I usually place my order online, they have taken good care with no complaints. First time at this location, courteous service and perfectly done! I have been a customer of Dominos Pizza at Canton, MA. On 6/14/2024, I went to pick up parmesan rolls at 615pm. The person takin g care of orders asked my name. I said that my name is Rama. There was another order for a person called Rama Charan. Dominos person showed impatience in my presence and said that having same is name ridiculous. How many people will have the same name was what he was saying. I felt it disrespectful;. I wanted to talk to the store manager. Manager was defending that using ridiculous makes sense for him. There was no sense of sorry for being rude in the manager. It is frustrating to see such a blind defense. If name is causing confusion, they could have asked my full name. I know the staff are good in the work. However, having poor interaction, being rude and angry does not help the store. Please be respectful. read more

Went to write a review and found that I had already done so TEN years ago - yikes! Anyway, we've been getting pizza from a different place a tad closer to our house for at least 5 years now, but recently I ordered from Domino's because we were nearby. Consistently a good experience, so we've been sticking with them We do carryout, and the employees are always friendly. The pan pizza is very good - cheese all the way to the edges and crispy crust - but my kids are also partial to the Brooklyn style. We've also gotten the stuffed cheese bread, and it was yummy - garlicky, buttery and cheesy. I love that they have good deals for carryout orders and offer rewards that eventually yield a free pizza. read more

Order was easy. Took them forever to prepare order. Delivery was fast. I had to wait over an hour for order. Still tasted good!

Pizza night and we tried Dominos once again and yet again, they didn't fail. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a small order of the bread sticks for pick-up. First pizza was for the kids, a "CHeese" only pizza which they absolutely loved. I tried a piece and think Dominos has one of the best tasting cheese pizzas... 2nd pie was for the wife and I and we had it topped with Shrooms, Roni, Onions and Banana Peppers. We absolutely loved it, Dominos have definately changed for the beeter in my honest opinion... The bread sticks were fresh, hot and tasty. Matter of fact, the pizza still had steam coming off it when I got home, which was surprising... All in all, I paid $20 and some change and it was well worth it... read more

My pizza is always good. However, I usually pick up my pizza, rather than have it delivered. Saves me time, and I don't have to pay a tip - HOWEVER, when I go to this location, and use my debit card, I'm ALWAYS asked if I will acknowledge leaving a tip. Am I too old school for this? Isn't the purpose of picking up my pizza, to avoid additional charges/tip? Stop telling your employees to enforce this. Is obnoxious as heck, and incredibly annoying. read more

When I'm too lazy to go to a local joint, Domino's Pizza has become my new go to. Being only 5 minutes from me is also helpful. I will say I had an issue my most recent visit. The guy quoted me 20-25 minutes, so I came after 30 minutes. I was pretty disappointed when he told me it would be another 10-15 minutes before it would be ready. They offered me a 2 liter for my wait, which didn't make it better. I made a complaint to the manager, and he was pretty quick to get my issue resolved. That aside, the food has actually gotten better from the back in the day when you'd have huge bubbles in their crust. Haven't tried much outside of the pizza and breadsticks, but in time I'm sure I'll check it out. read more

Unethical. I was late to get home and my child ordered a large cheese pizza. Just cheese, they took advantage of the kid and charged $17 for the one pizza including $4 delivery and to make things worse the delivery guy took all the money I left with my son totaling $25 dollars for one cheese pizza that's the size of a small at some places. Ordered delivery over the weekend, and went the non-traditional route. No Pizza. I ordered: Chicken Alfredo - Bland, and a surprisingly small portion size. It wasn't bad, just not good either. Penne Pasta? What's that about? Chicken, bacon, ranch oven baked sandwich - I've had much better sandwiches elsewhere. I felt like it was made up of leftover pizza toppings. Stuffed Cheesy Bread - Decadent and Delicious! These made the rest of the food (almost) worth it. Domino's definitely has the market cornered on the cheesy bread! Easily a 5 star review and ill explain why. I ordered online last night. Had a thin crust with extra cheese, pepperoni on one half and bacon on the other half with jalapenos on the whole thing. Also had the bbq bacon specialty chicken w/a side dipping cup of the hot sauce. Order was quoted 25-28 minutes and it definitely arrived faster than that. Fast delivery, courteous driver and most importantly... the order was correct and the food was on point! Worst chain of this restaurant I have ever dealt with. Delivery is a joke. Order tracker would not work(the email provided one or the one on the app), there was no way to look up my order on the app, and countless DEAD calls to the store was very frustrating. Tried switching my order to pick up and they wouldnt allow me to do that either. As my card was charged, Id at least like a little bit of communication from the store. OK, so Domino's has done a great turn around for me with their Pan Pizza. They are doing a good job promoting it, with combination deals (pizza, soda, and dipping things). The general website is OK, but they still have some logic problems. I placed an order online, to this location, and I came up missing one pie short, but the manager was able to turn one around in under 10 minutes, so kudos to them. My customer was surprised this was Domino's too, so its worth giving their pan pizza a try. read more

Stopped in here at the behest of my wife since we had a gift card. I had been burned years ago on a different location and vowed to never eat Dominos again. I was a little iffy about it but I am honestly pleasantly surprised. Food is delicious and correct (including diced tomatoes on half of one of the pizzas!) would recommend and will order again. Between the time our order showed out of the oven 4:38om and delivered on the tracker 5:18pm was 40 minutes and it was another 10 before it actually got here! 30 minutes late! I called and spoke to someone who didn't care and said it was dinner rush and what did I want her to do about it? Our order was cold when delivered, I called again and girl argued with me. Horrible consumer service. They screwed up my order, and refused to bring me the stuff I spent my hard earned money on. I paid 25 dollars for 15 dollars worth of garbage. I called and they refused to fix it, instead they wanted to keep "their" money by giving me store credit. I don't want store credit, I want what I ordered. If I came in to a restaurant and was given dirty, nasty silverware, I want that fixed. What they did was the equivalent of saying "don't worry we'll make sure you'll get clean silverware next time".
