Nightmare! Simply they have no clue of their own operating procedures or how to communicate to customers. They use DoorDash which is extremely unreliable and they don't have any idea how it works. Ordered 10 pizzas for a kids party at 3:30pm to be delivered at 7:00pm. Spent 20 minutes trying to help this employee input the order which was literally 5 cheese and 5 pepperoni pizza! She then repeated order back and charged my card. All good? Well 7:00pm no delivery 7:15 we called they said we don't know because DoorDash didn't pick up! WTF. We had to go get the order that w sitting for over 30 mins. I understand life and interruptions but the lack of communication and simply care is beyond my ability to be understanding. Finally we got the pizza cold, and then realized the charged our card 3x for the order. Nightmare fuel. I'll never have that happen again simply because they won't get that opportunity to serve my family or likely the other 25 families that were disappointed. read more

A few things you would want to consider before ordering anything from Pizza Hut. One is I used to work there so I am aware and all this information is correct one of our managers were doing the dough for the pizzas and she proceeded to let all of the dough fall on the nasty floor and proceeded to pick it back up and put it in the walk in for it to be ready to serve for the customers. And before you think about working here don't they underpay you! And terrible management!! Also a couple more things I know Pizza Hut is known for their wings well those sauces we put all over ur wings the containers they sit in are never getting cleaned. And also the workers don't wash their hands before they put the toppings on your pizza I've witnessed it multiple multiple times working there. read more

We order from the Belton Pizza Hut frequently due to its quality and location. Today, we ordered the large 3 topping pizza special and it did not disappoint! It was ready right on time, even a little early, and was perfectly made. The young woman working the counter graciously offered to carry my pizza to my car, after noticing that I use a walking stick. I ordered a pizza and they delivered the wrong pizza, it was just plain cheese. when I called the restaurant the manager could care less. he told me after me pressing for a resolution that he'd credit me back the $22 (yes $22 for 1 pizza). he lied. that has never happened. so they took my money for a pizza I never got! read more

Ok so it's fast food pizza I get it, but I have to admit it's damn good delivery pizza! I order the pan and add my own toppings, pineapple and veggies are my favs. It's always hot and delicious every single time I order! I placed an order online Thursday evening at 430 for delivery at 530. My order was not delivered on time but was only off about ten minutes. When my order arrived the driver had everything but my wings, which is the entire reason i placed and order with you all because im 24 weeks pregnant and was craving your wings. SO the driver said he would go back and get them, then bring them back. 30 minutes later now 6 o'clock and the rest of my food beyond cold. I call your call center who advises they can place another order for me and there is now an hour and a half? Which at this point i have already waited. So i tell them that is unacceptable i did my part placed my order, made sure it was clear, set up expected time of receipt and paid for the order as a whole. Then i already waited an hour and was lied to by your driver. I then requested a supervisor who offered to again place the order at the wait of almost two hours now. I was offered a refund on the wings only or a ten dollars off on my next visit. I again spoke to a manger this time and went through the same thing. I requested a full refund on my order because the order was not delivered in full and at this point was cold. I was denied a refund for services not rendered and was told I had no other options when I requested again someone else I was placed on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. Still didn't get my order, didn't eat the food and have not received a refund. read more

Okay, here's the thing. I'm a defender of Pizza Hut. Though not my top choice, not as bad as what others might say. This location, however, has been a pain for me and I keep going back because there's not another decent pizza place as close to me. I used to order their pan pizza. Then, it got to the point where it was so greasy that I ended up buying hand tossed. Then, eventually I started getting oddly shaped pizza that never ended up being worth the price. However, I never complained because I was raised by the idea that food is food and not to be wasted. Today was just the last straw for me. I do not eat meat and cannot eat meat. I ordered a thin and crispy cheese pizza tonight and as I was eating my slice, started feeling like something tasted kind of strange. On the next bite, I caught a chunk of something which I pulled out of my mouth. Sure enough it was pepperoni. Not only had I eaten a bite before, but I found more. So, needless to say, I'm not feeling very well and I'm wondering if I should be making a bigger deal out of this than I am. I wish more restaurants would realize that some people do not eat a vegetarian diet just by choice but because of necessity. Vegetarians, watch out for this place. read more
