I say Dominoes has always had delicious pizza but I'll give the Pros and Cons of this place in particular. Pros: * Customer Service is excellent with people who are kind and patient. * They're ingredients has been kept fresh as far as I know. * They're food is always hot and delicious. * This particular location has tables so you can eat in the restaurant if you would like. Cons: * I personally don't have any cons about this Dominos location. I once got mad at this employee for being rude to me, but he's no longer there thankfully. Placed through door dash and not what I was expecting. Paid for toppings and they were taken off somehow through the app. Called to see if the manager would understand and if I could get a new pizza bc the toppings were paid for but that said it came that way through the app so so- they could do nothing. Ordered delivery took about 40min then get an update on the app that "your order was delivered". Nope it most certainly was not. I did however see the driver of the Dominos car pull in our driveway then proceeded to back OUT of the drive way. No pizza. Call the store, wait on hold for a ridiculous amount of time only to finally talk to someone who was also just as incompetent as the delivery driver. I order from this location when I babysit and the past 4 times I have ordered I was not happy. The pizza is super thin (like paper thick), folds in half when you pick it up. No Garlic Parmesan Seasoning was on the crust as I requested. And the pizza was barely cut! I had to recut myself. Then I love the Cinnamon Twists, got them delivered with ZERO cinnamon on top. Just plain dough. Called and it was redelivered with a tiny bit of cinnamon. This Dominos is awful and I don't recommend them. Three hours later we got our pizza delivery. Estimated time for delivery was 30 minutes. Called after 1.5 hours and the person who picked up the phone couldn't provide us with an update of any kind. Tried to call after 2.5 hours and no one ever picked up the phone. A lot of hassle for mediocre chain pizza. Ended up making dinner while waiting. read more

I ordered online as another Yelper suggested. After I paid, I was given an approximate delivery time of something crazy like 180 minutes. Tried to cancel, but wasn't able to. Thought maybe I just was going to kiss my $45 away. But then about fifteen minutes later I got a text that the driver was on his way. The pizza was delicious (relative). I sincerely have no words for how terrible this location is. The pizzas had no sauce and not much cheese. This is not how they were ordered. They weren't running low on ingredients, because when we went to pick them up they were making pizzas how they should be made. Bread was very hard. read more

Ok first of all, expect a creepy old man to show up with your pizza and make inappropriate comments. Next, expect cold pizza. Finally, expect about a 2-2.5 hour delivery time. And if you ask why, expect to be told it's because they don't have enough drivers.... on a Friday night... not my problem. I've given this location 3 tries now, and it has been exactly the same carbon copy every time. There are numerous other pizza delivery restaurants nearby, so I'll go with those from now on. I'd give this location a zero star rating if I could. They are consistent with only two things. One, getting the order wrong; and two, having rude employees. They've messed up our order FOUR times. If the order is wrong, make it right. If you're a manager it's your job to speak with the customers when there is a problem. If you deliver an order and it's wrong, fix it. Refund the delivery fees. Refund the entire order if you can't fix it same night. Not this location tho. They'd rather be rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and order from So Pies. They deliver and it's better pizza. Hour and a half to get pizza. Had to call and ask them to deliver it after it had been sitting somewhere in store done for an hour. The girl on the phone had to ask the delivery guy multiple times when he would leave with it before he answered her. Employees could be heard joking around in the background. Very unprofessional. I then say I'm calling to make a complaint. I was put on hold the manger answer doesn't introduce hisself doesn't apologize actually he was very dismissive. I understand it's a holiday and most places are busy, but to act like you're unbothered that an order is placed an hour and a half before and still no pizza and has been sitting ready for an hour is ridiculous. I placed order online which stated the order would be delivered within an hour(see pic). After the the employee called me back to complain I called the store 6 times as she was on another line, so she figured it must have been important....I told her I was calling for an update on the status of my order that's been sifting for an hour. When I called the location the person on the other end had no empathy and essentially said "yea...ok...your pizza is late". They proceeded to say that once the pizza was made I could not cancel the order. So apparently I am now held hostage by this subpar Domino's location. I've had issues with this location before and it unfortunately is my default location for dominos online ordering. I ordered a pizza, Parmesan bites, and a coke zero tonight. The delivery guy forgot the coke zero (which is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things), but I called the restaurant within 5 minutes of him leaving, and they confirmed he would come right back with the drink.
