Today was actually a good day dealing with this Dominos. My preggo sis in law wanted it, that's the only reason I ordered from here today. We got the 2 for $5.99 deal. I normally hate Dominos pizza but this time it was actually ok. However, the wings were not that great. They literally fried some wings then drowned them in BBQ sauce. They just poured the sauce over the wings, not great. Also, the wings were fatty ugh. I'm just glad my husband went to pick up the order because I usually have to wait over an hour when ordering from this location. We're all semi satisfied this time around read more

Terrible customer service. I will never come back to this Dominos ever again. Ordered pizza and wings and the wings looked raw and terrible with bbq sauce drizzled over them I asked for blue cheese and the guy wanted to charge me for one for which I've never been charged for one sauce not a extra but for one and proceeded to tell me his exact words "Welcome to America"..,shm Do better Dominos!!!!! Glad I'm not the old me read more

I ordered from this Dominos today and never received my food. I was waiting checkout the app when I saw the delivery car in the hotel parking lot in the screen. . Waited but it never came to my room (included in the address). I called the store 5 times and they hung up on me 3x. Finally they put me with the delivery guy. He says he saw a man outside, he ask if he was Nilda (I'm a 70 yo woman). He gave him the food. Why he didn't bring it up to the room number in address I can't understand. I asked for my food to be replaced. And still waiting over an hour later. Don't order from this store managed by irresponsible low intelligence ppl. read more

They trifling as hell and have the audacity to act like you're inconveniencing them when you call and ask what their problem is. Look at this shit. The wings were not even hot. Lukewarm and smelled like straight Kraft. Never again. read more

Our pizza was delivered quickly by a courteous delivery person. Because its a Saturday, I'm especially impressed by the speed. The pizza was made exactly as ordered, and it was delicious. I'll definitely be ordering more deliver from the Lanham Domino's Pizza. read more

Terrible. I've been coming to this location for about 4 years. Dealt with a few attitudes and cold food. After today, I'm done. I placed an order for pizza, cinna stix, and Parmesan garlic bread. When the order arrived, it came with pizza, two cinna stix and instead of Parmesan garlic. Called the store, and told them. Driver ended up bringing back ANOTHER CINNA Stix! Lack of attention and detail at its finest. SMH. The good thing out of this, I wasn't received with an attitude. You're better off finding somewhere else to go (especially if you're really hungry). read more

the pizza was good but i asked for square cut and it came pie cut. Square cut is the only reason i even started eating dominos again so i was disappointed read more

Typical Domino's, food came out, hot, fresh and fast. The only negative thing that I can think of was when I asked the front desk person if my pizza was ready and they asked for my last name, I told him he then looked at the screen, and then said... It's not ready, shrugged his shoulders, and walked away. - unknowingly that I wanted to add an additional item but after that, I just didn't. read more

Domino's Pizza - a car parked in front of the store - Pizza Near Me - Lanham, Maryland

This is the worst Domino's franchise in Maryland. The employees are either blind or completely mute, they don't acknowledge customers when they walk in, avoid eye contact, and keep their heads down until customers give up waiting for service. Orders are frequently incorrect, dipping sauces paid for are almost always missing, and they often lose orders, blaming the tracker for inaccuracies while making customers wait even longer. The pizzas are consistently burned and lack toppings. Recently, after repeated delays and false promises, I requested a refund rather than waste more time waiting. Not only was the refund never credited to my account or credit card, but my rewards points were also deducted. This was the last time I'll order from this unreliable, incompetent franchise with terrible customer service. I will be contacting corporate to escalate these issues. read more

Ordered on the app at 10:30 am for an 11:45 delivery. On the app said driver left the store at 12:01. A little late but not terrible. As time went on and nobody showed I attempted to call the store. Finally someone answered and said he was on his own and the driver would be there in 8 minutes. I was buying lunch for a bunch of hungry workers. By 1:45 no pizza ever arrived and never a call m, text or apology. Then the app said my pizza was delivered??? Called the store again it took several calls before anyone would answer. He said the driver left the pizzas on the doorstep???? I though I was ordering dominos not door dash. Finally he cancelled the order and could no have been ruder. Stay away from this dominos. Just awful place. read more

Worst service ever the Gm doesn't have nothing prepared he was touching his face and nose and still touching the dough and the food

