Placed through door dash and not what I was expecting. Paid for toppings and they were taken off somehow through the app. Called to see if the manager would understand and if I could get a new pizza bc the toppings were paid for but that said it came that way through the app so so- they could do nothing. Maybe kindness and understanding is worth with more than loosing a customer? Could have just remade the pizza instead? read more

Ordered delivery took about 40min then get an update on the app that "your order was delivered". Nope it most certainly was not. I did however see the driver of the Dominos car pull in our driveway then proceeded to back OUT of the drive way. No pizza. Call the store, wait on hold for a ridiculous amount of time only to finally talk to someone who was also just as incompetent as the delivery driver. She said "oh yeah he's on his way back here because he actually forgot your pizzas. Hahahaha. Yes, she LAUGHED. Not so funny to my hungry household. You're a pizza delivery person and you FORGET the pizzas? I don't get it. Also the lady at the store offered nothing but a laugh. Not extra pizza or breadsticks or even a coupon. Nothing. Just haahahahaa isn't that funny that's he a pizza delivery driver and oof he just plum forgot your pizzas LOL read more

I order from this location when I babysit and the past 4 times I have ordered I was not happy. The pizza is super thin (like paper thick), folds in half when you pick it up. No Garlic Parmesan Seasoning was on the crust as I requested. And the pizza was barely cut! I had to recut myself. Then I love the Cinnamon Twists, got them delivered with ZERO cinnamon on top. Just plain dough. Called and it was redelivered with a tiny bit of cinnamon. This Dominos is awful and I don't recommend them. I tried to give them second and third chances but they always disappoint. read more

Pizza was so good it came out hot and fresh!!! The staff was extremely nice and helpful when I had trouble ordering off the app!

Three hours later we got our pizza delivery. Estimated time for delivery was 30 minutes. Called after 1.5 hours and the person who picked up the phone couldn't provide us with an update of any kind. Tried to call after 2.5 hours and no one ever picked up the phone. A lot of hassle for mediocre chain pizza. Ended up making dinner while waiting. read more

I ordered online as another Yelper suggested. After I paid, I was given an approximate delivery time of something crazy like 180 minutes. Tried to cancel, but wasn't able to. Thought maybe I just was going to kiss my $45 away. But then about fifteen minutes later I got a text that the driver was on his way. The pizza was delicious (relative). Driver was super professional and normal. It worked out. It was just a really terrible online ordering experience. read more

I sincerely have no words for how terrible this location is. The pizzas had no sauce and not much cheese. This is not how they were ordered. They weren't running low on ingredients, because when we went to pick them up they were making pizzas how they should be made. Bread was very hard. read more

I ordered a pizza and had the tracker. Over an hour later, I still had no pizza. The tracker said it was complete. I called the store and was told my tracker must be wrong and that it would be another 30 minutes before I could get it. I then asked the person to cancel my order and he immediately hung up on me. If I remember correctly his name was Kevin. Horrible service. I understand that things may happen but to hang up on a customer??? Really??? read more

Pizza's ok but holy sh@$ on getting any service. I placed an order over two hours ago and when I tried to call and get a status they made it sound like it was my fault because of my phone number??? I called 6 times and they kept trying to transfer me to the store (which was the number I dialed) and I got hung up on every time. Pick Papa John's bra AUS e this place sucks!! read more

Never ordering from here again. Food was non-existent because i have yet to receive it. Service, non-existent because nobody even answered phone. Dont even know if I'm going to be able to eat tonight because ive been waiting. read more

Ok first of all, expect a creepy old man to show up with your pizza and make inappropriate comments. Next, expect cold pizza. Finally, expect about a 2-2.5 hour delivery time. And if you ask why, expect to be told it's because they don't have enough drivers.... on a Friday night... not my problem. I've given this location 3 tries now, and it has been exactly the same carbon copy every time. There are numerous other pizza delivery restaurants nearby, so I'll go with those from now on. Should never feel the delivery driver is gross and creepy! read more

I'd give this location a zero star rating if I could. They are consistent with only two things. One, getting the order wrong; and two, having rude employees. They've messed up our order FOUR times. If the order is wrong, make it right. If you're a manager it's your job to speak with the customers when there is a problem. If you deliver an order and it's wrong, fix it. Refund the delivery fees. Refund the entire order if you can't fix it same night. Not this location tho. They'd rather be rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and order from So Pies. They deliver and it's better pizza. Oh, and they've got great customer service. read more

Hour and a half to get pizza. Had to call and ask them to deliver it after it had been sitting somewhere in store done for an hour. The girl on the phone had to ask the delivery guy multiple times when he would leave with it before he answered her. Employees could be heard joking around in the background. Very unprofessional. Management needs to re-look staffing at this location and provide better oversight. I won't order from here again. read more

