed like a bunch of off duty. Paramedics took care me. I very much appreciate their time and their care.

My mom and I have visited Dudley's a couple of times since I left my original review, and I can honestly say we've noticed a big difference. The wait staff has been much more attentive, welcoming, and engaged. The atmosphere feels much more like the Dudley's we fell in love with. One of the things I mentioned before was wanting everyone to feel equally welcomed, and I'm happy to say our recent visits have reflected that. We truly appreciate the effort because it made our experience so much more enjoyable.
