We frequently order carry out at this location and have always been satisfied with both the service and food.

Can't believe it's a Domino Pizza!!! I am a big fan of this restaurant and Dominos will always be my first option when it comes to pizza place. However!! This location doesn't do a good job at all. Less toppings and cheap tased. Well, not as good as Salt Lake locations. Such a big disappointment. Definitely not gonna go back to this location l. Thumbs down! read more

Domino's Pizza - Chicken Wings Near Me - Eagle Mountain, Utah

Never ordering from here again, food didn't come for over an hour (online order placed) pizza box was crushed as well as the pizza, delivery guy didn't give us the salad and over half and hour later after calling the manager we're STILL waiting. Weird unidentified burnt... thing on my pizza. Not even that good food. Not worth it what it cost or the trouble which is sad because we ordered in. read more

Domino's Pizza - Can anyone identify what this burnt thing is on my pizza? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Eagle Mountain, Utah

I just ordered two pizzas from here, a small and a large. It took over an hour to make and over 45 minutes to deliver to my apartment even though it's less then 10 minutes away. Called the manager to complain and she was very nonchalant about the whole thing. If I could give her performance as a manager stars she'd get no stars!! Never ordering from this location again!! read more

Same here as everywhere. It's Dominos. Not like real pizza. But the Taco Bell version of pizza. It's dominos.

We come to this location because it's the closest to where we live, but I honestly wish we had others closer. They are constantly behind and unwilling to do anything for you. Super disappointed with the service. read more

This location really sucks.. I don't think I've ever left a bad review for a company online but I've had it with this location. They've messed up my orders many times. Last week they didn't put any sauce on the wings. Tonight I waited for an hour before the order said it was ready, when I got there I stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then come to find out they hadn't even started my order and wanted me to wait even longer to cook it. These are just the two most recent examples of how bad they are. I'd recommend going anywhere but here. read more

Called for a carry out pizza. The guy taking my order asked me 3 different times on the phone if it was carry out or delivery. Once we got the store for pick up I asked to add and extra marinara and Felix sauce, he added it to my order. When time for payment was due he typed my card in 4 different times. And than again when he was done and I was good to go he still hadn't given me my extra sauce and had to ask again what sauce I wanted. This wasn't the first time we have had an issue with them. Not pleased with their service. read more

I like the convenience but It took an hour and a half to get my pizza across the street and when I called to ask about it, I asked if there was any discount they would give me and they said no they didn't work with me. My pizza was not well made I feel like they could do a lot better. read more

Been here an hour now waiting on a dine-in order.. I do not recommend this place and will never come back.

Zero stars if possible!! I called in at 11:50 and they close at 12am I understand it's "polite" to not go to a restaurant right before it's closed so I avoid it as much as possible but no matter what "common curtesy" is. If your restaurant is stated to be open until midnight you better be able to feed customers at 11:50pm. When I called I was told "we are closed early tonight" I asked why that was and the employee on duty said "because I decided to" and I said oh that's great this will make for a great yelp review and he said "I don't care, have a good night". Horrible experience and when I have gotten food here before it was slow, and taste is not up to par as other dominos this location should be avoided at all costs. Zero stars if possible !! read more

Idk why this location has such poor reviews. We've ordered so many times from them and the workers are always nice/funny and our orders have always been accurate. read more

Pizza is fine, but the customer service sucks. The first time I used them they wouldn't answer the phone until I called repeatedly for 20 minutes. Then the pizza took forever to arrive. The second time, the delivery wait was over 3 hours. The third time I placed the order online with the future delivery time, but after it hadn't been delivered 40 minutes after the delivery time, I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on. When I called back they took forever to answer, finally talked to someone, and was told they had forgotten to send the delivery out. read more

Whoa! Talk about a hostile work environment. A new employee asked Kevin for help at the register ringing me up and she was berated in front of me. Then this guy continued his tirade while my food was being made and was also swearing in front of the customers. No excuse for this type of work environment. read more

I ordered an *extra meat pizza, waited 2 hours for the delivery, and had 2 pieces of meat on my pizza. $15 down the drain. Will not be back. read more

