This place never gets the pizzas right. I make the same order weekly and they get it wrong about 70% of the time. It truly doesn't make sense, read the order and do it right. I've called the manager and they act like I did something wrong even though this is almost a weekly issue. How do you get a Buffalo chicken pizza wrong every week? This one and the location on University are both bad but at least this one is clean. read more

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but I must say this location did not disappoint! They answered the phone right away and were polite while taking my order. It didn't take long for my pizzas to arrive. And when they did they tasted better than they look. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to know that there's a good location in my area. read more

Domino's Pizza - Large pizza - Pizza Near Me - Denton, Texas

I worked for Domino's many years ago and my experience then led me to swear they'd never see a penny of my money. But my daughter is here visiting and she loves their food and has had such a good experience with the location where she lives, so when she offered to buy us dinner I agreed. First they delivered the wrong food for my husband. Then they delivered his remade food without knocking. The picture tells why. To be fair, the manager, Nick, was really apologetic and refunded our whole order. Nonetheless, Domino's is back on my "never again" list. read more

I'm not a big fan of Dominoes but I thought I would give them another go. Smh always follow your first mind. I ordered the garlic Parmesan wings and medium pizza. The pizza was dry and sparse. The wings were disgusting and undercooked. I know what you get is rarely like the picture but ummm really Dominoes on Sunset? read more

Simply put the worst possible pizza threw away .It sat on the counter 10 minutes getting cold before they gave it to me. Then get home, supposed to be half sausage half pepperoni they were mixed like garbage. Could have got a 4 dollar frozen pizza it would have been better. Then charged 17.00 have no idea why this place is still open. CW Would have given it 0 stars but it wouldnt let me. read more

I just ordered two days ago and it was a great experience - I was having trouble placing my order online (I'd wanted to use the online-only 50% coupon), so I called them and they gave me the 50% anyways. They said it would take 40 minutes and they didn't let me down. Today, as I write this, it's been an hour since I've ordered - I tried to order online, but had trouble and called, but this time they didn't give me the coupon so I had to make other arrangements to order online - and I still haven't gotten my order. The tracker was stuck on "order placed" for a good 20 minutes, then "prep" for another 30. I was hoping this was an error, so I called to check on my order, and they said it'd be an other 20-30 minutes in the oven. I am so hangry. Alright, update - we got the food about 20 minutes after I called. The delivery man was nice. The food itself was good, but I'm still confused as to why it had taken so long to get here. I have mix feelings about this location. I love Domino's, but I can't say that I love the service. read more

I am not a fan of pizza or Domino's but you have to rate things for what they are. This location does a good job of delivering the food hot and in a reasonable amount of time. This is in my husband's top 3 places to order from and therefore, we order often and though I don't really participate I see that they do a good job. First, they always have a coupon or special when you order online. My husband got a pizza and brownie (size of a small pie) all to himself for $12 plus tax and tip, not bad. Second, they do a thick crust that makes it pretty filling. Third, the online delivery system tracker is very useful. I think we all have been at the point where we waited too long to follow up with a place and it turns out our order wasn't started. The tracker prevents those issues. Fourth, the delivery people are always friendly. I have never been inside this establishment so I can't comment on customer service besides how the drivers act but they are all so nice when they deliver. Also, I don't care for their sauce/spice blend but I am sooo picky when it comes to pizza whereas my husband is always pleased with his orders. If you prefer your pizzas with extra seasoning then you would most likely approve. If you are ordering for a group and someone doesn't like pizza or is gluten free or not in the mood or whatever, there are chicken, pasta and dessert options as well. They typically have one of the chicken appetizers or dishes on promotion too. read more

Went to the Dominos in Krum Texas and customer service from Paul Bryan was less than acceptable. He was very rude and needs to go to school to learn more about customer service. Will go back to Pizza Hut where they are trying to earn business from customers in small town of Krum. read more

I don't know why I ever really order at Domino's other than that it's fast. I think I've done my last order at the Sunset location. I ordered online - clearly specifying the crust and the toppings. "Aaron," who made the pizza, apparently didn't read my order, because neither of the two pizzas I ordered were right. Wrong crust, wrong toppings, wrong cut - as if he didn't read my order. (Who would want a square cut on what was supposed to be a hand-tossed pizza crust???). The cracker-thin crust and mushrooms randomly placed on a pepperoni pizza made it inedible for the kids. The cinnamon knots were dried out. The only thing that was right in my order was the pre-packaged salad - but what could they have gotten wrong with that? read more

This store/location sucks! This is the 2nd time we have tried placing an online order with this Dominoes. For the 2nd time, we had to cancel/void our order. First time they were so backed up, we had not received our pizza after two hours. This time I called when the "Pizza Tracker" they provide online had not moved after 45 minutes. Seth told me they are not doing any deliveries right now. That they are so backed up they are only doing take away orders. And if I wanted my order, I would have to go to the store in person before they would begin making our pizzas. Apparently some of the delivery drivers called in because it was too cold. The temperature is currently 46 degrees. Ugh! What a colossal mistake & disappointment. Never again! read more

Always have had great experiences with this Domino's. I was having trouble with an online order and using a gift card and Jake was super helpful and generous with the whole process. I'll continue to make this my go to pizza place since the workers never looked annoyed to deal with a customer. Great job team! read more

This is the third time I have ordered delivery from this location and they are always consistent. From the friendly delivery drivers to the always delicious pizza. Their hand-tossed garlic crust is out of this world although, be warned, it is a little greasy as you can kind of tell from the picture. Still, I would definitely recommend for your pizza craving. read more

Terrible pizza, greasy, burned, doughy crust. I switched to Pizza Hut and haven't looked back

Note to self... Domino's doesn't really care about late night business. Go get it Pizza Hut!