IF I COULD GIVE THEM No START I WOULD!!!Dooooooooo NOT order from THIS store they like to steal from you!!! They think they are entitled to a tip and they would give it to themselves. When delivering your food they would act like they don't have a receipt and when they get back to the store they give themselves a tip on it. This is the only pizza place I don't give tips to. They always get your food wrong or they forget something. Do they think they deserve a tip after that. This is not a one time thing they do this all the TIME!! I just order from them because it's convenient. When you call up to the store to talk to a manager they are RUDE and act like there worker didn't do it but I know how it works I use to work at a pizza place and the delivery drivers did the same thing all the time. Just a word of advice be careful when you're ordering food from this store. read more

Very rude people work in this establishment, I have come with my boyfriend to pick up an order here and they are always poorly made and apart from that I am very rude, I always insult the customers, they called me a fucking fucking whore, just because I asked for extra ranch and extra buffalo and it bothers them that one checks the pizzas before leaving the establishment but this location definitely needs to change staff, I am an dominos customer for more than 15 years and it is the first domino that really has very bad service Please do not come to buy here. ..!!!!! read more

The guy with the dreads was very polite. It seemed like he was doing everything. Making pizzas, putting the pizza in the oven, taking orders, and working the register. I took the pizza because I didn't wanna be rude. His customer service was good. THE PIZZA ITSELF WAS HORRIBLE AND I DO MEAN HORRIBLE. It was the worse pizza I've had. After this pizza I will NEVER order from Dominos again. The pizza had bacon & cheddar cheese on it. I didn't ask for either. I think because the ingredients are so close together & he was rushing because he's the only person in their making food it got put on my pizza. I don't eat pork. I TRASHED THE PIZZA. read more

I live 10 minutes from this place. i ordered at 7:00, driver left at 8:00 it's 9:12 and is still don't have my food.

This got to be hands down the worst dominos. From the workers, to the food, just everything with these people.

This Dominos has the worst customer service ever. We watched as our pizza reached over an hour and a half late as we ordered at 7:54 and didn't get the pizza until 9:30.... and yet the store would not answer our call to talk about why the pizza was late. We are 8 minutes from the store and still inconvenienced. Upon receiving it - COLD. I don't like cold pizza unlike the majority of people and I wanted to be able to enjoy my dinner at a reasonable time . Never going to this location again. read more

My worst mistake was ordering here. The workers are so rude for no reason and it smells like sweaty onions. They don't even clean the tool they use to cut the pizza and overall, this place is terrible. read more

This MF tips themselves when delivering for you. Don't sign any paper when they deliver your food

I put an order in and an hour later when I called to see the status of my pizza I was told they haven't even started making it yet, "we're just making orders we received at 6:00." I placed my order at 8:16. Why not just tell customers you can't take orders at this time because of technical issues or due to being understaffed? Why waste the consumer's time? At the end of the day it's the consumer's fault they operate this way because we continue to order from this inept location. This ONE location has turned me off from the entire franchise. The lack of professionalism is consistent based on my past experiences but this time I'm done for real. read more

I order pizza for my kids from this location a few times every month, and I we never have an issue. The first time we had a slight issue was last week, when they sent us a pepperoni pizza and we had ordered just extra cheese. I'm teaching my girls to just roll with the punches of life instead of complaining (as long as it's a minor inconvenience), so we didn't call the store to fix the error. A few minutes after we were delivered the wrong pizza, i received an email from Domino's letting me know that "we messed up, here's a free pizza offer". They fixed the mistake and I didn't even have to complain. Other than that, our pizzas are always correct, hot, and delicious for the past 2 years! read more

They are inconsistent with quality though the workers are nice. Sometimes it's good pizza, sometimes it's burnt, half the time it's missing side items. read more

The workers at this Domino's don't seem to care about making your order properly. Each time I've ordered from here something is wrong. The last time, toppings and sauce I paid for were missing and when I called to complain, I was told that I can't receive a refund and I wasn't given the opportunity to speak with the manager. The pizza is usually slightly burnt, but I like burnt pizza, so that works for me. I would not recommend this location, primarily based on their failure to adhere to the customer's requests and purchases. read more

Employs the worse kind of people!!! Cancels your order because they are too lazy to deliver! This place should get shut down! The so called Manager named Cruise when asked why they had to cancel. His response was "the world dont revolve around you"...can you remind this person that he gets paid because of his customers??? That is the most stupid answer for a Manager to say!!!! Whoever owns this place needs to fire him ASAP read more

I've gone here a few times and customer service has definitely improved. Folks greeted me when I walked in, asked how they could help, and then thanked me as I left. The food was delicious too. I highly recommend that salami! read more

