This place never gets the pizzas right. I make the same order weekly and they get it wrong about 70% of the time. It truly doesn't make sense, read the order and do it right. But my daughter is here visiting and she loves their food and has had such a good experience with the location where she lives, so when she offered to buy us dinner I agreed. First they delivered the wrong food for my husband. Then they delivered his remade food without knocking. The picture tells why. I just ordered two days ago and it was a great experience - I was having trouble placing my order online (I'd wanted to use the online-only 50% coupon), so I called them and they gave me the 50% anyways. They said it would take 40 minutes and they didn't let me down. Today, as I write this, it's been an hour since I've ordered - I tried to order online, but had trouble and called, but this time they didn't give me the coupon so I had to make other arrangements to order online - and I still haven't gotten my order. The tracker was stuck on "order placed" for a good 20 minutes, then "prep" for another 30. I was hoping this was an error, so I called to check on my order, and they said it'd be an other 20-30 minutes in the oven. I am so hangry. Alright, update - we got the food about 20 minutes after I called. The delivery man was nice. The food itself was good, but I'm still confused as to why it had taken so long to get here. I am not a fan of pizza or Domino's but you have to rate things for what they are. This location does a good job of delivering the food hot and in a reasonable amount of time. This is in my husband's top 3 places to order from and therefore, we order often and though I don't really participate I see that they do a good job. First, they always have a coupon or special when you order online. My husband got a pizza and brownie (size of a small pie) all to himself for $12 plus tax and tip, not bad. Second, they do a thick crust that makes it pretty filling. Third, the online delivery system tracker is very useful. I think we all have been at the point where we waited too long to follow up with a place and it turns out our order wasn't started. The tracker prevents those issues. Fourth, the delivery people are always friendly. I have never been inside this establishment so I can't comment on customer service besides how the drivers act but they are all so nice when they deliver. Also, I don't care for their sauce/spice blend but I am sooo picky when it comes to pizza whereas my husband is always pleased with his orders. If you prefer your pizzas with extra seasoning then you would most likely approve. If you are ordering for a group and someone doesn't like pizza or is gluten free or not in the mood or whatever, there are chicken, pasta and dessert options as well. They typically have one of the chicken appetizers or dishes on promotion too. read more

"Aaron," who made the pizza, apparently didn't read my order, because neither of the two pizzas I ordered were right. Wrong crust, wrong toppings, wrong cut - as if he didn't read my order. (Who would want a square cut on what was supposed to be a hand-tossed pizza crust???). The cracker-thin crust and mushrooms randomly placed on a pepperoni pizza made it inedible for the kids. The cinnamon knots were dried out. The only thing that was right in my order was the pre-packaged salad - but what could they have gotten wrong with that? read more

This store/location sucks! This is the 2nd time we have tried placing an online order with this Dominoes. For the 2nd time, we had to cancel/void our order. First time they were so backed up, we had not received our pizza after two hours. This time I called when the "Pizza Tracker" they provide online had not moved after 45 minutes. Seth told me they are not doing any deliveries right now. That they are so backed up they are only doing take away orders. And if I wanted my order, I would have to go to the store in person before they would begin making our pizzas. Apparently some of the delivery drivers called in because it was too cold. This is the third time I have ordered delivery from this location and they are always consistent. From the friendly delivery drivers to the always delicious pizza. Their hand-tossed garlic crust is out of this world although, be warned, it is a little greasy as you can kind of tell from the picture. Consistent quality here and I've never really had any problems besides the occasional wait on the weekends. The one time they got my order wrong they replaced it for free, and any time someone forgets something they rush back with something extra for your troubles. My only complaint is they charge for extra sauce on a pizza. Very annoying and greedy on the manager's part. I worked at a different dominos and we did not charge extra lmao. This location is always very solid, I've had no complaints with any food I've gotten from here. I have used the delivery, and carry out options, as well as order online and over the phone. Both methods work seamlessly, sometimes the store does get busy, and you can be put on hold for a few minutes. That is quite alright though, certainly understandable. The food is always hot and yummy, mistakes are never made, and I greatly appreciate having such a reliable staff right in my neighborhood. Tonight's experience finally drove me to leave a review, my first ever on yelp. After placing an online order we patiently waited for our pizza delivery, expecting a longer than normal wait time due to the holiday. After waiting for an hour and a half and seeing no movement on the tracker and I called for an update and was told we should have our pizza in about 45 min, a little longer than we'd hoped but ok. Another hour later and still no movement, I called again. We were told it would be another hour bringing our wait total to almost 4 hours! That is just unacceptable, especially after being told something completely different by the first associate(Thanks Keaton). I cancelled the order with little to no explanation for the miscommunication and absurd wait time. I love dominoes pizza but will never give this location another dime. read more

Ok....so our delivery address places our nearest Domino's at Sunset in Denton....every time we order, and I mean seriously-EVERY TIME, our pizza arrives HOT and delicious! Delivery is lightening quick! They offer gluten free crusts for my little one that is a delicious alternative to some other places' standard $20 gluten free "cardboard" crust.
