The location is easy to find. Emily was waiting for me in the lobby and greeted me by name. Her station is very clean and she sweeps after every client. The Feng Shui restful vibe is so serene that I almost feel asleep. I left totally refreshed and revitalized. This isn't a haircut folks, it is an experience. I haven't felt this pampered in years! She shampooed, cut, styled, and blew dried for over and HOUR! I haven't looked or felt this good about myself in a while. All this for $15? Are ya kidding me? This is the best deal in town. Guess they didn't take me serious about asking for the same level of stylist. I didn't ask for someone cheap. The haircut I received was NOTHING like the initial photo grouping that I had asked for. She took over a foot off of the back of my head and now it feels like I have a bald area in the back. I can't get it fixed because the top layers are so short they almost touch the top of my ears. Mind you my hair was past my cleavage. The sides don't match in length or thickness. It looks like I have the Kate plus eight haircut with a mullet length attached on the bottom. Almost like the jellyfish hair. If don't style my hair at all and it looks like shit. I even mentioned that I air dry and I like having my hair up. I can't have all of my hair up anymore. I can't air dry anymore. I wish I had never even saw this place. I can't even fix it for at least few months now and I'm supposed to get married in less than a year....

She trimmed my hair and charged me $78.00 because we went over the hour. As I paid her she proceeded to tell me that another client tipped her $200.00? If she expected that from me she is crazy! My appointment was at 4:30 on a Wednesday I sent her a text Friday that my hair needed "tweaked", the wispys that I told her was my biggest problem, were still there. She responded that she would see me but that she didn't think we were a good fit. I never was mean to her, never ever said I hated the cut, I just needed it to be fixed. She gave me an appt for Saturday, but then came back and said can you come in today, I told her no and she said well you are past the 24hr policy I have and hair grows. She portrays herself as a Christian women who lives her life for Jesus and I applaud that, but Jesus was never boastful. I never did go to get it fixed, why because I was afraid that she would chop it off. good riddance.
