The pizza tracker is inaccurate and does not work. When checking for the status of the pizza, and you go inside to pick up, the employee say that the pizza is still not ready and that the tracker is not working properly. It's been like this for a while now and still not working correctly. Dominos needs to stop misleading customers with false information read more

This is the corporate office address for Dominos. I ordered a pizza on line like I have many times before. I do not have an account adn do not want one but for some reason, despite the fact I'm very careful when I order online - they decided I do want an account and made one for me on their own. Now I get spammed every day by Dominos. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone. They do not have a "customer service" email. So I emailed upper management and got a response back from someone at a "no-reply" email telling me to reply back with a screenshot of the spam I'm getting. To a "no reply" email. They said to go to the link at the bottom and reply to that. That takes you to a text box on their website that literally has zero to do with the guy emailing me. You cannot link a screenshot. they know this and told me to do this literally knowing it's impossible, I assume to get rid of me? For the life of me, I will never understand when a company lies and purposely treats a customer like a scumbag. I want the spam to stop. I will never use your company ever again. It takes 20 seconds to remove information from your database but these scammers would rather lie and cheat. Why? I'm never going to use them again. I am going to keep complaining to upper management over and over until it's fixed. Why not fix it and be done with me? Nope, funner for them to mess with customers. Avoid this company, folks. There are tons of great pizza places out there that do not try to scam people like these shysters. read more

Domino's Pizza - Tells me to reply to his "no reply" email to a link to a text box on their site that has nothing to do with the guy responding. AVOID - Pizza Near Me - Ann Arbor, Michigan

Similar to Marcos l, from Houston, TX ... the online ordering system is all managed by domino's corporate. Any actual store is unable to manipulate the when ready schedule or any of the digital ordering features. Domino's thinks they do not need to participate with any customer human interaction on their part. In addition, if an issue needs addressed you can write a letter to their address in Ann Arbor Michigan or call their automated phone line that directs you to log into your account and send an inquiry through their system. They will reply back to you with an email that has an email address such as the following. noreply@dominoscustomercare.com. At the bottom of the email there is a link that says, "To Reply to this email please click here". It gives you the option to call the store you ordered from or fill out the email form to respond back to their response from the previous email form you filled out. It says, "If you would prefer to fill out our email form, click here". With that, you have no way to have a smooth and efficient dialog with them. The customer has to log back into their account and fill out the entire email form again with all your information, name, address, phone number, email, account number and reason for writing with the response. After our last unhelpful corporate experience that the store could not help with, we made the decision to close our account with points for free stuff still valid. Free Stuff, Domino's can take their free stuff and stuff it where the sun don't shine!! There are plenty of great pizza places around that would like both our personal business and our monthly catering orders. Let me say that the local store we work with have some great people working there that do a great job. One of the telling bits of information they've shared with us is that there is a communication disconnect between corporate and the stores. They hear feedback from customers often which echo similarities to what I've written here. It's pathetic. Live in Dayton Ohio area, originally from Brighton Michigan. Things have slowly gone downhill with dominos customer service over the years. read more

This is my favorite place of all time to eat! They get it right every time and the employees are absolutely amazing.

I ordered a pizza to be picked up from a restaurant here in California and when I get it home it literally has a piece of cardboard melted under the cheese! I called the local place and nothing. I complained to corporate and I've received numerous emails with case numbers and no answer or help. They keep saying the master franchise owner will contact me. No one has contacted me for almost two weeks. Corporate will not help you. They don't care. Now I'm going to get a lawyer to sue them since this ink on the cardboard was baked into the pizza that we ate other slices. I tried to resolve this. read more

Negligent. Dominos has a website where customers create accounts, put in personal information and place orders, however, there is no technical support in place for things that go wrong or do not work properly. Their customer support is operating at a level far below the competition in that there is only a BOT in place, not a real person to help in times of need. Just order pizza from a competitor. It will taste better and be less of a hassle. Heck, just compare the website ordering processes. Dominos takes a long time and it should be able to place orders within seconds. Catch up Dominos!! It is 2024, not 1974!!! It is pure negligence that you do not have both customer service support AND technical support. read more

The 2 minute "guarantee" is a bold faced lie. My local Domino's missed the 2 minute mark. I waited another few minutes then tried again with the text notification of my arrival. Still nothing. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I go inside of my location, only to be told they hadn't even started my order! Not only that, no one bothered to come out or call to notify me they were behind. They just let me sit outside and waited to start my order until I came in to complain. Stuff happens, great. But to not even bother to start my order or notify me in any way is plain and simply unacceptable. I never received the alleged free pizza for them missing the guarantee. Filling out the customer service form gave me a case number with no reply ever (since 2 months ago). Their customer service phone number just tells you to use the form or email address. The email address provided is invalid. They are liars and have ZERO customer service as opposed to crap customer service. Order from them at your own risk! read more

Well this is just one of many posts I will put for domino's I am absolutely angry this was rediculious I did everything but drive down to the store to help get my pizza I called the driver to help I walked to end of road then to the main road to help even more due to I had a super hungry family of 5 waiting to get feed and I get told by the driver ehhhh oh well can't find your house and that sucks for me then I try calling store and had to wait forever and then as I'm on the phone with him the driver Ryan with the absolute rudest and most horrendous attitude tells me he is gunna black list me and how much he is enjoying my pizza for me and how good it is read more

See all

Such cold and non-caring response when they were 1/2 hr late and the order had not left yet!! Canceled the order and 10 people lost an hour of time. read more

