Great pizza and service! We always choose this location for the best pizza around! They recognize us when we come in; highly recommend!

money stealers... literally placed my order online just for jets pizza to take my money from my cash app and not give me my food. manager called her GM and they refunded the money said it'll be back on my card 5-7 business days after they already took the money and left me with $10 to feed myself & three other people. read more

Recently picked up a small thin chicken pizza from Jet's. Honestly it was worst than a store purchased frozen boxed pizza. Super thin and lacking cheese, sauce and flavor. Such a waste of money. read more

This is my husband's favorite pizza. My kids love it too. It does taste really good. Usually the service is really fast. The staff is very nice. It is a great place to get pizza. We do pick up and the store is always very clean. read more

I have always had luck with this place. They make my order as ordered. Standard jets menu. Standard promotions. Sometimes it's easy to get confused with the promotions, but not a big deal. read more

Jet's Pizza - This is what I received - Pizza Near Me - Canton, Michigan

Despite negative experiences at previous locations, this Jets has been very positive. Their prices are somewhat higher than fast-food pizza places like Little Caesars or Hungry Howie's, but the food has never disappointed. As the closest pizza place to where I live, it is generally the go-to place when I'm too hungry and impatient to go elsewhere. The only real annoyance is that the lobby is really small, so if you place an order or arrive too early on a call-in, there are 5 seats and a narrow aisle way. And, their estimated times are never even close to your actual wait. read more

Not too much to call out here. I think this is one of the better chain pizza places in the area that serves "Detroit style pizza". I've just had a couple customer service issues here. Most recently, I ordered pizza and breadsticks. They quoted me 15 minutes, so I went over there after 20. They said the order would be up soon so I paid. After 10 minutes, several other customers had been helped. I asked about my pizza and they said it would be up any minute. The girl helping me asked the people making pizzas about my order. She looked in their "heating locker" and low and behold, there was my order- sitting there since I had walked in. The girl didn't even bother to apologize for her error. I was in a rush to get home, I didn't bother to give her a piece of my mind. Well here it is. Perhaps I'll go to the one on cherry hill next time. Step up your game Palmer! read more

Great pizza. Probably the best sauce around. I love it. Pizza=Great. Subs=Good. Deserts ok.

The current manager is immature and rude, he really brings down this location. The food is fine it's middle of the road for jets, the problem is long waits, cold food, and a lot of wrong orders. Hopefully management changes soon and this location can get make to being one of the better ones. read more

Horrible. The manager tried to overcharge me twice. One large pizza with pepperoni was $23.00 Ummm I don't think so pal Then he gives me two pizzas with no sauce And no pepperoni. Is this guy on drugs? I won't be back read more

These peeps make a fine pizza, so yummy that I want to bring them a present for X-mas - a pizza cutter. Sometimes they miss a few slices and when you pull a slice apart, your hand gets 3rd-degree burns......but God damn does it taste good!!! I'll take their pepperoni pizza dipped in their Guernsey's ranch any day over 2 days of burning sauce scars. I'll gladly spend an extra $5 on their yummy ZA, if for slices that don't scold me in the hand. Also, their Chicken BBQ Za is really yummy. Quality ingredients and nice employees too. Just bunzy cutting equipment. I endorse this place 100% - sharpen them cutters though read more

The pizza is always super yummy! The staff is so nice all the time. The store is very clean. My food is always ready to go in the time frame I was given. 10/10 would recommend. ALSO THEY REOPENED APRIL 15th 2020. Make sure to order!!! read more

I wasn't expecting much from a pizza chain... I was pleasantly surprised. Pretty good thin crust pizza, but the sauce needs a little spice. The toppings were perfectly distributed, and my pizza was cooked until the cheese was browned. The service was quick and friendly from start to finish. The location was clean. Good food, quick, polite, and clean. Score on those and it's always a win. read more

Current manager is unbelievable. Will not order again. It's a shame because always enjoyed the location.

I thought they would honor the large deep dish for $9.99.. but they charged $13. The pizza was pretty good, crust is nice and crunchy and soft bread. Toppings were good. The triple cheese bread was good, I used ranch as a side. Chicken wings were good with the ranch dressing as well. We ordered for pick up. Everything was still hot when we ate which was nice. read more

They sent 2 pizza's out with no sauce. Jets error on their part. The delivery took 45 minutes. Instead of making it right immediately they low ball a $10 credit for a future order. After back and forth they demand that 60% of the order be returned that they sent, fine no issue with that, however, they make us wait another 45-1hr for the correct pizzas that we ordered. My kids thoroughly enjoyed waiting 2hrs for food. The store manager was not helpful, had plenty of excuses, and failed to understand the concept of what accountability or customer service means. read more

This is my favorite pizza place and I always get what I ordered! The staff is friendly and its warm inside. This place deserves better reviews! I always tip whenever i have cash. Any time I get pizza its from this specific Jets. The cheese to sauce ratio on the deep dish is baller and i couldn't ask for a better 'za! I'm lactose intolerant but this makes it worth the pain. read more

