Hadn't been to a Domino's in a long time and decided to give it a try. Over the years we've decided we like thicker puffier pizza crust and so we ordered the Pan Pizza. It only comes in medium (8 slices). We were pretty happy with it. Definitely nice and thick and the crust was a little crunchy around the edges but soft and cooked through with decent amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. Easy to order on the app and there were a lot of coupons. Once you order you get a tracker showing exactly the steps your order is going through and what time it'll be ready. I arrived for pickup a few minutes early so I could pay. Tracker was accurate to the exact minute! There was a lot of staff working and they were busy but friendly. read more

I love Domino's pizza but not this specific one. We ordered some pizza and stuffed breadsticks with some soda. The breadsticks were raw in the middle, like uncooked dough and unmelted cheese raw, and the pizzas were cold. Worst of all was the delivery driver. My husband had a cash tip for her instead of putting it on the card so he was thrown when she arrived and stated "I live off those big tips!". She didn't even say hello or how are you first...she just led with a tip request. My husband didn't know how to respond at all to her rudeness, he took the food then gave her the cash tip. Dominos doesn't monitor it's Yelp page obviously because they still have the old/incorrect address listed. But anyway, this is review is for service-June 2021. If I could rate .5 I would. Ordered a pizza online with a 35 minute delivery time, 1 hour and 10 minutes later, no pizza. I called the store after a 5 minute hold, I said "I would like to cancel my order" the employee just asked for my address and said "ok". Didn't ask why, didn't indicate there was a reason for the delay. I 'm thinking they never even made the pizza. This location just needs a complete overhaul. Save yourself the headache and order from another pizza place in the area. This place is a disaster. read more

The pizza here was horrible. If I could I would rate it a zero. When I went back to complain to the manager, and even took the pizza to him, he told me unfortunately he could not do anything that I would have to contact corporate for a refund. I contacted corporate in May of 2021 and it is August of 2021, they have had plenty of opportunities to respond to me. All they do is send coupons, received so many of them that I had to unsubscribed to their emails. Never received a refund or an apology. Spent 40 minutes waiting for them to fix the order they messed up and they gave us chicken alfredo with NO sauce. I've been waiting for this food all day and it's a 25 minute drive to the store. New update: I've ordered three times in the last month. The first time, at 9pm, it took TWO HOURS (with their 30 minute time frame) to get to us. The second time, after our 30-40 minute wait we went to pick up and they said they hadn't even started it yet and it'll be another 30-40 minutes so they cancelled our order. Third time, today, we were given a 20-30 minute time frame, an hour and 15 minutes later the order shows up, also an hour AFTER the tracker said it was out of the oven. I placed an order for two medium pizzas, bread twists with marinara sauce and 3 cups of garlic dipping sauce at 5:53 pm on Tuesday. At 7:44 (almost 2 hours later) my two pizzas and bread twists showed up. No garlic cups and no marinara sauce. One of the pizzas had a nice long hair mixed in with the toppings. When I went online to file an issue with my order, I was offered a 20% off on one item for a future order. No refund for my missing items, nothing. First off, I love Domino's Pizza. Tonight, made me never want to order from this store again. Ordered two pizzas at 7:07pm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 9:30 to call. The girl told me that she just remade my pizzas and they were next to be delivered. Finally at 10:30 (after I ordered another from Papa Johns), I called them back. I was told by a guy, that they had 3 people there, one walked out and they had no delivery driver. I told him to cancel my order, and he said "yep" and hung up on me. I've never left a bad review for anyone, but... We ordered a meal from the Belton's Domino's at 8:00pm. At 8:30 received a text it was en route. They're literally about a 5 minute zip from here. At 10:00 the driver appeared, shoved a parcel at me. I said I wasn't accepting food that had been riding around in his car for an hour and a half on a hot night. He responded by squishing the parcel and flipping it around, saying in a jokey way, "Well it still feels kinda warm." Going to try to get our money back but we've just read so many reviews stating Domino's is a terrible business and don't hope for any positive response from them, write it off. Terrible, they deserve to go out of business. I even read a review, before adding ours, from a person who said their pizza arrived an hour late, cold *and* with two pieces MISSING from the pie. Seriously? It isn't just us, Domino's previous unfortunate customers are all pretty disgusted with them and won't ever think of trying to be a customer there again. Lesson learned, read the customer reviews first, then order from someone else. Buyer beware. Yelp needs to add the option to leave negative ratings, there was nothing worth even the lowest positive review for this experience. I buy approximately 10 pizzas a week from this location with very little issues but after today I will never order pizza from this dominos again. I placed an order on my dominos app and chose a specific time slot for carry out, went into pick up the pizza and the manager says the order came through but wasn't paid for so I showed him my order and payment showed on my credit card. He typed my order back in and told me to pay again to place my order and customer service would refund my money. Long story short, showed up at 1:35 to pick up my pizza, argued for 15 minutes, never received my pizza, go home and check my credit card account and I have a $60 charge. The manager tells me to call customer service for a refund but doesn't have their number. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute my charge and they lost one of their best customers and promoters. read more

