When he acknowledged his error, he said there was no way to refund me(which in and of itself is weird) --but that I would be allowed to use the credit at a later time--as my name would be put in a 'book' with the amount to credit. I went to use the credit--there were additional restrictions that he never told me about (time restrictions, as it has been a bit over 6 months) and the manager and the owner refused to honor the overcharge. I guess they need to make money any way they can, but they are not getting my money any more. Whatever happened to integrity? Sigh.

We had the salad again for some green, and they tossed it as i asked but the vinaigrette had no flavor. The biggest problem though was that a loud rock band was playing and they weren't that good. Like being at a concert because you couldn't talk, but didn't want to focus on the music. We've enjoyed the music here in the past. Always good service but if you're hungry order your pizza as soon as you sit down because it takes a looong time to arrive. Also if you're going when it's under 60 degrees dress REALLY warmly. They have added some overhead heaters which helps.

Well I'm happy to say that it was great! My husband and I shared a Brooklyn Supreme pizza and we were both pleasantly surprised. There were plenty of toppings, the pizza and slices were big, and everything tasted great. It wasn't cheap but nothing is now and good pizza is hard to find. They told us it would take about 20 min to cook (we just walked in rather than calling ahead) and it was done in about 10 min. The outside seating area leaves something to be desired.. it could be a great spot during the sunny months. Overall I think we will eat there again.

In my case, the restaurant didn't answer the phone so my order wasn't ready. Call in your order yourself. The restaurant explained the mess up and quickly got my order ready. The arroz con pollo was dry. It's my go-to meal. No sauce or cheese. Just dry rice, veggies, and the chicken. My GF's shrimp fajita was ok, she said, but not very flavorful. The third order was pork carne. My step-son said his mom's was better. We ordered corn tortillas but got flour. The order did come with some chips and salsa, which was nice. I'd try the restaurant again, but would go for something new. The restaurant itself is large and clean, and the staff very friendly. Ample parking in front. There's even an EV charging station. El Sombrero down the street is better.
