I've ordered from this Domino's for YEARS with no issues, but my most recent experience with the manager on duty, Ravindhar, was unbelievable. He repeatedly called me "sir," even after I politely corrected him that it was "ma'am." It felt extremely rude and dismissive. On top of that, he altered my order without permission--removing the coupons I had already applied and charging me almost double my original total. When I called to fix the mistake, he spoke to me in a very condescending tone and implied that I didn't know how to place an order, even offering to "teach me" how to do so. I've been ordering from Domino's for a long time, so this was both insulting and unnecessary. This experience honestly made me reconsider using this location at all. Please, can you please give an explanation as to why your gluten-free is so expensive? It sucks being a fan of your pizza and not being able to have gluten already and I expect an up-charge of a couple of dollars... but 18 w/tax for a small pizza is ludicrous. read more

So, I place an order online for 1 pizza, light cheese no garlic crust, to be picked up. I get there and am met by an employee. she tells me the pizza "had too much sauce so it slid out". Slid OUT !? what on earth language is THAT. Anyways, she tells me she remade the pizza and it will be out in 5 minutes. No apology. Pizza comes out, and she starts adding the garlic seasoning ‍‍. "Oops" she says. "you still want me to make it without it ??". uhh, YEAH , I have DIETARY RESTRICTIONS lol. So her we go. Starts making the third pizza and I can see she added too much cheese. I know this because, I went to culinary school AND college to manage restaurant, have been in the industry since I was 16 and have management experience for over 20 YEARS. BUUT, nop, she had to turn around and say "No you're just being RUDE". I was STUNNED. She comes up to the counter barking at me and saying "you don't know how to make pizzas how would you know !??" I have ordered Pizaa here for delivery to the Clinton truck stop for years. As a matter of fact. I had them bring me dinner last night. To my shock and surprise I called the day shift for a lunch delivery. The manager informed me that they flat out refuse to deliver to a truck stop and refused my order. I was shocked. Her reasonings bullshit. This review is for the night shift who had brought my dinner for years. Sorry guys I won't be ordering from you anymore sorry very this garbage. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and it was great until 5 minutes into eating it my sister said her stomach hurt. Though she way crazy until I realized that dough was not fully cooked. You can barely tell it apart from melted cheese when it's hot. I called the and asked for the manager he said that he would send me another 2 pizzas and instructed me to use my current phone number when I wanted them. Problem solved I thought... Few weeks later I called and asked for my pizzas. A got a hold of a different manager. He said that there was nothing and asked me when I purchased my pizza and why didn't I get replacements the day of (when my sister was sick from the raw pizza dough). I provided that date of when I made my order after digging it out of my emails. He responds with "I HAVE NOTHING." Ordered online; said "35-40 minute" delivery. After 1 hour 10 minutes I called them. Left me on the phone for 6 minutes listening to kitchen noise and conversations before coming back to say, "well, um it's ready and we have someone to deliver it so we'll get it out there". If I could give them less than one star I would. Order a pizza for pickup they call me back to let me know they were out of mushrooms. I said no problem. I go to pickup the pizza get home open the box and it's not what I order. Go back tell them it's the wrong pizza so they said ok and start to make me the one I order. It's Domino's Pizza. It's the same Domino's pizza that you'll get anywhere else in the country. Either you like it or you don't--I'm not going to get into that here. The location is a little tricky to get in and out of if you're doing pickup. I'm rating this place (and rating it well) because I have had some order for early day deliveries and they have clearly worked very hard to accommodate my special requests and get their pizzas delivered to me in a hurry to fit around other schedule constraints that I've had. Call them at 11:40 pm and they keep hanging up because they don't want to answer and have to work a half hour before they close. Our company orders from them a lot and gives them a lot of business but it looks like we will be going elsewhere now. Domino's has made a major effort to improve it's pizza. Although we don't consider this great pizza, we consider it great delivery food. They have online ordering that allows you to track your order from the time you order until the delivery is made. It's actually a lot of fun for the kids. If you are hungry and a little lazy, you can't beat it. read more

If I could give this dominos zero stars I would. The pizza that comes from here is a complete disgrace. I ordered a pepperoni pizza from here and it was completely undercooked to the point where the cheese was barely melted and this isn't the first time this happened. In fact, when I spoke to someone who works there over the phone I specifically told him that the last pizza I got there was undercooked and asked to make sure that this one wasn't, which he said he would. Look at the pictures of what I got (an hour and a half after I ordered by the way, at which point it was nearly cold). Is this what dominos calls good pizza? I called and let them know over the phone and the girl who picked up agreed to give my money back and when I asked if this happens often she said it had to do with the ovens being "off" and that sometimes people don't check if they're cooked completely before sending the pizzas out?! read more
