I had never been there before, but their great reviews and an open appointment made it an easy choice--and I'm so glad I went. My massage therapist, Ling Wemple, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did she use effective massage techniques, but she also incorporated stretching and other therapeutic modalities that really targeted my problem areas. From the moment we started, she focused on my concerns with professionalism and genuine care. I felt noticeably better right away--Ling truly went above and beyond. In the past, I've enjoyed massages, but typically only went if someone gave me a gift certificate. After this session, I realized the true therapeutic benefits of massage. It's no longer just a luxury for me--I'll be scheduling regularly with Ling moving forward. Highly recommend Kettering Spa, especially if you can book with Ling!

I gave her a tip but probably shouldn't have. The ceiling looked nasty and the massage room was cold. No warm blanket and no bolster for the ankle or knees.

I normally go to a nail salon for pedicures, but my daughter bought me a gift certificate for Tudor. This was one of the best pedicures ever! Stephanie was very gentle when trimming, but also gave a very nice foot massage. Great job on the polish as well. I also didn't feel rushed like I sometimes do in my regular nail salon. The only negative comment I have is for the "chatty cathy" who was doing someone's hair just steps away. I think it's just a bad idea to have a hair salon in the same space as a nail salon. I like peaceful relaxation for pedicures and massages and the constant yakking kind of ruins the experience for me. If you don't mind that kind of atmosphere, go see Stephanie for a pedicure!

I decided to come here after looking for a salon that had a reputation for being contemporary, a little out of the box with their creativity, attention to detail and was attracted by the pride she took in her art and craft. Nicole loves what she does and it shows. Nicole is the very first stylist I have ever had a successful cut and style that I actually love * love * love! Great hair is possible and when you find it you know you have something special. I have used Square One, Studio Blue and like goldilocks found one just right when I arrived at Nicole's chair looking for that "just right experience." While the other salons I went to are all very good my search brought me to what I now think is my forever hair home. The entire experience was one of them carefully listening to my needs. But the main event of course is about the hair. Nicole cut my hair and she just made it wonderful. Nicole is wonderful. A true artist. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Guess they didn't take me serious about asking for the same level of stylist. I didn't ask for someone cheap. The haircut I received was NOTHING like the initial photo grouping that I had asked for. She took over a foot off of the back of my head and now it feels like I have a bald area in the back. I can't get it fixed because the top layers are so short they almost touch the top of my ears. Mind you my hair was past my cleavage. The sides don't match in length or thickness. It looks like I have the Kate plus eight haircut with a mullet length attached on the bottom. Almost like the jellyfish hair. If don't style my hair at all and it looks like shit. I even mentioned that I air dry and I like having my hair up. I can't have all of my hair up anymore. I can't air dry anymore. I wish I had never even saw this place. I can't even fix it for at least few months now and I'm supposed to get married in less than a year....
