We order two or more pizzas nearly every weekend. We order delivery and pay cash...we've been doing this for over 5 years. Tonight we ordered and were told that our phone number was flagged as a non-paying customer. Apparently this note was written by a manager higher than the one we were speaking to. This is a completely fabricated allegation. The manager we spoke to was hateful and refused to resolve the issue. Because the manager refused to correct the mistake we ordered our pizzas from a different local company who was happy to receive our business... Something should be done about this dominos and their false allegations. read more

Trash don't ever go here waste of time money and effort delivery is trash will never get here on time customer service is terrible they won't work with you when they mess up on your order if you plan on delivery have fun waiting over 2 hours every time and that's if they even get there and that's on a slow night will never go here and neither will my friends or family read more

Delivery driver Kimber did not follow instructions as layed out on delivery order. I was told pizza was delivered and it wasn't, or it was delivered to the wrong address because I didn't get it. Called and spoke to the General Manager, said he said they couldn't refund or credit me because the driver said it was delivered and she had handed it to me. Also promised me a call back when he had spoken to the owner which never happened. I had to call back twice now and still nothing. The service and treatment from the manager on addressing this issue was absolutely terrible and customer service is subpar. Won't be ordering anything from here ever again and I plan on taking further action with corporate to ensure this is fixed. read more

I had an absolutely horrible experience here, I was just passing through town and I placed an online order. The website said our order was ready so I went to the door, I was trying to give the lady my name and she was having trouble finding my order. She asked me a couple questions about my order and I'm hard of hearing so I took a step forward. Another woman started yelling at me to get out of the store. The girl I was originally talking to tried apologizing for her coworker but the other woman just kept yelling at me that she needed me completely out of the store. Then my order ended up taking an additional 10 minutes after their website said my order had been completed. I understand that during covid every business is taking safety precautions in order to keep everyone save, but I didn't see the posting saying I couldn't enter the store and the woman was so angry. I was more than willing to wait longer or to follow any directions, but I don't think it was necessary to yell or to be mean :( read more

Always love dominos pizza! One of my favorite pizza places. They have sales all the time. I wish the store delivered to arcata.

If you don't like domino's pizza, then simply don't eat at this establishment and don't leave a negative review. Reviewing a chain restaurant on yelp should be more about the quality of the service and how the particular establishment holds up compared to others in it's chain. Most people know whether or not they like domino's pizza already. Leaving a review that says "domino's pizza sucks. don't eat here" doesn't really let others reading the reviews know if this particular store's pizza is better or worse than other domino's pizza. I like domino's pizza, and this particular one does a fine job at cooking their pizzas. I haven't had any reason to complain yet. It is not unlike any other domino's I've been to. The customer service is actually friendlier than most other establishments. Sidenote to anyone worried about the price: Go online and look at their deals and coupons. They always have great deals if you look around a little. read more

My boyfriend really wanted to get their deal. It was $5.99 each for 2 items. We ended up getting two jalapeno chicken pizzas, each with different sauces. When we got to Dominoes to pick up the food (the deal was only valid for pick up) the representative (possibly manager?) let us know that they tried calling us because they made our pizzas incorrectly and wanted to know if it was okay or not. Unfortunately, we're not too big of fans of bacon so we had to decline it and asked them to make the pizzas correctly. That representative was a delight! My boyfriend and I weren't angry that our pizzas weren't ready by the time we got there but the representative was inclined to offer us a little something while we waited. We were offered several things but I asked for hot wings. I thought it was going to be just like 6 wings but they gave us 14 wings and 2 ranch dipping sauces for free. In the end we left with our two pizzas correctly made and the 14 wings and 2 ranch dipping sauces all for under $16. Best customer service ever. And the wings were really good too. We came back 2 days later because it was just that good. read more

Pizza was cold. Some hotspots are not accurate, got my order wrong. Literally every time i order pizza around here.. it tastes like shit. Will never eat here again read more

Always have had great, speedy, friendly service here. The pizza always taste great and is exactly what I ordered. The location stayed strong during the pandemic and managed it fantastically. The employees here are great, they seem to care more for this dominoes than others do for their local pizza shop. Couldn't recommend enough! read more

