My husband (retired Marine) was preparing a pizza party for his construction crew on base with about 52 people. I reached out to this location and was blessed to be able to work with Ms. Kim throughout the process of ordering 14 pizzas. Ms. Kim was very cordial, helpful, and has an excellent skillset regarding troubleshooting. I wanted to order online because of my rewards and to receive points for this order but the ordering process was a bit wonky. I reached out to Ms.Kim and she assured me that If I couldn't order online, they would be able to take my order on the phone and have it ready to be picked up at 11:15 AM. Thanks to Ms. Kim, the luncheon went perfectly and everyone shouted out their appreciation for the delicious pizzas. I would hate to post this but I couldn't help but to let it be known. The food is fine, the service is okay, the delivery drivers are very polite but one thing I can't tolerate are really rude managers!! I came to pick up an order that I placed and noticed it wasn't the right order, I asked the employee if there was a mistake or if there was a way I could get it fixed, she seemed very helpful until she got her manager involved. Not only was he rude to her in front of customers but then he was completely rude to me as if it was my fault that I ordered the wrong thing!! I simply walked out because I was too frustrated to continue on this "conversation" with him. I hope other managers like LOUIS aren't the same with their employees and customers!!! read more

Today I went to the Domino's Pizza on base on Holcomb Blvd., and was met with major disappointment... I normally utilize the Domino's pizza store on Camp LeJeune and always got the carry out special for 8.99 ( I usually buy 's for my gate guard (PMO)brothers) but this time this Domino's guy tells me that the ONE ITEM LARGE PIZZAS CARRY OUT special WAS $14.99!!!! For ONE LARGE 1 ITEM PIZZA So my two pizzas and a sandwich ($6.99) cost was coming out to $39.56. I asked the guy what happened to the 8.99 carry out pizza and he told me that this was the carry out pizza price. I asked him why the price jumped $6 and he said "probably because of COVID-19 or something... I don't know." I thanked him for his time and told him never-mind about the order and that they can keep their food. I drove off base and ordered from the Hubert Domino's on Hwy. 172 and Freedom Hwy. The pizza was WAAAAAY CHEAPER!!!!! $7.99 for a large two item carry out... I got FOUR LARGE PIZZAS (two items) for $34.20 and I drove back to camp lejeune...took the pizzas and donated 3 of the pizzas to the 3 of the camp lejeune gates. Also, the Domino's outside the New River Air station has the same carry-out 3 item LARGE pizza for $7.99 each. My friend ordered a pizza and cause he was trying to same money he tipped 10%. When the delivery driver came he was saying passive aggressive remarks about how low he tipped. He didn't think too hard on it and as the driver was walking away, his Battalion OOD and the DNCO were walking by and he made a loud remark falsely stating "That girl doesn't look of age" my friend was alone all day that day and regardless of the driver was joking or not the Battalion OOD was not about to play any games and interrogated my friend after the driver left. That false statement could have ruined his reputation and his career luckily he was able to show how "true" that statement was and came out okay to the Battalion OOD. But he has since refused to eat at this Domino's ever since and he left a review on Yelp, his name on there is Fred S. and I have not found it, either Yelp lying about businesses not being able to edit reviews or Yelp doing some dirty under the table stuff. Visited May 2016 My friend and I went after receiving a coupon for a free pizza in the mail. We ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza with Spinach & feta Cheese. I know, I know what you may be thinking Spinach & Feta Cheese!?! That was my friend's topping choices to add to the pizza (there was not a limit to how many toppings you could add). Even though it was decent, I would not pick feta cheese as a topping for a bacon cheeseburger pizza again. I was surprised how the spinach complemented the bacon cheeseburger. I called Dominos and who ever I spoke offered to deliver the correct order which I did not want, since my son was hungry he started eating the one he got. We don't needed another pizza, I asked her for a credit for another day and she said she could refund the $5.99 difference and I said that'll work. Domino's Pizza may not be fresh off the boat from Sicily, but this Domino's location makes sure your customer service fast and effective! Most delivery locations for pizza have delivery times ranging between half an hour to an hour which leaves me hungry for longer than necessary; however, due to the delivery area of this location, their quoted delivery times are rarely longer than half an hour! Delivery drivers have always been very polite and have never shied away from my large dog who loves to bark at new visitors from behind the door while I sign my receipts. Delivery does require a "delivery fee" but the delivery fee goes to the store not the delivery driver so I always do my best to tip the driver for their prompt and polite service. Domino's on main side does have a drive thru window but I have not used it as I usually prefer to collect my pizza in my comfy clothes. If you want fast pizza, you cannot go wrong with main side Domino's! read more

I've ordered from many dominoes on base in my time and this one in particular is one of my favorites. Usually when I order from take places when the drivers get the food to you they seem really disgruntled but I have not had this issue before. The delivery people are friendly and are very cheerful. I try to strike a conversation to gauge what type of tip to give them and Ive never tipped less than 25%. I have a lot of respect for these people providing a service to myself. I am happy to say I have yet to be let down. An order has yet to messed up or misdelivered. The only qualm I have generally is the time it takes to get to my location but since I started ordering from the dominoes app it is easier than ever to order and seems to come to me quicker. All in all I'm fond of this dominoes and will continue to order from them. read more
