It was to be delivered at 8:30, but I was surprised when I got a call at 8 from the manager at this Five Guys, Daniel (I think) He asks if this order is real because it JUST came into their system. EZ Cater had the info for months but didn't put the order into the restaurant until 30 minutes before delivery. Do you know how much work goes prepping 20 burgers with every single topping option?!? Daniel tells me they will work as fast as they can but it won't arrive by 8:30. I say I completely understand and ask they let me know when it is on the way. What I didn't know when I ordered this was that each and every topping would be in INDIVIDUAL packages!!! We got the food at 9:30, meaning they put all this together and out the door in 1 hour!!!! They should have had all day to prep this, but no EZ Cater is just a dumb app with no human beings and no ability for critical thinking.