I would give less if there was a chance too for the way the so called "manager" was. How dare he discuss with me he is going to write up the person who took my order and it is BS that he has no communication with the delivery driver. 2/11/19 at 1:00pm ...who ever that manager is should be fired. read more

Suprisingly better than most Dominos. I ordered delivery and asked about specials. We bought a large 3 topping pizza with plain chicken wings. No problem ordering half and half different toppings so we got pineapple, canadian bacon & green bell peppers on one side, pepperoni, sausage and olives on the other. Fast delivery! It was so good, I took a picture and called again to thank everyone for a job well done. Reading other reviews, I disagree about mediocre food in Humboldt County. There's a great AA steakhouse across from the county sheriff's and Rita's Margarita's has the best mexican food. This Domino's prepared a world class pie for us this evening!!!! read more

OK the pizza was hot and fast (delivered) I will give them that. But $20 plus tip for a medium 3 topping and cheesy bread I thought was steep. Also, I dont know if this a thing thats only in the USA, but the damn crust had half a cup of "garlic butter" (artificially garlic flavoured yellow coloured edible oil product) brushed on it making the whole thing greasy and just kinda nasty. Dominos in Canaduh dont do that for whatever reason, so it blew me away. read more

I would have given a 0 stars if I could have. We ordered a pizza for delivery. When it never showed up we finally called the store and found out it got delivered to the wrong address and returned back to the store. The manager said he was going to make us a fresh one and bring us that. Instead we got a cold pizza delivered. We tipped the driver really generously because we were so grateful that they made us a fresh pizza. When we told that to the driver he apologize if the pizza was cold. Turns out it was ice cold. So the driver knew it was the retuned pizza but they passed it off to us anyway. read more

Update, the owner of the eureka Dominoes contacted me ,he did not agree that the previous treatment was ok ,and made me feel very welcome at his establishment. One bad employee can really make the difference . Thank you for making things right. read more

They refused to take my order because some one washed floor. This place do not obey customer.

The customer service here is amazing. Like no joke, when i think of eureka dominos I will think of their customer service. Everyone was so nice and respectful beyond what I am used to. Great job! Food was great. I recommend the garlic sauce instead of regular tomato., especially for chicken pizzas. read more

Eordering: Tried to place an eorder for my housemates as a thank you while I was traveling. You order & pay online; they deliver. Thankfully thought to call to let them know the situation & leave delivery instructions. This store has an inflexible ID check policy. No ID of the person who placed the order upon delivery=no pizza. Even if the pizza was paid for & you called to confirm delivery instructions. No amount of discussion or offers for verifying identity were acceptable. Use round table for eordering instead. I called them & they were happy to accommodate. Said they get parents wanting to order pizzas for their college kids all the time. Since it's epay, they're happy to deliver to another name w/a phone call! read more

Tonight my family and I had an iffy delivery experience with Domino's and I rated our experience on their website through the link in addition to calling them and letting them know about my experience. They offered to remake our food and deliver but I politely declined as we were already eating. I had mostly called so someone in charge would hear about my experience and be sure it didn't happen again. A small time late my phone rang and it was the owner calling me to offer a free meal tomorrow night, since we're traveling I declined the polite offer and explained to him that I truly appreciate it but we won't be around.. he comped our meal entirely. I'm sure they were just really busy tonight but it does feel really good to have someone reach out to you and understand your frustration. I hope the driver uses this as a learning experience to be more attentive in the future! read more

Dominoes! This place is addicting! I order almost everyday and it's sooooo good! Rick the owner is always there and does a great job. The food always gets delivered hott! I keep burning my mouth lol anyway they even have gluten free pizza?!!!! It's the best!!!! read more

Domino's got a lot better after the menu revamp a few years back but now they are back to the same old crappy food. Cold pizza, forgotten sides & condiments, crappy management and a big ZERO when it comes to customer service. I've had better frozen pizzas from the store at one tenth the price. read more

I placed an order it confirmed my order but they never showed up. I'm hoping that this is only Dominos that is so poorly run

This is like one of the few places you can get delivery in eureka. It's open late for Humboldt. If your in town and looking for delivery this is it. Good Hawaiian pizza and bread sticks. They even have liters of soda. read more

