This probably my favorite pizza. There are other options in this town, but I keep coming back to this one. First of all, delivery. Enough said. Second, they offer some great coupons, deals and offers on their website. Order through the website! Third, even though they took away my Fiery Hawaiian, they left me enough options to still get close! Cheese-less? No problem. Extra Veggies? No problem. Extra Crispy? No problem. No onions? No problem! However, they have had some real problems getting everything into the order. Inevitably, they could NEVER get the order correct. One time the pizza was wrong. The next time it was cut wrong. The next time, it was carried on it's edge and smooshed. The next time, extra onions instead of NO onions. The next time, burnt. They were wrong so many times in a row, they managers quit trying to compensate. It just became a fact of life! I really want to give them the 4-5 stars they deserve, but there's problems here. Attn people! If ya want your pizza made a special way do NOT go to Dominos in Azle Tx!!! I called to place a order for a meat lovers with the pepperoni on the top for it makes your pizza tastes like you have crispy bacon on the pizza. The girl refused my request claiming she had to follow guide lines! And I even asked that if she followed the guide lines could I please pay extra to have pepperoni on the top! She still refused! I used to work at a pizza place and there was never a problem for how the customers wanted their pizza after all they are paying for it!! They can put extra or no sauce, is that following the guide lines RE Dominoes??? This is actually the most stupied thing I ever heard of!! I called the corporate home office and they agreed with me that this should not be an issue! So I took my business to Pizza hut in Azle and as always had no problem!! Dominoes in Azle lost my business for sure!!! This is the most redicioulous thing I have ever heard of! I will not ever go back there if they cant honor my request! It is just totally STUPIED!!! So beware they follow so called stupied guide lines and even if you offer to pay extra to add an ingredient you CANNOT do so!!! Dont waste your time or breathe with this place!!! I give 1 star only because I can't give no star. Maybe this is just me but I actually do not like cardboard for my food. I called and spoke to the manager. I thought surely there was something wrong with their oven. He told me there was no problem with their oven. I have been purchasing pizzas from this location because it's the closest to where I live. I was hoping that this time would be different. We pulled up to the drive through window and not a soul in sight. We were wondering if we would have to go inside to get our order. Finally, someone showed up and he sure didn't seem like he wanted to help us at all. It seemed like we were bothering him to do what he is paid to do. Whoever cuts the pizzas really needs to be retrained. The slices are never the same size, and the center cut is never in the center. It's a good thing I don't have children who would be upset if they had to get different sized slices. One slice of a large is the equivalent of a small pizza and another slice is equal to 2.5 pieces. Never consistent. The taste and quality have decreased exponentially over the past 2 years CeCe's is looking better and better. read more

I have been to this Domino's twice in the last couple months. First time the sauce was spicy hot. I don't mind spicy food so it was ok. Later that night... things weren't going so good though. I blew it off thinking maybe it was something else. Went again last weekend, the sauce was what I am used to when I order Domino's. Everything seemed fresh but again things weren't going well later. I don't have issues in Justin or Roanoke. The people have always been very nice, even one that was clearly getting chewed out by a lady that inexplicably was in the Drive thru pickup lane standing outside of her car yelling. When she realized I was waiting she got back in her car and drove around the building back into the pickup line. I saw another car behind her and she looped around the building again. Seems it would be easier to go in. Just one of those things I found humorous. However the gentleman gathered his composure from the butt chewing and was friendly. I digress though. The low rating is not due to the employees I have interacted with, just the food having negative impacts for me. read more

Last time we ordered the order was just not the best. There was so much cornmeal dusting it overpowered the order. Ordered two pizzas originally Al crust and one was more like a thin crust. Disappointing. Supposedly it was 50% off and two pizzas were nearly $30. Only had two toppings. Yeah that will mot happen again. read more

This Domino's did a awesome job and went out of their way to make a pizza for Valentines for are granddaughter. They made it into a heart shape and even made the pepperoni into little hearts. Even the delivery man was excited to deliver the pizza to the grandkids. They were so excited to get the delivery. Thank you chris for making it all happen. You guys are the best.