This was the closest Domino's to me which. I prefer Papa johns or Ledos, but they were offering half off all pizzas. Now that's a deal you cannot pass on. I plug it into my GPS and made my way. This place is literally in the cut, blink twice and you'd miss it for sure. I ordered online 15 mins. before I arrived. Got there and my food still wasn't ready. Waited, waited, waited... after about 20 mins I asked if my order was ready and conveniently they forgot about me. Perfect!!! My food had been sitting there. The pizza was good but between the lack of customer service and wait time I don't care what specials they're offering I won't be returning. read more

This is definitely the worst Dominos experience I've had in a very long time. This is the first time they not only messed up the order, but then rushed the order and gave us a CHEESELESS PIZZA. I am currently on the phone waiting to speak to the manager to get our money back. Don't waste your time - go to the Greenbelt location. Better service there! read more

Horrible service! I would leave 0 stars if I could! The driver forgot my dipping sauce, and then tried to debate with me whether or not I had any included in my order (I did). After that, I realize 1 of my pizzas and my cheesy bread is burnt. The cheesy bread was actually burnt onto a sheet of paper (maybe parchment) and I couldn't even separate the food from it. (In the photos, I am holding the paper, and it is just hanging onto it. Gross!) I called and spoke to the manager, who only gave me 2 options: (1) wait for it to be re-made and re-delivered or (2) return the whole order and get a full refund. I needed to feed a hungry toddler, so I tried to compromise and see if I could keep the 1 un-burnt pizza, and just be refunded for the rest (I was still willing to return the 2 burnt items to the delivery driver). The manager refused. It's insane that they screwed up, but in order to fix their mistake, I (the customer) have no choice but to be inconvenienced? Thanks but no thanks, Dominos. I will take my business elsewhere, where they take more pride in their work (by not sending burnt pizzas to customers), and where I actually feel valued as a customer. read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Lanham, Maryland

Made a pretty large order, 3 pizzas, 12 wings, cheesy bread, drinks and extra sauces. Had it delivered in a timely manner by a friendly driver. Unfortunately the (2) two liters and 5 dipping sauces that I ordered were not delivered. I noticed the soda was missing immediately and contacted the store and was told it would be brought back. A few minutes later I called back and was on hold for 12 minutes then disconnected, called back and sat on hold for another 13 minutes before getting disconnected. I am currently on hold and the timer is at 44 minutes!! This is ridiculous. My pizza has been sitting for about an hour at this point while I am trying to resolve this issue and waiting for my sodas to return. I do not recommend ordering from here. This will be my last time. read more

I place a order for pick-up was told it will be ready in 45 minutes. one hour and 15 minutes later I asked for a refund. The lady just gave me my money back and did not say a word to me, no apology, no explanation, nothing. I asked for the manager/owner and a guy came from the back and apologized and gave me my pizza for free. The young lady that works the front has zero customer service skills! The pizza is always good though. read more

Ordered three pizzas, arrived early and glad I did. Store gave one of my pizzas to the gentleman in front of me who diligently took it to the counter next to me opened it, looked inside and discover it wasn't what he ordered. Returning it to the counter they sent him on his way with the correct pizza but shelved the one he gave back under my other two. When I was call up next I told them I would take the two that hadn't been opened but pushed back the one that was returned and told them why. They seemed puzzled and confused. They checked my name and my order and return the same pizza to me. I explained further that I saw them get it returned from the guest before me that had opened it and asked how could they serve it to me after it had been given away, opened and returned? They just stared blankly like there was nothing wrong with that. Finally they said they would remake if but then I thought since they don't see a problem with their actions I'd be better off with a refund. After they took their time with it, they refunded that pie and I left with the other two. Who knows what else there do there when they are not caught and confronted? Covid or not Covid-concerned, it's certainly not DOH protocol to serve food contaminated by a third person's inspection. Not coming back anytime soon! Customers beware! read more

Anthony at Store Location #4642 was incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone. He wasn't courteous as I tried to explain my frustrations with the delay, constantly cut me off mid-sentence and abruptly ended the call by hanging up on me. I asked to speak to the manager, and he informed me that he wasn't in at the moment and essentially said that Dominos didn't need my business that much and even though I'd already placed and paid for my order, I could either wait indefinitely or just cancel my order and be hungry, after already waiting about 35 minutes. read more

I ordered the 2 topping large for 5.99 online and added a delayed pickup since I was ordering from work. The pizza was exactly what I ordered right on time.
