Classic simple, never miss pizza here. Slices are huge and one piece is typically enough. Great subs and fries too. Tony's is a staple, I've been going back over and over for 15+ years. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. First of all, I am an Italian American. All four of my grandparents came over from Sicily. My Aunt Lena taught me how to make pizza. That having been said, we ordered the Sicilian pizza. It cost roughly 24 dollars, but after all the UBER EATS fees and driver tip, it was over 40 dollars. This was the MOST HORRIBLE PIZZA I have ever tasted. The sauce was BITTER, AS if it were plain tomato sauce straight out of a can. The crust was like STALE BREAD, and there was BARELY ANY CHEESE AT ALL ON THIS ""PIZZA."" We tried doctoring up the leftovers but even that didn't help. If I could give NEGATIVE TEN STARS, I would!!! At 8:45pm tonight, I tried to stop by Tony's Pizza to pick up a cannoli fifteen minutes before their posted closing time of 9:00pm. The door was locked, young man opens the door and states that they are closed early, due to "being slow". All the while the rather obnoxious, loud, prodigious man behind the counter kept yelling for the young man to close the door. Great customer service /s. We stopped here quickly because we were all starving after a long drive some mall shopping. I had the chef salad without cheese and their italian dressing. The dressing was very good! Nasty employee screwed up the take out order during a torrential downpour. Called to let them know we got the wrong sub and they stated nothing they could do. We drove back to get a refund and she carried on like her mama didn't teach her any sense, hollering through the restaurant that she did refund the money. She missed the point. This was a huge inconvenience, you aren't the only game in town and now you've lost a few customers due to your complete lack of decency and common sense. You should've refunded the money onto the card without the unnecessary trek back to your establishment. There aren't many food choices in the Jacksonville Mall. We decided on Tony's Pizza today because it was either that or Red Robin for us. There were a lot of people in line, so I figured this place must be at least decent. We ordered three slices of pizza, two pepperoni and one cheese, and garlic bread. The slices of pizza were HUGE. It was a slice off their large 18 inch pizza. The kids couldn't even finish their slice... and you know they ate that pizza until they were stuffed! Tasted pretty good too. Their garlic bread was also good. Casual atmosphere. You seat yourself. Great for kids. I only wish they offered free filtered water. read more

Tonight my wife, daughter & I were the only ones in the place. We walked in right at 7 pm. & ordered our food. Everything came out in good time & as usual, tasted great. The young lady that worked there on the other hand, her mouth was absolutely horrible. I was shocked to listen to this young girl degrade another coworker who wasn't working while dropping the "F" bomb multiple times along with a few other choice words. This must be normal behavior for her because when she was asked to please stop with the language, every one of the employees looked at us like we were crazy for asking such a thing.