I didn't bring my credit cards with me and all I had was hundred dollar bills they said they cannot take any bills over twenty so had to go down the street to get change came got the pizza for my kids but I ask before I leave why they don't have a sign saying that they don't take bills over twenty he said because they don't want to I been buying pizza here for years but I always use c/c but the guy helping me was a jerk the way he talks read more

Honestly my favorite Domino's. They don't deliver to my area, which sucks, but at least they make my order perfectly every time. :)

Consistent quality here and I've never really had any problems besides the occasional wait on the weekends. The one time they got my order wrong they replaced it for free, and any time someone forgets something they rush back with something extra for your troubles. My only complaint is they charge for extra sauce on a pizza. Very annoying and greedy on the manager's part. I worked at a different dominos and we did not charge extra lmao. Maybe it's a new thing. read more

The people who work here are always super friendly when they deliver my pizza. They look me in the eye and say hi to my dog. The manager listened to me when I had an issue with my pizza and corrected the mistake. Overall, great customer service and Domino's pizza crust is so much better than it was years ago. I really love their spinach and feta pizza read more

I created a Yelp account because I just have to say that of all the Domino's I've ever ordered from in my life, this Denton store on Sunset is the best best best. I don't know what they do differently but they do it right. And they always surprise me when they show up - I've never sat and wondered if they may be lost, not even once. read more

When it comes to me ordering corporate pizza, Domino's is my favorite and has the best deals. As for this location in particular, I have never been disappointed with the quality of the pizza for the price or with the timeliness of delivery or carryout. Awful. The place looked as is was ever cleaned before i placed my order at 7:11 Pm it was been over an hour. not acceptable

The staff was so nice and kind. Quick service and great pizza. Highly recommend this specific location.

I will always get pizza from this Dominos as long as I'm in Denton! Everyone who's delivered to me has been extremely nice and always asked me how my day is going. Plus the pizza taste so good! I especially love the stuffed cheesy bread! :-) read more

This location is always very solid, I've had no complaints with any food I've gotten from here. I have used the delivery, and carry out options, as well as order online and over the phone. Both methods work seamlessly, sometimes the store does get busy, and you can be put on hold for a few minutes. That is quite alright though, certainly understandable. The food is always hot and yummy, mistakes are never made, and I greatly appreciate having such a reliable staff right in my neighborhood. Thank you dominoes employees for putting up with us crazy college students, dishes are just way too hard to keep clean. ;( But anyways, you all deserve much recognition for keeping the hot fresh pizzas/pastas/samiches/chicken coming for us all to enjoy! :) read more

Tonight's experience finally drove me to leave a review, my first ever on yelp. After placing an online order we patiently waited for our pizza delivery, expecting a longer than normal wait time due to the holiday. After waiting for an hour and a half and seeing no movement on the tracker and I called for an update and was told we should have our pizza in about 45 min, a little longer than we'd hoped but ok. Another hour later and still no movement, I called again. We were told it would be another hour bringing our wait total to almost 4 hours! That is just unacceptable, especially after being told something completely different by the first associate(Thanks Keaton). I cancelled the order with little to no explanation for the miscommunication and absurd wait time. I love dominoes pizza but will never give this location another dime. read more

Ok....so our delivery address places our nearest Domino's at Sunset in Denton....every time we order, and I mean seriously-EVERY TIME, our pizza arrives HOT and delicious! Delivery is lightening quick! They offer gluten free crusts for my little one that is a delicious alternative to some other places' standard $20 gluten free "cardboard" crust. I have NEVER been disappointed with our order, even when we venture far from the standard menu options. Whatever type of re-vamp/overhaul Domino's did, this location got it right :) read more

Had to deal directly with the manager and GM and am very pleased with the customer service! Efficient and polite :)

This dominos does not give 2 squirts of piss about their customers!! Now I'm not a lazy person but when you get paid to do a job you should really do it! They didn't care to cut either of my pizzas and when I order a pizza that comes with chicken I expect there to be more than one piece of chicken on each of my slices!!! Maybe I'm just hangry but I will not be going back to dominos anymore I'll stick to Pizza Hut!! Wish I could give a half star! read more

Great service, friendly and fast drivers, and good pizza.

I like their carry out specials and their pizza is tasty for a chain. I wonder if they still have that 5.99 carry out special for a medium pizza. I like the Canadian Bacon and onion. read more
