Unfortunately their product has become inconsistent over the years. However, I do like their new sauce that has a kick to it now that they added red peppers. The other thing is that if you are going to order delivery and you live in their delivery area...I absolutely, positively guarantee you they will have it to you quicker than their competitors. I have rarely had any issues with my orders and pizza is good. My only complaint is that sometimes it just takes a while to get the delivery. The crazy thing is that on days and times I expect it to take a while (Fri/Sat nights) it's very quick, but during the week around 3 or 4PM it seems to be the slowest. Like I said, that's my only negative. Food is always good and drivers are usually friendly...usually. I have had such horrible service from the local Papa Johns that this is where I get my pizza delivered from now. read more

Worst service ever. I ordered online, when I got there, they said my pizza would be right out (the app said it was ready). I did not leave that store for about 30+ mins after that. When I sat there and watched a woman who was ordering when I walked in walk out with her pizza before me, I asked what was going on. They told me that one of the pizza dropped on the floor, and that the other was sitting on the heating lamp(and had been since I walked in). If I had not asked they would not have told me anything. No apologies or explanations. They were not very friendly at all and they are extremely slow. I will say the young man who finally handed me my order apologized, and they remade my pizza that had been sitting, but they were pretty vocal about having to do so. Also they obviously don't know how to properly cut a thin pizza. I even heard one the employees loudly complain that they had to remake the pizza that they dropped on the floor. This is the third chance I gave them and I will not be back. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered delivery and after an hour and a half, we finally call to see where it is. They tell us they screwed up and put us down for carryout. Then they tell us we can order again and wait another hour and a half. They offer no free or discounted items and leave us stranded for dinner. Terrible. read more

Worst service ever. Took forever for someone to answer the phone. Then I finally go in to actually pick up my pizza. While I was there the phone rang and a young girl seemed to be annoyed the phone is ringing. What is she getting paid for? No one seems to be very helpful. ordered the "new" chicken wings (sweet mango habanero) 14 for $9.95. what rip-off! over $.70 a wing and the wings we got looked like they came off a chicken that had been on "jenny craig" or some type of program.. Delivery service is always good. Tried an artisan pizza (chicken carbonara) tonight; it was good, but I would have liked the crust to be more crisp. Domino's has the best crisp crust pizza of all the delivery restaurants we have tried. read more

I called to order a large 3 topping pizza on 12/26/11 @ 7:03pm, this was my 4th time calling on this night. Each time I called to place an order I was put on hold and no one returned back to the phone. On my 3rd attempt I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that the manager was busy and couldn't come to the phone. After asking for the manager I was put on hold again. After calling this store a 4th time I was put on hold again ad soon as the phone was answered. I was on hold for hold for 10 min before I hung up the phone. At this time I was angry and felt mistreated as a customer. I called back immediately after this call and asked for a manager a second time and was told again the manager was busy, and at this time my order was finally taken at 7:03pm. I was told my order would be delivered in 45min til an hr. I didn't get my pizza and wings til 8:30pm, which is longer than what I was told. When the delivery guy arrived to my residence, he did not seem concerned that the pizza have taken an hr and a half to receive. I feel like this is not the customers concern if a place of business is under staffed are if the business is this busy were they cant maintain the business. read more

I order the same thing every time I get pizza from dominos. Large extra peperoni Brooklyn style. It always is made the same way, cheese under the toppings and peperoni nice and crispy on the top. I order this a lot. This time how ever the cheese was covering all the peperoni making is all soggy and just not good at all to me. I called up and asked if they could remake it as I was not sure why it was made differently this time. The lady on the phone told me "no that style of pizza comes with extra cheese and they made it right so they will not redo it." I told her that this was not how it normally comes but she started getting bitchy and said that it was in fact how it is always made and they would not redo it. I have ordered from this one spot for a long time but I can get cheaper pizza just as good from the frozen section and not deal with a bitch who can not simply remake a pizza.
