Visited this Dominos late and ordered a pizza they made it quickly and it was delicious. My concern is the employees were not wearing masks, which are required by the Governors Mandate. Hand washing and wearing gloves were other opportunities. I observed a cook help s customer on the register and then proceed to make a Pizza. No hand washing at all. Please ask your team to follow guidelines. The food was great but you have to follow guidelines. Otherwise will report this location to the Governor's office and health dept. read more

I went to my front door because I ordered online and I check contactless delivery. There wasn't a pizza at my door, so I called the store. The manger was very ignorant and he hung up the phone on me. They had the nerve to say the driver handed it to a lady. Really, I ordered contactless delivery! Anyway, I called back and told him about his lack of skills in providing customer service. Worst experience ever! Ordered breadsticks with Marinara sauce they delivered just the marina sauce but no breadsticks..I called to get a credit and the employee stated that the credit was on my account. When I ordered online today and called 2 mins later at 7:55pm to redeem the credit the employee told me that my order was already out for delivery and I couldn't redeem my credit. I informed her I ordered literally 2 mins ago.. she placed me on hold for 10 mins then hung up.. when I called back, she informed me that they will deliver my credit of breadsticks with the current order. The order she initially stated was out for delivery didn't come until an hour later (9:10pm..), cold pizza, and not even cut and also never received my order of redeemed breadsticks which she initially said was to be delivered ... I called back for a refund and was informed that a manager would have to call me back to refund my order... I don't understand why somebody couldn't issue a refund immediately or how they could forget an item I paid for twice in a row. Worst domino experience ever don't order from here! read more

Had an incident a few weeks ago in which my daughter had the manager at this location follow her to her car because we received an undercooked pizza. She was terrified and had to go into the barbershop for help. The owner of the barbershop came out and asked the dominoes manager to go back inside. WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON THE DOMINOES MANAGER THATS HOW BAD IT GOT. They informed us to make a police report. We reached out to the franchise owner who said he'll take care of the situation and promised to call us back after offering pizza as an incentive for the incident. Last order I got old pizza they reheated along with brownies that were like dry hockey pucks. I complained about it via corporate email and complained to the store. Gluten-free pizza crust...delivered to your door...that tastes about as good as a GF pizza can, for about $12. I can now order pizza for the kids and have the convenience of home delivery, while eating myself. The pasta has had positive raves, as well as the new pan crust and the boneless wings, and I love the prices. Driver's have been friendly, food is hot and delivered quickly; I can even order online in the morning and set for a 6pm delivery so I don't need to worry about dinner at all. After years of decent service, this store has gone downhill. I ordered 3 times in the last few months. One was good. Another time our order was all wrong. I called to tell them and got a thanks for telling us, and not much else. Recently we ordered at 4pm for a 6pm delivery. Called 2 times but still no pizza at 7 so we cancelled the order. Someone showed up at 7:40 with the pizza. We turned them away when the store said they had no idea when it had been cooked. They still charged us , tip included. It took me several days and 3 different management people to get our money back. Not one of the 3 people apologized or asked what they could do. Unfortunately I can't take stars away from this review so I had to give a one star. But I would not even give them a one star. Worst service ever. I have always ordered Hawaiian pizza not just here but everywhere and I have never in my life gotten red bell peppers on my pizza. If this really is a pizza choice and they have two different Hawaiian pizza choices they need to ask the customer to verify which one they want and not just assume I want red bell peppers on my pizza. This wasn't really why I was upset but rather the phone call I had with the so called manager that night. Now I've worked retail all my life, even at a pizza spot and I have always no matter what given the reason to the customer for the saying the customer is always right. So I call and explain to them what I'm looking at, he goes on to tell me that I'm wrong that's not on my pizza, like if I'm blind! He then proceeds to tell me that that is wrong and they have been making it wrong . I'm just like what the heck, so I'm irritated now and I ask if I can get a free one the way I want. I ordered the Alfredo for my toddler and there was maybe 2 teaspoons of sauce in the middle. I stirred it up to try to evenly distribute it, and when I did, it didn't look like there was anything on the noodles. The pizzas that we ordered had crust bubbles in the middle because there wasn't enough sauce or cheese spread around. And the "barbecue wings" had barely a drizzle of barbecue sauce on them. I have loved other Dominoes in the past, but we've had two horrible experiences with this location. I will never order from this location ever again!!!! read more

My favorite pizza place around town ! Fast delivery when you don't order during rush times . There have been complaints that dominos employees don't answer the phones and this isn't true.
