The good: it's a sit down Pizza Hut! The bad: most everything else. It looked like there was only one employee, which I assume was not by design. The Pepsi machine was putting out a bad mix. They were out of onions. They dropped off our pizza at the table and as you can see in the picture it barely had any cheese. It was literally the worst Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. When they dropped off the pizza, they did not drop off any plates, which took us another five minutes waiting at the counter to get. I'm sorry to say this; but this location just keeps getting worse! Their customer service is the worst I've come across. After waiting in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes without moving; I was able to back-out and go in to grab my pick-up order. A couple in front of me walked in just seconds before me and seemed upset. We waited for a couple minutes and even though there were 6 visible employees; no one came to the register. I asked the people in front of me if they had been helped yet and they said no and that they were in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and never got helped so they parked and came in. I finally spoke up and asked one of the workers if they could help us. The girl I spoke to yelled for someone to help up front; a minute or two later a kid finally came to the register. Dominos has a 1 up on them and to be honest, little caesar's has the best bang for your buck pizza in town, so that's my go to if you're around city center. read more

Hadn't eaten here yet, and walked in on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was chill. My son and I played a game, provided by the establishment, while we waited. The side salad was fresh, the pizza tasty, and the wings were good too. We were regretting we hadn't come here for wings and pizza for super bowl Sunday. Won't make that mistake again. If you want to learn how to NOT run a pizza place come to this Pizza Hut. It wasn't about one thing being wrong but a lot of things. 1. as soon as you walk into the building the entire floor was dirty 2. Incomplete order. 3. All silverware and plates , and I mean all, were filthy. We went back multiple times to exchange the silverware and yet not one piece was clean. 4. Bathrooms were gross so much that my 3 year old kid did not want to use the bathrooms. 5. Lack of care, no one took the time to care about the type of product, quality and environment they provide to costumer. All this is due to lack of leadership and ownership. If management would take the time to hire and train proper individuals there wouldn't be such tremendous failure in service and delivery. We came to have a fun family outing and ended up leaving upset and frustrated with to go boxes. We didn't even stay to eat. This is a terrible way to start a new location. read more

Not family friendly! Very unimpressed. Extremely loud, distracting. TV's in every direction, kids won't even look at their food. The guy at the counter had absolutely no person skills. Just stared at us. The guy making the pizzas was too busy watching Sponge Bob, but don't worry he did get to work during the commercials. Our food took 30 minutes to come to us and we were the only ones there. The appetizer and pizza came at the same time and they forgot the extra sauce. No checking up on us or our order. Filthy floors. Tables that were dirty the whole time we were there. And we couldn't even talk to each other because the music was so loud and the kids were absorbed into 20 TV's! They never ever answer the phone ( at the store ) . Today I been on hold 35 minutes, last month 47 minutes. I had to called because they delivered our order but still missing the order. Both times we end up to drive there to get our order. When you walked in all the employees just sit and stand around, some of them on their cell phone. Do the owners of this franchise just simply not care? You'd think with a slew of 1-2 star ratings they might try addressing a problem or two? The last time we attempted to get delivery, the driver simply didn't show up. Ever. We vowed not to try them again but one bad experience isn't a trend.. or is it?-- Attempted to get a single pizza delivered again tonight for my kids. The email confirmation said 30-40 mins. After an hour of no pizza, we called them. The snotty brat on the phone acted like we were inconveniencing her and was about as useless as that delivery estimate email. So with hangry young kids, we waited another half an hour. I live 6 miles from this Pizza hut!! If you can't get a single pizza order to a house (thats 6 miles away), in under an hour and a half, you may want to a consider getting out of the pizza business! We were so excited to have a pizza hut local to us. The first time we ordered, our pizza was perfect. It was what an ideal pizza should look like and taste. The last time we ordered, We ordered a Hawaiian Pizza, Cajun wings, and honey BBQ wings. The pizza had one, yes one slice of ham, and maybe six pineapples, and paper thin crust. The cajun wings were bare with one wing covered in the dry rub like it was dumped into the container. We thought we would try again tonight. Our pizza was a joke. We ordered a stuffed crust chicken pizza and honey BBQ thinking last time was a fluke. The pizza again was paper thin, no cheese in the center, and the crust was full of air, not