I ordered the 15 piece wings which were described as crispy on the boards.. hmmm not so much I'm sorry to say The good in this was the flavor of the dry rub I requested... banging flavor and wonderful. The not so much... the finish on my wings... the skin was largely under cooked for liking and certainly not described as crispy... perhaps the tim8ng and oil temp combo is off given they were moderately busy (certainly not swamped). In my humble estatiin, my wings would have approached perfect with another 4ish mins in the fryer to really crisp up the skin and give them some crunchification (yup made that up). The Blue Chez and Ranch dressings were good and plentiful... I'm not turned off at Wingstop... this was my first ever visit to the brand and I will try another location in the future... honestly will think twice before I c9me here again before I visit another location so I can decide if this was one off or systemic. All said, nothing was a show stopper... nothing was terribly negative here... I think some polishing and attention to detail coupled with some additional training and this location would smash it!

The inside of the restaurant is divided into two with a large bar / lounge area that looked inviting. The dining side was comfortable, but dated. It had some mayo on it, and two large pickle slices. The chicken was thickly breaded and fried. I was told it had a little kick, and it did. Overall very good blend of seasonings. I had the impression from the appearance of the chicken the kick comes from a batter that includes Frank's Red Hot or something in the wash. Not a lot, but just enough. It's good, and a differentiator over other chains. The pickle also helps bring the sandwich together. For me, pickle on any chicken sandwich is more important than pickle on a burger even. The fries ... were fries. They were seasoned, and sorry I'm not a fan of seasoned fries, from anyone. Fry seasoning to me is just salt. These were also cut more like a steak fry, but soft. I like fries to have a little crisp to them. The Bo Bites were basically several chicken tenders prepared much like the chicken in the sandwich. They did seem a little milder in their spice, but maybe that's because I had already eaten the sandwich. All in all good, but nothing amazing. I've had chicken sandwiches from other chains that were just as, if not better, than this one.
