I have had a slice here on occasion. Sometimes when I make a run to Lowe's, I'll stop in and grab a slice. The customer service at Empire Pizza is always good. They usually have several variations of pizza to choose from. I always get a slice and a cup for water. The inside is a typical pizza place with enough seating and a view of the outside or the kitchen. The pizza takes a few minutes in the pizza oven before I get to enjoy the deliciousness. I've always enjoyed my pizza from here. Recently I ordered a large meat lovers for delivery. The online wait projected 60 75 minutes. I orders through Uber eats and it came much sooner than that. I did order the large and it was huge. I failed to mention this earlier, but their slices are big. The crust is great. The sauce is the perfect amount for me. I wish I could've changed some of the toppings, but it was still delicious. I recommend giving Empire Pizza a try. I'll keep eating here. read more

Pizza was cold but decent sized, it's reheated pizza that sits in a glass case most of the day, made the staff aware of a food allergy and was still served pizza with a topping I was allergic to and didn't realize till I got home, weary of returning but an okay experience if you don't have any food allergies. The pizza, fried pickles snd french fries were good. The pizza is NY style with tasty sauce. The steak and cheese sub was very mushy and the texture was soggy. The meat in the sub tasted freezer burnt and stale. We would try again for the pizza. The service was friendly and the dining area was decent. Great location! read more

Ordered dinner online for my family. I Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a Calzone with peppers an olives. As well as, a Stromboli with banana pepper. 2 garlic. Butters, and a 2 litter. An employee named Micah called to verify the order. When it finally arrived there was no pizza and 2 Stromboli. Called back spoke to Micah who told me I didn't order a pizza. Put me thru to the manager who wouldn't help. Then the owner got on the phone, who all but called me a liar wouldn't make it right, then said I included the tip on my credit card. Understanding that it's a bit rough, working and making things work during this Covid thing. That being said, I ordered two chicken parm dinners tonight for hubby and I. These came with Marinara sauce topped spaghetti, and a nice topping of melted mozzarella cheese. Also, a garlic knot. The Marinara is used on many of Empire's items. I just need to say. It's not like my mamma used to make. She made it a smooth light sauce, by puree-ing the tomatoes. What we have been getting here are small chunks of tomatoes with olive oil and very little seasoning. Sorry Guys. The spaghetti was overcooked, as was the garlic knot. It was very dark brown on the bottom. We'll keep going back to Empire because at one point, they were the best. But had to give 4/5 for the reasons given. The chicken cutlet was truly GREAT!!! Tender, juicy...crispy on the outside, like a cutlet should be. That is all. Keep up the good work, Guys! read more

First time having Empire Pizza. We chose delivery and it arrived a little over an hour as expected. Great food. We really enjoyed it! Now, with that being said, this is what I did not enjoy....I did not enjoy being told by the boy delivering the order that his bosses wanted him to let me know that he was basically delivering outside of their delivery zone and I needed to know this before ordering next time. Basically, next time I will need to pick it up. I said okay, thank you and turned away to go inside. I was very uncomfortable with that conversation. Hey, I absolutely get it, we are technically 20 minutes/14 miles away (Piney Green for those of you in this area considering delivery); however, how was I to know I was outside of the delivery zone? I came across the website, food looked good, I opened the recommended imenu360 app on your website to order, I selected our meals, entered in our delivery address, paid $72 for the order, and we get a confirmation of delivery. At no time during that process was there a pop-up notification suggesting pickup only due to my location. As many other businesses do, I would HIGHLY suggest updating the delivery zones on your app to prevent future uncomfortable and unnecessary conversations. read more