HQS of Domino's - do ya'll know how hard it is for new employees to learn what to put on the pizzas, and how DISRUPTING it is for all the other employees when the newbies constantly blow away the make line screen by hitting "F3" to learn what to put on the pizzas. The "blank walls" policy ya'll instituted - thus disallowing the HELPFUL huge poster of foods plus ingredients - is just stupid. And hypocritical, since ya'll allow maps of the roads, but not "maps" of the foods. This adds UNDUE stress to manager's and make line staffer's work lives, and DOWNGRADES service unacceptably. Get your stuff together, guys. Oh, and your IT folks put out a change to the payment processing system that blows up everytime a worker puts in a gift card for partial payment. Again, get your stuff together, guys. Service is degraded by these corporate screw-ups. Signed, not a worker ... an outside observer. read more

My roommate insisted ordering from Domino's because it had been so long. I prefer Papa John's. Even tho our local Domino's did screw up our order, they have issued us a credit. I just HATE the cornmeal on the bottom of the crust, it's like eating sand. I have told my local Domino's that I DON'T want pizzas so they said I could use my credit for other menu items. read more

Pan pizza is addicting. Along with parm bites, a must for "snacks" on the way home.

THEY ADDED MORE $$$TO MY BILL AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT ON LINE!!! Don't they laws for things like this...smh PART 1 I ordered a pizza for my Nephew ( A MINOR ) yesterday 12/12/2013 total charge $14.95 via on line. When I checked my account the next day 12/13/2013 the charge was for a different amount ( $16.94 )and for a different date( 12/13/2013). I didn't order a pizza today!!! I was in Brooklyn and ordered the pizza for my nephew in NJ. I call & spoke with the asst manager who stated he wasn't sure what happened. I advised him to have someone call me back on this issue ASAP!!! I have a major problem when I'm ordering something and someone goes in and change the amount of the charge along with date. They have LAWS for things like that!!! I told him I needed answers now. I will never order from dominos pizza again. I will spread the word that dominos have thieves stealing $$$ when you use your credit card. Yelp is a Great thing!!! PART 2 I spoke with the local supervisor Bill, let's just call him "DICK". Now I get it, The Local supervisor is RUDE, the delivery guy is a thief and Domino has failed a long time customer. "DICK" wanted to talk talk talk instead of listening to the CUSTOMER concern.. He tried to justified the incident & then told me " I should have read the small print" (on the website). He offered nothing but irritation and DISRESPECT. I hung up on him because I didn't appreciate being screamed at over the phone as if I did something wrong. He called back 3 times and finally decided to leave a message asking for my credit card number. I would advise "DICK" not to call this number again. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM THAT DISRESPECTFUL "DICK"!!! I placed the order on line and it was altered by their staff. No matter how you slice it domino is in the wrong. I will notify my bank in regards to this matter (a minor signed not me). This has been the worse experience ever. I will let it be known what type of service domino offer "TERRIBLE"!! Part 3 Waiting for a call back from someone other than the "DICK", to get my $$$ back that they added on.. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING.. EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING IT AWAY FOR FREE....You"ll probably get an I-O-U in the mail. 1/10/2014 The End I never got a call back from "DICK", which makes sense.. smh lol .. I did speak with corporate again & THEY as in Corporate sent my my full refund. Finally. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION Of DOMINOS. Apparently there's a " DICK" ( Bill ) running it & he SUCKS!!! read more

I love Domino's Pizza. I love the cheese pizza a lot. Domino's Pizza is the best place to get pizza. I would order pizza from here than another pizza place. I only give it for stars and not five stars is because they need to open more locations in San Francisco, CA. read more

IF I COULD POST A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD!!! This is a general concern regarding their very slick and tricky marketing ploy of "Delivery Insurance" to provide Domino's Pizza organization with a new revenue stream. I had already considered their "Carryout Insurance" to be ridiculously asinine. But I figured, what the heck if customers wanted to pay for something so BOGUS then so be it. But I draw the line with their new marketing shenanigans. Why should a CUSTOMER pay for a mistake that this organization has made at any time? As a matter of principle and policy, THEY should be responsible for ANY and ALL mistakes made by their establishment and remedy the situation without such insurance. This is one of the most idiotic marketing campaigns that I have ever heard of. SHAME ON THEM for preying on those customers that are not as astute as I am in recognizing their marketing schemes for what they truly are, a marketing RUSE!!! read more

Domino's is very poor at resolving service issues with its customers. I placed an order on a Monday for a Knights of Columbus meeting being held on Thursday. I paid for the order in advance. I also included a generous tip for the delivery person. Delivery was to take place by 8 PM and the driver did not show up until just past 8:30 PM. Most of the meeting participants had left. First words out of the driver's mouth was who was going to tip him! The personnel at the Domino's store were very rude, but did offer a $60.00 discount. When the employee tried to post the credit, he lost the entire transaction in the system. Now he wants my credit card. I was attending a conference in another city and refused to give him my card over the phone based on his language and crappy attitude. I told him I had ordered before at his location and would gladly come in the next day to settle up after I return from my meeting. That was not good enough so the store employee calls the Police and sends them over to disturb the Church Pastor. My daughter goes over to the church, apologizes to the Priest (who had nothing to do with this) then returns to the domino's store with the Police officer to pay the bill. After much complaining to Domino's Corporate (their CEO would not to speak to me - his customer. Do not know what he is afraid of. He is obviously a very poor leader), one of the Corporate underlings reached out to me and told me a store credit would be made. I later spoke to the Store Franchise Owner direct, who promised said credit. This has been going on since August 16th and has not been resolved. Domino's Management has failed to respond to additional contacts from me since August 16th. They just do not care how they treat their customers. The city of Ann Arbor should be embarrassed to have a Company headquartered in their city with this type of Attitude towards those they serve. I will do everything I can to persuade the my Brother Councils to think twice before they consider doing business with Domino's. Shame on Domino's for their business practices and the lousy uncaring attitude of their CEO Richard Allison. He is a poor leader. read more