Domino's Pizza - Chicken Wings Near Me - Eagle Mountain, Utah

Hawaiin pizza is good, but I don't plan on ever going back. Service is horrible. It's all just a bunch of kids that talk too much and don't actually pay attention or have any sense of urgency For example, I ordered online and got there to where the TV screen said my order was ready. The cashier said it should only be a few more minutes, so I sat down and waited. After about 15 minutes I still didn't have my order, nor did the cashier call my name, yet everyone was goofing off. After 20 minutes of being patient, I went up to the cashier and asked and they literally said "oh sorry, it was ready, it just slipped my mind".. I was starving and waited for 20 extra minutes for no damn reason. Every single time there is something stupid going on when you go pick it up. Don't plan on ever doing a pickup at that location, even though its the closest to me.. read more

I ordered pizza online at 6pm for pickup at 715pm and still had to wait for my order as other people have walked in and out with their orders. Service is crap at best. I get it's a Friday night but come on people. It's now 741pm and I'm still waiting. Very disappointed. read more

Never have I seen a pizza place so disorganized.. Called in a large cheese pizza at 530pm, told to pick it up at 630, 645 still no pizza.... Everyone in front of me was told their pizza's weren't even started either. Their excuse, "we got slammed". Get out of the food business if you can't handle a busy Friday night! read more

The employees at this location are rude and immature. When I called about having to wait over an hour and a half longer than our scheduled delivery time, I was told it's busy and too bad I have to wait. Really unfortunate that one of our favorite pizza places is run by people who have no understanding of customer service. read more

My wife tried to call in an order tonight for dinner. She asked if this store mad there sandwiches. After a quick yes we do, she tried to order two sandwiches with two pizzas. The guy was confused about us waning both! Gave my wife a hard time, I told her to cancel what he finally got right and that we would just go some place else !!! Had the a similar situation take place on Saturday last week! MANAGEMENT: Please fix this location! You have a great pizza, But a VERY BAD ATTITUDE/MANAGEMENT at your Eagle Mountain location !!! read more

I'm kinda frustrated. I like the quality and taste of my pizza, but this is the second time I've ordered a pizza with the white parmesan sauce and they've put regular tomato sauce. And the girl behind the counter even repeated the order back to me and they still got it wrong. C'mon, guys. Please, humor me. read more

Not a good store. Delivery takes to long and pizza gets cold. Not sure they understand that concept. Always short staffed is the excuse. Will never order from here again. read more

once again completely frustrated with this location. We thought we'd give it another shot. the service is absolutely horrible. Made my order online and called into make sure they put the right sauce on. They said they couldn't do ranch sauce. The girl on the phone was completely taken back by what I wanted to order. I had to tell her 3 times that they get up last time for me. She still didn't know what to do. I asked for the manager and said they couldn't do it. And I told him that I've done it the last couple times we've ordered. And then miraculously they said they could. I don't know how hard it is to put Ranch on a pizza instead of marinara sauce. read more

Not a big fan. The chicken Parmesan isn't that good and the employee even said so but I decided to try it anyway. Kind of gross actually. The wait was roughly 30 minutes for it too. Ugh! read more

This particular Domino's is hit and miss. If you order a pizza Sunday-Thursday chances are it'll be ready pretty quickly. If you order on Friday or Saturday be prepared to wait a long time(I'd say typical for a pizza joint on a weekend). Most of the time when we go in to pick up our order the employees are pretty good, other times the younger ones (I don't want to single out the teenagers) are messing around. I think the manager should keep a better eye on this. read more

They're the worst. They yelled at each other the whole time I waited for my one order of bread sticks. I waited for almost half an hour for my order and then when I asked them how much longer it would be they said about 10 more minutes because they burned the previous breadsticks. I left, never going back, this dominos has the most childish employees I've ever seen. read more

This place has THE worst customer service and really doesn't care about their customers!! Very slow service and staff and the manager doesn't know how to be nice or apologetic when people have to wait 2 hours for their pizza even the app says it should be ready in 35-40 min. Owner of the business- if you ever read the horrible feed backs from your customers you should already fire your horrible manager and train your staff what's customer service is all about. You lost our family business like many others at this point. I hope you wont run out of business soon. read more

