This review is more for management and their crappy scheduling of (what seemed to be) a skeleton crew. We're staying at a nearby hotel and wanted a late-night pizza for dinner. Order via the app, head down to the store, but are a bit sketched out when the pizza says stuck as "in prep." We wait in the car to see if it'll change (maybe they're slammed or something), but the status doesn't change. Get out of the car, head inside, there's only one guy whose job seems to be to avoid all eye contact with incoming customers. We head to the register and wait for a bit, until a kid comes hobbling out of the back. Basically, he injured his foot on the job and couldn't make our pizza because he had to fill out paperwork- in the mean time, the other guy is doing anything else. The kid, who did apologize multiple times, offers to make the pizza, but we decline because it's gonna take another 20 minutes at least and it's already past their lobby closing. We cancel the order & ask for a receipt to show it, but when he tries to print it, there's no paper. Ugh. We left. But in the time we were there, at least 4 cars had come and gone. How I'm Earth are you gonna staff your entire pizza place with one dude and 1/2 a dude who avoids people? Management: you suck. She is beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Your employees mess up the customer orders, refuse to right the wrongs, don't honor what they tell you over the phone and then refuse to provide the name of the General Manager who is supposedly there in the background overseeing everything. Look at all of the reviews. They are running your business into the ground. They simply cannot get orders right. My son was visiting home from college. I ordered online at 10:50pm. Under notes I wrote special words for the delivery guy. My gate code and that I only had a $100 dollar bill and will need change. I would think at that point I would get a phone call letting me know that they don't give change and an option to pay with card. But NO instead I wait over an hour for the delivery guy to show up when I live 1.4 miles away. I watched him on the track my pizza guy gpa and saw him drive by 3 times. Delivery guy insisted that I give him the $100 and he will come back with my change. At this point its 5 minutes away from midnight. I call domino's and ask for a manager and was told there's no manager I would need to call in the morning. After giving the gentleman a lecture on what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong he asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager all of a sudden. I say yes. A man gets on the phone and tells me he was the one that cooked my pizza and it wasn't that long ago he can reinsure me that the food is still hot. When the delivery guy drove away he didn't put the pizza back in the little oven pack that keeps the pizza warm he sat it on top of it in his trunk to remind you it is 46° outside there's no way my pizza is hot(driver had already been gone for 5 Minutes when I was talking to the "manager". By now I'm starving I tell the manager that I'll pay with card and I want my order remade. He said he already turned off the pizza ovens and they are closed now. So then I told him to have the pizza delivery guy turn back around and I would pay $25 for a order that cost $45 that is when it's hot. The manager tells me that he can give it to me for $31 and some change. I told him that I have a hundred dollar bill a twenty and a five on me if I'm paying with card I want it hot. He tells me that there closed and nothing that they can do and to have a good night then hangs up. Thank god I never gave the delivery guy the hundred. I would of never see my change and it would of been my word against his. I never got any pizza from them. After waiting over an hour. I've have never been treated so bad before. The last 3 times I've ordered from this location with the "repeat order" option online they have screwed up the order. Both pizzas each time arrive missing toppings, incorrect sauces, no extra cheese as paid for. I've had to call every time after waiting 35-50 minutes the first delivery for them to remake the pizzas and redeliver which is an additional 30-40 minutes. They remake them for free but come on, that does not good when they're wrong and just trash at that point. If I could give a lower review I would. The cashiers are very rude here and never make me feel comfortable whenever I go in. I wear basketball shorts and a blank T-shirt and I always seem to get weird looks when I go in.