cheese. We called and they offered a credit or to send out a replacement. We told them a replacement because my kids were looking forward to eating pizza on a Friday night. Last night was the last time I will order from here. The quality of the product is old, I KNOW this for FACT. I have reasonable expectations of Pizza Hut--I expect mediocrity. What I don't expect is terrible. The garlic knots tasted strange -- almost fishy -- and were not fully cooked. We couldn't even finish one piece. The pizza didn't fare much better. It was also undercooked, and the flavor was off in a strange way. I gave this 3 stars and I immediately changed it to 4 for the sole reason that even if you order "carry out" you can still pick up that carry out through the drive through (which I didn't know they had)! I ordered my pizza online and I wanted delivery. Delivery was 1 hour and 40 minutes so I opted for the 30 minute carry out instead. I did notice upon pickup they have a HUGE banner advertising that they need drivers... understandable given my delivery wait time. I arrived approximately 5-10 minutes after the time I was quoted due to the other reviews online. I walked in and only one other lady was in front of me who happened to have the same name, the cashier quickly verified her order and caught it was incorrect. While I was waiting, there was a pizza that went into the dining room, but they had already received their pizza, another minor error, but nothing that can't be quickly moved on from. I got home and served up my pizza and it did not have any flavoring on the crust, just DRY crust. I had selected toasted Parmesan. Either way, my $7.99 online large pizza was worth all $7.99. That said it's the first sit down pizza hut i have seen in years! the wings are slightly better than any other pizza place within 20 miles, and the staff is on point and friendly. They messed up my order once but made it right. Dont expect gourmet food or services. Expect a pizzahut and you will give this a 5 star too because it's the best mediocre pizza chain around for miles. Unlike dominoes who will take 2 or 3 hours to never actually deliver your pizza and then just stop answering the phone an hour before close. During this time your children start crying and waling for pizza and you end up driving into the store and screaming at the top of your lungs as they explain that they couldn't get to you order and they will refund you tomorrow. At which point you have to march back to tour car ro tell your family the last 3 hours that you said they were going to get pizza to ight was a lie. Went here on a Tuesday at 5:00 to try it out. No other customers present. I had to search for a menu on my own at the vacant counter. There are table displays on the two dozen tables but with nothing in them to advertise specials. No more driving 20 mins drive into town to order food, right ? WRONG!!! We have ordered pizza from this location A LOT, however I ordered $50+ worth of pizza last Tuesday and my daughter and I drove to the store and picked up our pizza. I paid with a pre-paid credit card so they had me sign a receipt, I signed and didn't ask for a copy. I usually never look at my transactions, but just happened to be going through them and I see that Pizza Hut has over charge d my card $10+. So they decided to steal money from me to tip themselves. I get mistakes happen, however I specifically wrote down a HUGE 0 line through it on the tip line and then I rewrote the total of the order because I have heard of these scams and was hoping that would make it more foolproof so it couldn't be altered. So there is no way this was done by mistake. I just happened to be on my way home from work when I noticed this so I immediately stopped at Pizza Hut on my way home, ask for the manager. I got no apology, no explanation, and was told they could not refund the additional amount to a prepaid card, which by the way I know is BS because I worked in customer service for many many years and refund prepaid cards all the time. prepaid cards are set up to get every type of deposit you can think of wire transfer, EFT, ACH etcetera. . . So although I wanted my refund right then and there I was nice and decided I would give them a chance to make this right the manager took down my name and phone number and stated she would have the general manager contact me to get me my money back. Here we are almost a week later and I have not heard one word from Pizza Hut. I will be going back to this location on Monday find out why I have not been refunded or contacted about the money that was stolen from my account. At this point I want an explanation there's no way this could have been entered in as a mistake. sad to say but we will not be giving Pizza Hut our business anymore as they are obviously not trustworthy and steal from their customers. they do not make their customers a priority and don't seem to think it's a priority to refund a customer they stole from. Pizza Hut will not forget my business ever again and I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know.it seems like this location has had several problems with this as I have read other similar reviews on Google. Just beware if you choose to go to this location, I'd honestly drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a competitor at least you know your credit cards are safe and you will not be stolen from.
