Customer service & get customers orders correct. Also, just a heads up. When you report a concern, missing items from order, sub par meals. The YOU are the problem. Not them. We were in town for a soccer tournament. We went through the drive through. From time of order to out of line was about 5 minutes. Really enjoyed their pretzel sandwiches they have now. it was a busy Friday night. I was hungry and on my way home from golf and visiting from out of town. placed a combo order-grilled chicken. made it clear I wanted grilled-not fried or spiced. got halfway home, pulled it out and it was spicey. couldn't eat it. swing through today and they offered to replace my sandwich. I asked to comp a whole meal.....They said it's not company policy. so they brought me another grilled sandwich with bacon. then one without bacon and without cheese. while this was going on another customer walked up and her order was wrong. Most of the employees are friendly but others not so much. A LOT of young people working there everytime I go there's always something wrong with my order for example I went today and got a large fry but most of the fries were already taken out of the fry box and made it look like a medium fry. They tasted like they have been sitting there a while as well. read more

I'm a bit confused. I saw on the menu sign that if you order a meal you can add on a berry parfait for $2.40. I was charged full price and when I questioned it I was told that it was because I didn't substitute the parfait for fries. I was in line at 10:17AM after rushing to get breakfast before work. I made it to order at exactly 10:30AM. Keep in mind I had been in line since 10:17AM, the lady tells me they don't serve breakfast after 10:30 which is cool I understand but also if you're in line waiting for 13mins why is that not considered making it before 10:30Am? You're telling me yall just throw out all the breakfast foods as soon as the clock turns over at 10:29AM? They definitely need to do something about that especially when you're waiting 15 minutes to order. Then I'm stuck in the line waiting for another 15 minutes because I don't like chikfila for anything other than breakfast. I was extremely disappointed In the service and the loss of time. if you're going to make a cut off then the people who were already waiting in line should be exempt from that cut off. This place has officially jumped the shark. Two visits in a week and wrong orders both times. One of the visits was dine in. I was the only person in line, and the young girl at register was so busy watching what everyone else was doing that she got my order completely messed up. Tonight using drive-thru there was a gaggle of 3 or 4 kids talking about captain crunch cereal. The one that took my order kept interrupting me in an attempt to get me out of the way. He completely missed the chicken nugget order, got the sauces wrong - both type and quantity; never bothered to read it back.... but hey, tell them that captain crunch with crunchberries are the way to go.... Then we pull up to the window and another gaggle having a deep discussion of their work schedules and which positions they've been at this week.... NO ADULT IN SIGHT..... probably way more important things to do than ensure your core business is actually functioning well. read more

Stopped for dinner on 2/26/24, using the drive thru, had a very nice young man taking our order but was having a problem entering the order because he did not know all of the sides available. Apologized and said it was his second day now we all know lunch and dinner times are the busiest and he had no assistance from another experienced employee, after changing the order twice and then he went to get help to complete the order. When we arrived at pickup window and told them my name they didn't have order. All the while we are holding people up to just get 2 nugget combo's with tea's. This is not the young man's fault as much as the management of this location not to provide the proper training. I will think twice before going there again during rush hour and we go by there several times a month in travels. read more
