Customers is the problem so I went in and their system is just gone down so rather than giving me a warm pizza they waited until the system rebooted for 10 minutes they gave me a cold pizza so it's the number one I showed up and had to wait for 10 minutes to watch them fuck around with their application. The number two. I got a cold pizza. Did I get a discount no And of course, the poor kids in there had nothing to do with it. I usually never have any gripes about dominos. Last night I tried to order an online special of 9.99 +$4 if it's a stuffed crust. I wanted two pies. Pepperoni, sausage, black olives, mushrooms with Parmesan a garlic stuffed crust and a second with a couple different toppings but stuffed crust also. The online app was putting up an error and it said go into store. I was right there so I go into store and show the lady the error. Her response was "we have been having issues with the app all day " So I told her "that i wanted the online deal I had in my virtual cart" "Sorry we can't do that" "Ok well I want to try the stuffed crust how much is it w/o coupon" "22.99" I'll just have a medium pepperoni, w/black olives, ham, "I'll be damned if I didn't get home to find out I got a ham n, sausage w/a pinch of cheese. If your websites fudged and you don't want to honor a deal off there, ok that Is not great but at least get my one pizza's ingredients correct. You have a 1 in 10 chance of getting the correct pizza. There is almost always missing topping or toppings you didn't order. Order dipping sauce, more than likely won't arrive with your order and the staff is not apologetic or willing to fix things easily. You also have to pay for pepper flakes and parm cheese. They don't offer free packets anymore. read more

wow, this dominoes location used to give me up and downs in my orders, and I order every week. But for the last month or so they have consistently improved time and time again, all these bad reviews are from people who have had one single bad experience. I've had maybe 4 kinda mid experiences and the rest amazing, the management team and whole team is absolutely filled with great customer service and always tend to my needs. The general manager and assistant manager Evan and Isaiah are always helpful and I hope they never leave, If you want good service and good pizza please do my honors and indulge in this great establishment!! read more

This is the worst Dominos I've ever been to where they fight with each other in front of us while we ordered it happens every time and the people preparing the Pizza have never looked so bad for greasy hair, just bad we got our Pizza and throw it into the trash! That's how bad it was. I know the people could have taken better care of their appearance because they are working around food but it must start with the Manager first it was awful from the manager all the way down to the cashier and we have been back three other times same exact issue will never go back again! read more

If I could give them no stars I would. In the last 6 months, there is no service whatsoever. one time it took over 3 hours for a delivery. Last time we ordered 2 hours ahead then when we arrived we waited another hour then our we got home to discover that our Honolulu Hawiian was a nasty old cheese pizza. I think it's BS that you guys don't take 50 or 100 anymore and and don't tell people and they call in an order

Ordered 4 pizzas and we were highly dissapointed. All of the toppings were lumped in the middle. This gave us a very large crust ring. Also there were several bubbles which gave us many slices with hardly any toppings at all. Since all of the toppings were lumped in the middle this made it so that the pizzas didn't cook all the way through. We had raw dough and even cheese that didn't melt all the way. It was the same story with our cheese bread, all the toppings in the middle and nothing towards the edges causing an undercooked middle. No one seemed to care about quality the night we ordered. To add insult to injury, our pizzas were Luke warm at best. The next morning my wife and I went in to speak with a manager. We spoke with a young woman who identified her self as the general manager. We were informed that she has been having problems with the night manager/crew and that they were in the process of making changes because of all the complaints related to that shift. She asked for our address so she could mail out gift certificates to cover the cost of our bad experience, she also asked for our phone number so the franchisee could contact us. I never received a phone call and a few weeks later we have received no gift certificate. As a whole I like Domino's pizza and have had good experiences. I was excited to see one return to Burley, but am afraid that I will not be returning my business to this location and would not recommend anyone to waste their money on this locations inferior product and service. read more