Terrible service management is shitty and they can't get your order correct. I call there to let them know my wings were made wrong the person automatically say hey we close. I then say I'm calling to make a complaint. I was put on hold the manger answer doesn't introduce hisself doesn't apologize actually he was very dismissive. He then say well you can come back and will remake the wings. I go there the next day actually call before coming the manger day ok what's the number associated with order we will have them ready. Get there he then say the wings are not made right still. So I calmly ask for the 1800 number he say what you need that for. So then I'm really piss. Domino's you really need to do better and I will tell everyone I know don't eat ate the southern pines location. Very rude workers. You read more

Always order via the app and it's always great. I love there pizza, brownie, lava cakes, all of it!

This was my very first order and delivery from this Domino's. It was perfect and on time! The driver (Patricia) was very nice too!

Lately me and my family has been doing a lot of traveling, and this Dominos is the best so far. Great sandwhich, and great pizza! Usually when we get thin crust it's sooooo hard and crunchy, but this pizza was cooked to perfection. read more

I say Dominoes has always had delicious pizza but I'll give the Pros and Cons of this place in particular. Pros: * Customer Service is excellent with people who are kind and patient. * They're ingredients has been kept fresh as far as I know. * They're food is always hot and delicious. * This particular location has tables so you can eat in the restaurant if you would like. Cons: * I personally don't have any cons about this Dominos location. I once got mad at this employee for being rude to me, but he's no longer there thankfully. All in all, this location gets 5 Stars from me. :) read more

The worst. I understand it's a holiday and most places are busy, but to act like you're unbothered that an order is placed an hour and a half before and still no pizza and has been sitting ready for an hour is ridiculous. I placed order online which stated the order would be delivered within an hour(see pic). After the the employee called me back to complain I called the store 6 times as she was on another line, so she figured it must have been important....I told her I was calling for an update on the status of my order that's been sifting for an hour. I told her the system needs to be updated because that's not what it said, she said "No it doesn't." She says the wait was two hours due to her being the only employee and 1 delivery driver. No apology, no concern that I'm sure I'm not the only person waiting based on their system not being reflective of them not being able to deliver. read more

Domino's Pizza - the price of the pizza - Pizza Near Me - Aberdeen, North Carolina

I ordered a pizza, Parmesan bites, and a coke zero tonight. The delivery guy forgot the coke zero (which is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things), but I called the restaurant within 5 minutes of him leaving, and they confirmed he would come right back with the drink. I waited, letting the pizza get cold, and it has now been about an hour, and I've heard nothing back. I will never order here again. read more

Order from another one of the Domino's locations around the area. I ordered pizza at 6:30 tonight and it is currently 8:10 and I still have not received my pizza. When I called the location the person on the other end had no empathy and essentially said "yea...ok...your pizza is late". They proceeded to say that once the pizza was made I could not cancel the order. So apparently I am now held hostage by this subpar Domino's location. I've had issues with this location before and it unfortunately is my default location for dominos online ordering. Do yourself and the free market a favor and don't give your money to this poorly run franchise. read more

Have had delivery twice from this location and was a great experience! Very friendly delivery drivers! Food hot and just as ordered!

I was going to request a good delivery driver but they hung up on me and I was out on ordering pizza and one other delivery drivers that drives a green truck literally did a whole burn out of the parking lot like he was doing donuts in the parking lot and he had a dominoes topper I think his name is Scott if I'm not mistaken and they have some very mean employees their pizza is like terrible terrible and it takes at least literally I ordered a 599 deal and I only ordered two medium pizzas and I live five minutes away from the store because my car is broke down that's why I didn't go get it and they and they took seven hours to deliver my pizza and it was all messed up like they didn't get my order right and the pizza was mush then my drink was all flat and the delivery driver pulled up in my driveway and flash is bright lights and not the one like he wanted me to come outside and get it they said that most of the delivery drivers are creepy and it kind of scares me I don't want her from there no more because they are rude they don't know how to do their job and they need some more employees but when I go and pick up pizza it's really good I think it's just a delivery drivers there was one the good delivery driver her name was Kendra she was a little bit small she drove a gold gold Nissan Ultima she was really sweet but I seen her in about A month and they really missed out because she was a really good delivery driver they made a big mistake I don't know if they fired her or if they quit if she quit but it's really bad now. read more

I'm so angry. I ordered some wings and they arrived with NO sauce!! I realized they had messed up my order so I called them back and I was told my wings would arrive shortly. An hour later, I still had NO wings so I called again. This time, I was told they were on the way and the employee hung up in my face. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more