I love the fact when I do not feel like cooking or that it's too hot to cook, I can order a pizza for $7.99+tax Monday-Thursday and not have to worry about what I am going to eat. The Kids who work at the counter are always great! read more

Pizza was delivered quicker than expected, pizza had plenty of cheese, wasn't burnt......very happy customer! So hard to get what you pay for these days. Great pizza, great service! read more

Lord forbid you walk into this cheap pizza joint and try to pay $2.00 on an $8 dollar pizza in change. Good sir Cody just won't have it that way. He has a problem counting it seems. "How much of this are you leaving with me?" "You realize, I'm not a bank." "Next time go to the bank before you come here." I'll remember that Mr. Cody, that your busy schedule is just so important with your 6 team members and no one in the restaurant. This kid apparently tried to tell his manager as if they were going to deny my service. I overhear the shift leader say, "You should probably just go help him count." Dominoes, you should likely attempt to ground your employees and remind them that the change that they're constantly pulling out of the register is a legal tender with consequences when not accepted as such. read more

Descent pizza, and always here in less than 40 min. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but FAR from the worst! Never had a problem & have been ordering from there about 6-12 times a year for 3-4 years. Food in Humboldt county,CA is mediocre at BEST!!! So it is nice to at least get ok service!!! read more

Thoroughly impressed! I am used to getting pizzas with the toppings scattered irregularly on the pizza so I was pleasantly surprised to find the toppings evenly distributed over the pizza and the crust was really buttery and delicious! read more

Last night we ordered pizza. I've NEVER EVER had a problem with pizza but when we woke up this morning, all 3 of us got food poisoning. I called this morning and spoke to an employee and he told me "my boss is in at 5, but food poisoning takes about 24 to 48 hours." Mind you I'M AN EMT AND MY SISTER IS A NURSE! We know food poisoning when we see it. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER choose this establishment again. read more

Always super fast and pleasant. My order usually takes 20-30 minutes to get to my house from the time I ordered it which is nice when you're really hungry. I usually order online because it's more convenient. The drivers are really nice. They ran out sprite tonight but it was a simple fix and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you for such awesome service! read more

Just placed an order online because they blame to be open till 1am only to have my order cancelled called and spoke to a Bobby claimed to be a supervisor who was a total A Hole and made a stupid comment before hanging up like thanks for trying to be cute wtf I was not trying to be cute trying to get my pizza because your website and app says your open!!! So calling corporate in the morning hope your stupid remark was worth it Bobby!!! read more

Got a delivery and the driver showed up with no change. When I asked him if he could get change he literally said "nope" and turned and walked back to his car and left. I called the restaurant and found that he had said I threatened him and that is why he left. So now I'm banned from getting pizza from Dominos lol. When I asked the manager what her name was, she said she didn't have to tell me. Probably one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever seen. The pizza is standard salty cheese and bread dominos variety. Not really food, but... it's there at 1 in the morning so.. Hopefully someone from corporate reads this. Whoever was working as manager at 10 o'clock nov. 6th is completely unprofessional, rude, and combative. It's ridiculous. read more

Speechless on how the pizza arrived...only reason two stars and not one is because it was at least edible. read more

Highly unsatisfied. Ordered online and got a pizza with jalapeños on it. Apernetly the store was out of them and has taken them out of their system, so it didn't show up on their end that I had jalapeños on my pizza. Got all the way home and them saw the pizza was missing the jalapeños. Called the store and was told they had been out but got them in on their truck today, what I'm upset about is that I wasn't told at the time of picking up the pizza and wasn't offered compensation. I was offered raw jalapeño if I drove back to pick them up. Terrible system. I paid for a large 3 topping pizza and only got 2 of them. read more

Domino's Pizza - Piture of my full Domino's order. - Pizza Near Me - Eureka, California

Domino's pizza is my least favorite pizza chain. Their pizza is super grossssss! All of the ingredients taste generic to me and the dough is just dough, nothing special. I used to eat it in my late teens, we would have it delivered when we were partying, its even gross when you are drunk and hungry. They were suppose to have like changed the entire Domino's "recipe" but I recently ate it at my mom's house and could not taste the difference. read more