This is the second time this happens with their delivery drivers. Careless and wreck-less drivers! They are next door to a child care center. Should not be flying through the parking lot. I'm reversing to park my car and he's flying right in between. Like what's the rush and I had literally just put my car into gear. read more

The service is good. Pizzas are tasty, specially the deep dish chicken bbq, one of the best we've eaten. Delivery is fair on timing and very professional. read more

So.......last weekend I had to have them remake my salad twice. Myself and another customer heard the employees saying several expletives while referring to the beets and what they were going to do with them, I just wanted them on the side. Today I decided to give them another try....felt the bag to ensure I had 2 Greek dressings, 2 ranch and beets on the side only to discover 1 Greek and 3 beets for a medium salad. I mentioned the amount of beets and she said 3 is all a medium salad gets. They bring the other Greek dressing and I said are you sure thats not italian...and it was. They told me my next salad was on them last time then charged me for it so I had to re rang up again........Finally get home with my ham and pineapple pizza thats under cooked.....anyone thats worked at a pizza place knows a pizza with pineapple needs to be cooked a tad longer.....and no turbo crust that I asked for on all my pizzas. I think this place has lost our business. Oh and the pizza was barely cut. btw I've worked at both little Ceasars and jets and im not trying to be difficult but this place needs management or new staff. ‍ read more

This location is easy to access. Plenty of parking and easy in and easy out. The staff is always kind and professional. The pizza has a great flavor and is hot and fresh when picked up. Delivery area seems to change from time to time. Delivery time can be quick or delayed which impacts the pizza temperature. When on time the pizza is hot and tasty. read more

Great pizzas. Probably the best Jets I've ever had. Many house guests agree. Unfortunately, the service is consistently poor and at times downright rude. read more

Ordered carryout here yesterday, just a small square pizza and a small Jet Bread. Definitely good quality, and if you mention any coupons, they'll just take them off for you on the total. My small square (6 good sized pieces) and 10 piece Jet Bread was about $11 and change... a very good meal for 2, or since I was eating solo, 2 nice sized individual meals. Definitely a good chain, and nice friendly service. Carry out and delivery only, no tables, but when it's literally a stone's throw away, you go and expect the same product every time and you get it. read more

Great place to go for a delicious meal! The pizza is great! It's always made to perfection and the staff is friendly! They usually have coupons or specials going on too, nice added bonus! read more

The worst pizza I've ever had. So unsanitary! I've personally seen employees making pizza without gloves on! This is a disgrace to Jet's! The food I received was so cold, and a few times they have gotten my order wrong. I will never eat at this establishment ever again. read more

Jet's Pizza - Order Station - Pizza Near Me - Canton, Michigan

I've lived in the area for almost ten years, order from Jets at least once every two weeks and have never had an issue. The pizza is always hot, the staff always polite and have never had anything "weird" happen (ie bug or hair in food). The wings are substantial in size, unlike other places with shriveled, sad wings. Honestly, my only complaint is that sometimes, the pizza is SO hot, that the cheese can slide off... but not so much a gripe as a shoutout to the freshness of the pizza. Whoever manages this location needs to keep up the good work! Customers for life... or at least until the over-accumulation of pizza in the blood causes heart trauma! read more

Flawlessly consistent, quick and delicious. Staff has always been polite and helpful, the store is always clean, they always answer when I call, and there's always a parking spot. Excellent stuff always from the Jet's on Palmer. read more

Stay away from this Jets Pizza store. My brother in law ordered dinner last Weds and Jets cleaned out his bank account and overdrafted it. As of today, Monday 5 days later he still doesnt have his money back. Jets giggled and apologized again for stealing all his money. DONT USE YOUR BANK CARD HERE!!! I call bullshit. If you can debit YOU CAN CREDIT!! read more

Out of town visitors BEWARE! I ordered from this joint. The phone operator asked my phone number, he didn't know the hotel. The hotel that they delivered flyers too. I made my order, gave my card. I also gave them my room number. An hour and a half later AFTER I was told 30 min. I called. I am here with a child that is Hungary. It was 8:30 when I called back. They gave me to a manager who said they didn't have my phone number or room number after I gave it to them multiple times and had to get on my phone and tell the person who answered where the hotel was. The manager said he was sorry and he would get my order started. I reminded him that I had a child and it now past her bedtime. He said he would throw in some bread sticks. WHOO HOO. He asked if he could have my card number agin to give me some money off. I asked why not just void the charge. He said he didn't have authority. So he expected me to have yet ANOTHER charge on my card on top of the existing one still with no food and have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. Sure, we are all made of extra money and want to pay twice for something we have never received. Wow! Great customer service! read more

Worst pizza ever there was mold on the bread no one in the back of gloves on it was dust in a corner pizza was disgusting cheese taste old

So my brother order pizza before the weekend. Got the pizza, but the store charges his card over 20 times, or over $800 dollars. Called the store, got the "we need a couple of days to investigate". Still waiting for reply as of this post. Probably going to have to call the police. So very sad that $800 worth of charges to customer is not call for any alarm on their parts. Unbelievable. Really? read more