I've had pizza here twice in the last month. Once at a church function and another time with a gift card my wife was given. I don't think I would have given these guys a chance if it hadn't been for those two circumstances. I am so glad that I got the opportunity to eat pizza here. Literally the worst service. Ordered tonight and it took 2 hours to get my pizza delivered. Yes, they gave it to me for free but supposedly the transaction was voided (mistake on their end) and they never called to let me know that. The delivery driver was nice but clueless and I had to call him twice to give him directions to my house which is in an easily accessible neighborhood. Here's the thing, I ordered take out from them about a month and a half ago. When I arrived at the said time, 20 minutes after placing my order, they still had me wait in their foyer for 45 mins! My daughter and I each placed an order to be picked up on our way home. The pizzas had very few toppings, especially since they were the specialty multi-topping pizzas. There was literally two pieces of mushroom on the entire pizza and they didn't follow the order of no onions on one side and no mushrooms on the other. We "rediscovered" Domino's about a month ago. Wow! We order once a week now, sometimes online and sometimes in the store. Online ordering is fast, and more importantly...easy! We choose carry-out since we live so close. Every time I have been in the Belton store, the staff has been in a great mood. They even try to help by finding discounts I may have missed when ordering online. They are now our "go to" pizza choice. They even have gluten free crust and my husband loves it! (even better than the gourmet pizza place one town over). I order their thin crust pizza (which does not taste like it's on a saltine cracker crust like another big chain's thin crust). If you rare anywhere near Belton, MO, the pizza and staff are great. read more

Horrible Pizza and even worse management. Used to order from them just to mix it up from the regulars I would get pizza from. Pizza was always really greasy. So I order from them and got sick like everyone else that eat the pizza that day. I call them up to find out if maybe the delivery guy had flu or something. I ordered from this Domino's before and been very satisfied, but this time was absolutely fantastic. My order arrived very quickly and when I opened the box was the best looking pizza I had seen in years. I had ordered it with extra sauce and other chains usually forget but Domino's remembered not only that but they had cooked the pizza to the perfect perfection someone only really can count on from themselves. We called the Belton MO store to order carry out. They said it would be 20 minutes. When we got there, the lady said she was too busy to even start our order and it would be at least 30 more minutes as she also has to answer the phones and will get fired if she doesn't answer the phone. The store was filthy. We watched her make pizza with her bare hands and then wipe work areas with a dirty cloth. She also answered the phone and took customers money and never washed her hands or put on gloves. She wiped her dirty hands on her clothes so her shirt was full of pizza sauce and cheese. The register keyboard was full of Parmesan cheese. When she answered the phone she said "I don't have alot of time to take your order" and "the people here are angry because I don't have time to start their pizza" and my boss doesn't care....It was all very disgusting and I wonder how that place could ever pass an health inspection.
