They have a variety of salads to choose from and each can be customized while they assemble your order in a stainless steel bowl. I've been here so many times over the years and the customer service is always excellent. They listen to requests and advise on extra costs if any. My regular go to is the Athena with beets but the Crazy Ivan and MAD Caesar and Ty Cobb salads are also delicious! Go...see...order...eat...and enjoy.
