I have eaten here many times and when their chicken is on it's realy on! However the last 6 times I went in there were no sides or chicken out? They were keeping everything in the back under heat lamps? Twice I and the people behind me were told either they had no chicken or as the last time 6/30 was told all they had was ark meat and they were not going to cook any white meat? Is there a manager/owner here anywhere? The staff were very polite and friendly just no chicken. I and the others behind me ended up all meeting at another chicken spot. Everyone here is always very nice and I appreciate them. The morning rush is hit or miss. There are rarely enough people working to handle the rush. Today I saw at least 5 cars drive off after waiting in the drive thru line. I waited for 25 minutes myself. In store was closed because only one person was working. And she was fantastic by the way. She had a great attitude tho I'm sure she was catching hell from people. I don't know if you all need to raise prices so you can hire some more folks or what but you're losing right now business and loyal returning customers because the wait is unpredictable. I came to get food, employees were just standing around in the corner by drive through, laughing and vaping. unfortunately, this location is poorly staffed. Everyone was friendly that was working however, you only had three employees on a Sunday morning. The drive-through was wrapped all the way around the building. The line was throughout the lobby and the cashier was working alone, fulfilling DoorDash orders, and ignoring the customers in the line I waited in line 49 minutes to place an order and then proceeded to wait an additional 22 minutes while she fulfilled DoorDash and Uber eat orders in front of my order. She began to fill my order and everything in our boxes was ice cold. We spent over $56 intend to write corporate and request a refund of my money not to mention my time that was lost and the physical pain of standing 49 minutes in line I'm disabled and it was very painful. First, I love Bojangles and eat their often but I will not return to the one in Aberdeen. I'm working in town and staying at a motel this week. Went through the drive through this morning to get a biscuit and coffee on my way to work. No coffee. Coffee machine broken. I canceled order and went to Biiscuitville. Then, for lunch I placed order on App so it would be ready when I arrived. I got there, parked in the "Curb Side" site and clicked "I'm here" on the App. Waited 5 minutes and finally went inside to get my order. I told woman at cash register I had placed order on App. She asked my name and then said she had found it. She started to get my order and then said she had to wait for the fries. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting on fries. What I thought would be a quick pull in and out turned out to be a 15 minute wait. read more

I went to Bojangles today with my two beautiful siblings and some dude named Noah. The drive-thru line was a little long, but we soldiered on. The drive-thru guy was so funny; even though Homestyle Chicken wasnt offered on the menu, he made some good humor about the situation and hyped up the Supremes, which were really good. The lady at the window was really nice, and made sure we were all set to go on our journey to culinary euphoria. The food was solid, but the memories were priceless. the hours say they open at 5am. if you arrive between 5 and 5:30am no one will wait on you until 5:30. I contacted the corporate office to find out why they list 5am on their website but they don't seem to care. if you need something before 5:30 go somewhere else. read more

Keep driving past! I stopped in here with my 3 sons, hoping for some delicious chicken. Two of us ordered Cajun biscuits, one ordered buffalo bites and the last ordered a 2 piece meal. None of it was edible. Fries were hard and cold. When I asked for new ones, the girl rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. When I get back with warm fries, my son says the buffalo bites were literally refrigerated cold. So I took those up too. More attitude. By the time I got that situated, and got to my food, I found it dry and inedible. I ended up asking for the manager and the girl says "really? You gotta be kidding me". Went on April 4th just before closing. Staff was super friendly, very attentive, and very funny. I really enjoy mi visit, the price and the food. On the receipt said "Destiny" was our cashier, not sure of it was his name, tall skinny guy... made our visit great. Recommend this location any time. 2 more employees were really great too. Honestly, amazing experience. These previous reviews are misguided. The service was great, especially the drive thru attendant and window server. They were positive and fun-loving. The food was fresh, especially the fries and chicken supremes. We enjoyed our Bo's while taking in the beginning of college football season. Will come back. read more
