I ordered two Famous Bowls from this location and what I received was very disappointing. The chicken portion was extremely small and looked more like crumbs than actual chicken pieces. It honestly didn't resemble the product advertised at all. What made it worse is that staff handed me the order without saying anything about it. I ordered 12 piece wings and a chicken sandwich. I was asked to pull up front and they would bring it out. After 25 minutes (one person went in and one car through the drive thru in that time) I went in and when I asked about my order there was a confused look on the person that told me to drive around. They forgot about me and lost my order. After getting my food and heading home I bite into the sandwich which was uneatable because it had woody breast syndrome... This is the absolute worst KFC location. I've lived nearby for almost 20 years. I've tried it multiple times over the years, thinking it may have improved. Nope! Our last visit was several months ago, but I'm killing time so I'll do a review now. We walked in and waited at the counter for about 15 minutes. We tried to be patient and understanding. Finally I asked if we could order. The girl said they were about to close inside dining, so we'd have to order at the drive thru. I said the order was to go. She still insisted that we order outside. She asked the supervisor and he gave her the green light to take our order. We got our order about 20 minutes later. Surprise Surprise! We were missing items and had the wrong items. The four bowls were even missing chicken! The door was locked by this point. Someone who I assume worked there walked up, and the door was unlocked for them. He walked in to get a drink and left. When they had opened the door, I explained what was wrong. She apologized and said she'd fix the order. Waited another 15 minutes. Surprise! The order was still missing items. We knocked on the door for awhile. At this point, the supervisor opened the door. He apologized with the usual bs. After about an hour, we finally had our order, which was cold by that point. We decided to cut our losses and just take the food. I usually would feel it's not fair to leave a review without giving an actual date, so the manager could possibly further train these employees. I had ordered a diet. Gave me a regular. I said, "Could I please get diet, I'm a diabetic." I watched the guy pour from the diet spigot. Nope. When I tasted it....regular. I just threw it away. They had run out of forks. A lady asked for a fork that was on the ground. She said "It's fine, it's in a plastic". I only got a fork because a lady who heard the fork conversation came over said she her what the employee had said and offered me of hers. Otherwise I would have had to eat my coleslaw and mash potatoes with my hands? To top it all off, it was only 6pm. And they had already locked all the doors. People kept coming up and trying to open the doors but were locked. And when they finally got in...mind you at 6pm...when they say they close at 11pm...they told the customers that they were closed. I never usually make low grades for reviews. This one however is an exception. I ordered a 12 piece meal that they promised will be ready after 20 minutes due to the lack of dark meat. I said fine I'll wait. 30 minutes later they needed 5 more minutes. I waited back to my car and finally received. Now, I should always check what's missing but it has been a long day. I came back to our hotel missing gravy on the mash potatoes, no honey packets which I requested, and the chicken were cold. My whole family were upset with me and ruined our vacation. We had a heated argument and fortunately we all just said to forget about it. We still had a good meal yet it was incomplete. I paid $40 for the 12 piece meal that was very unsatisfactory. Needless to say, I'll just go to Poppyes instead. None of them are going to worry about this review so this is more of a lesson for me. I'm disgusted and disappointed. My wife and I arrived here at 0930 pm. We were told they were out of extra crispy and only had mashed potatoes mac-n-cheese and coleslaw. We picked the Mac-n-cheese and coleslaw. After ordering this late at night I thought we would get whatever was left over. I was wrong. We did have to wait for our biscuits but our meal was perfect. We were totally impressed by the staff. We came in today on a road trip and ordered simple items on the menu, no modifications. They forgot our order completely. A couple of people behind us had their food.. We asked where our food was and they were confused like it was already sent out. Finally got our food and there was a spicy sauce on the bottom of a plate that didn't have spicy chicken, asked for new chicken strips and were met with snarky attitude by an employee behind the counter. So I stop on the way home from work at 4:00 pm on a Monday get just under $50 worth of Chicken and sides. After ordering I'm told we only have 4 biscuits left, at 4:00 pm. WTH. So I get home to eat with the family and the chicken tastes so stale as if it had been sitting since the day before, the last four biscuits were good to use as a hockey puck, the Cold slaw was almost half liquid. I'm asked to move from the drive thru to the side of the building because no one is behind me in the drive thru. If they need to fo corporate about the time it takes to go thru the drive thru with old food, I'd be more worried about staying in business than getting the OLD chicken to me quickly.