Service is terrible. We gave them a few tries until we finally gave up. Wait time is always outrageous usually over and hour and that's if you ever get your food. We had them cancel our order without telling us after waiting for almost 2 hours. If you want dominos you are better off ordering from the Lehi location. read more

This location is terrible. I placed an online order and my total was $21.14 that I payed online with a tip included. They show up to my house with the pizza and tell me the total was $38.79 and that I requested cash payment (tip not included) so I refused to accept the pizza, called the manager and he basically told me tough s***. I would order from village pizza just down the road if you're ordering pizza in this area, it's a little more pricey but tastes better and better customer service! read more

Place sucks soo bad it's amusing, walking in there is like going to the damn zoo, then standing in a line to order a pizza, they then tell you it will be done in 3 hrs read more

Thought I'd give them one more chance. Got here, my name is on the screen as ready to pick up, under status on some cool tv that shows how long before your pizza is ready. I'm told it is going to be another 5 minutes. Was told my pizza would be ready in 20, I showed up at the 20 minute mark and now another 5 minutes. No apology. Was told by the dude in the back to basically deal with it. read more

If it was possible to give no stars I would've!! This is now the 2nd time I've placed an online order, been given a time frame for delivery, watched the delivery tracker suddenly stop moving, called them to find out the order is sitting there and they haven't even started it. Tonight, it said estimated wait time was 70 min. At this point it had been 90 min. The guy that answers the phone cannot seem to understand that I've already placed my order and argues with me they Are not currently taking delivery orders. Once I convince him to look up my actual order, he tells me I can wait an additional 20 min and can then pick up my order!! It is not up to me to know they are short on drivers, nor is it up to me to know it's going to take 2 hours for delivery. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen!! I then ask to speak to a manager who refuses to talk to me because she's busy making pizza. I asked for a refund and he tells me he did it, I ask for a call back from a manager and he hangs up on me! I don't know why I gave them a second chance. read more

This location doesn't deserve a star. I placed my order online and the approximate wait for delivery was 50-60 minutes. I wanted 55 minutes and the Dominos tracker had not changed from prepping my order. I called and was put on hold for a good 5 minutes to be told that it was gonna be another 1.5 hrs to be delivered. I asked to speak to a manager. His name was Adam and he was not even interested in speaking with me. I will steer clear of this Dominos and look for a better experience somewhere else. 2 thumbs down! You can do better!!!!!! read more

Great place and delivery is really fast. Can't go wrong with a little Dominos in your life.

I'm a huge pizza fan, but not a Domino's fan. Today just solidified my disgust with a visit to Domino's in Eagle Mountain, UT on Pony Express Parkway. While waiting with my brother to pick up a few pizzas he ordered, I looked over at the crew making the pizzas right up front. That was a mistake. I watched as one of the guys wipe his nose with his bare hands, then go right back to spreading the pizza dough with the same hands. He wasnt trying to hide it and I wasnt the only one in the store. Needless to say, I decided to pass on eating these pizzas. I tried to look around for a manager, but from the way he was barking at the others, I'm afraid he may have been the manager. I'll continue to pass on Domino's and stick with real pizza in the future. read more

I love having a dominos so close by. The pizza has been amazing and the delivery time is decent. My favorite pizza place out here.

I am so happy to have these guys in Eagle Mountain. They are favorite delivery pizza. They have never done me wrong.

We have frequented this dominos since it opened. Lately we have had several issues with our orders and we have brought them to the locations "managements" attentions. We are told there will be a credit for our next order, but when we call back there is no credit and they aren't willing to look into it. This seems to be a pattern with this dominos. This is disappointing as we enjoy dominos and now that they are finally doing salads again we would love to frequent them more often, but lack of customer satisfaction and them not living up to promises made to a customer has left a bad taste in our mouths (figuratively and literally). read more

If you like cold pizza delivered 55 minutes AFTER it came out of the oven and the box top smashed flat into the pizza then this is the place for you. Tonight it took them 55 minutes from the time the pizza came out of the oven until it arrived at my door only 10 minutes away. To top it off the box had been smashed and the top of the box smashed onto the pizza and it peeled part of the toppings away. This is normal for their delivery. Yes the pizza was even cold. read more
